Brilliant scholar and former Trump attorney John Eastman, traveled to Michigan on Friday night.
Attorney Eastman delivered a powerful speech on lawfare and how it’s being used against President Trump and his supporters. Mr. Eastman addressed a large crowd in Lansing, Michigan, at an event that was hosted by Michigan’s top election integrity group, MI Fair Elections, which was created by the incredible author and patriot extraordinaire Patrice Johnson.

Attorney John Eastman: Thank you all so much. I start this story when I get a call from the White House switchboard. I thought they were joking. I thought it was a buddy of mine saying, the White of the President is on the line. Can you take a call? I said, Steve, what are you doing? I did a hop-up on the phone. And the President said, “I’d like you to represent me. We’re trying to get an action before the Supreme Court of the United States.”
That normally is something that would be considered the catch stone of one’s career. My daughter thought so. She took the brief we filed in the Supreme Court, my motion to intervene on behalf of the President in the Texas versus Pennsylvania case. She had it framed and gave it to me for Christmas that year. It still adorns my office at home.
But a funny thing happened on the way to the forum, as the old guy says, because apparently, in 21st-century America, you’re not supposed to challenge the status quo. You’re not supposed to challenge what government tells you. No matter how blatantly false it manifestly is. When they said masks should be worn or masks shouldn’t be worn, we’re supposed to act like they didn’t change their mind. And then it was equally the same when they said it’s okay to have 50-year-old men showing up naked in your daughter’s showers. We’re supposed to just say, Well, this is the government, they said this is okay. Or competing against your daughters in the swim meet. What’s she going to do when she grows up and wants to get a scholarship swimming or running track and she’s competing against the man? It’s not fair. It’s not American, and we need to stand up against it.
Bill Barr
And the same thing is true with elections. Bill Barr said that there was no evidence of fraud. He looked. Except when we filed a Public Records Act request asking what he looked at and getting access to the investigatory materials that he based that statement on, now the investigative materials are exempt from the FOIA Freedom of Information Act. And what you get back, normally, it says, yes, we have such materials, but it’s exempt under whatever subsection of the statute it’s exempt under. That was not the message that came back. There was a fellow that filed FOIA requests in every swing state US attorney’s office – asking for all the investigative materials that supported Bill Barr’s statement. And the answer didn’t come back. We have these materials, and they’re exempt. The message, the letter came back and it said, There are no such materials. In other words, what Bill Barr said was a lie.
As we know from US Attorney in Pennsylvania, Bill McSwain. Barr was separately telling him, calling in, saying, stand down, hand the materials over to the attorney general of Pennsylvania. Think about that. The Democrats in Philadelphia are stealing an election. You’re going to hand it over to the Democrat attorney general to conduct the investigation. In other words, the investigation is occurred.
The head of CISA said it was the most secure election in history. I mean, you can’t even say that with a straight face. I tried to sell that storyline to Hollywood. They turned it out as too implausible. No, I’m kidding. An article that just recently published based on a speech I gave at the Gatestone Institute in New York some months back called, in quotes, ‘The Most Secure Election in History.’…
…My job was to focus on the illegality, and I want to lay out the basic constitutional premise here. Article 2 of the Constitution is so clearly written that even lawyers should be able to understand it. It says that the states shall choose the presidential electors in the manner chosen by, directed by the legislature of the state. The legislatures decide how presidential electors are going to be chosen. In the first half century of our nation’s history, most of the state legislatures just chose the presidential electors themselves. You can imagine what those campaigns for state legislative office were like. It took a whole new meaning every four years because whoever got in office would be the ones choosing the presidential elector from that state. Since the Civil War, all the states, Colorado, when it first in, chose its own electors by the legislature. But since the Civil War, all the states have chosen electors in the manner by having a popular vote.
And what that means is the election code, how you conduct that election, becomes the manner for choosing presidential electors. And under that constitutional assignment of authority, plenary power, the Supreme Court had said to the state legislators, only the legislature can alter that manner. Only the legislature can decide whether we’re going to get rid of signature verification or water it down. Only the legislature can decide whether we can have drop boxes or human drop boxes. Only the legislature can decide, we’re not going to have bipartisan teams going into the nursing homes as Wisconsin required. Only the legislature can decide, we’re not going to bother making sure we have bipartisan teams at every county table in TCF Center. The decisions to alter those state election laws by county clerks, by secretaries of state, even in some instances by state courts, Court judges, were not only an illegal thing under state election law, because we’re dealing with the federal election whose power to design that system comes from the federal constitution. Those actions were unconstitutional. That alone made the election invalid. I don’t have to prove fraud politically, you want to say, and it affected more votes in the outcome because you don’t want to rest on a technicality there.
Wisconsin
In Wisconsin, the Secretary of State there prohibited the mandatory bipartisan teams from going into nursing homes. Why do we have bipartisan teams as part of the law in Wisconsin? Because people in nursing homes tend to be Particularly susceptible to undue influence. And we don’t want that undue influence affecting their right to vote. So you have bipartisan teams going to make sure that doesn’t happen. She prohibited it, claimed it was because of COVID. The fish tank cleaners, I’m told, were still allowed to go in, but not the bipartisan teams to secure honesty in the vote from those nursing homes. That opened the door for fraud. It was one of the main checks against fraud that the legislature had were directed, and it was ignored by the Secretary of State without any constitutional authority. How do we know people walked through that door with fraud? Well, turnout rates in the nursing homes in Wisconsin went from a historical average of 20 to 30 % to nearly 100%, including in memory care wings of the nursing house.
And many of the ballots were in the same handwriting. There’s no evidence of fraud. How many have heard that on that. That alone affected more ballots than the margin of victory in Wisconsin, which was just over 20,000. Another thing which the courts have subsequently held was illegal in Wisconsin was drop boxes. There’s no That’s where authority for drop boxes. And in Wisconsin, they not only put drop boxes in haemily democratic areas, they put human drop boxes. That was a clever way of… They ran an operation called Democracy in the Park, which was a battle harvesting operation for college It’s in Madison, Wisconsin, where University of Wisconsin is. And that one operation over two Saturdays leading up to the election, they collected illegally 17,500 votes. The margin was 20,600 and something. That’s just that one operation. These things have subsequently been held to be illegal. And yet people continue to insist that I am… What’s the phrase they use in the California Bar proceeding? I’m exhibiting moral turpitude because I continue that there was illegality in the conduct of the election. Georgia, they ran what I call portafolio precincts all over town in Atlanta. They created portable precincts.
Georgia Signature Evaluation was not performed
Now, that violated several laws in Georgia. The precincts have to be fixed, and you have to notify people ahead of time where they’re going to be. I don’t think they ever provided notice of what the route of the portable precinct was going to be. It makes it very difficult to have the observers violated the law. The Secretary of State there in an individual consent decree, months before the election, they completely obliterated, watered down the signature verification process. So much so that in Fulton County, they didn’t even bother to try even the watered down signature verification process. They admitted that in one of the cases down there. That was all illegal, and it affected many more folks in the 11,779 vote market in Georgia.
Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania, to this day, there are 120,000 more ballots cast than voters. Think about that for a minute. It lends credence to the story that supposedly was debunked about the truck driver who said, I trucked in 200,000 ballots from Long Island to Philadelphia, and I don’t know what happened to that. 120,000 more ballots than people voted. In my bar trial, the Deputy Secretary of State testified, Well, you don’t know what you’re talking about because those numbers are based on the current data in the voter rolls, and that number constantly changes as people die or move out of state. Heather Honey, who heads the voter integrity operation in Pennsylvania, told me how many people from election day to February, when Philadelphia and Pittsburgh had finally finished up voting their numbers so we could compare apples and apples. She said there were only 16,000 people that had been dropped from the rolls over those four months. So he lied when he said that that was the explanation for the 120,000 disparity. I said, If we’d been allowed to call Heather as a rebuttal witness, she would have said, Well, it’s 16,000. That means 120 minus 16. High calculated math. Okay, still 104,000 more ballots than votes. That’s a problem in a state where the margin was 80,000.
Georgia
n Atlanta, you had ballots coming in from 490 different precincts all over the county. And every precinct has a different ballot because every precinct has different school boards, has different city council races. And so the ballots has to have a key code to tell the counting machine what key to look to to decide how to count those levels on your ballot. And what they discovered in this forensic audit, you run 490 different precincts in random to create a batch to scan of 100. We’ve got any mathematicians there? That means 100 to the 490th power is the odds that that same sequence would be replicated. In other words, zero possibility of a replication of the exact sequence of that 100. They found in that one week on that one machine, over 5,000 ballots that were in the same identical sequence. In other words, the ballots are being scanned multiple times and counted multiple times, or they’re being scanned once and replicated and counted multiple times. And just yesterday in the Georgia Board of Elections hearing, they identified this problem as well as several others, like 600,000-some ballots that there’s no valid image for.
Colorado
In Mesa County, Colorado, again, somebody made a… She’s about to suffer a felony trial for doing this, but they were going to update the software and the machine machines in her county, all over the state, her order of the Secretary of State. She said, That’s illegal because that update is going to destroy election data. And under federal law, we have to keep all election data for 22 months. And I’m the one who’s on the hook if that data isn’t preserved because I’m the county clerk, the chief elections officer in my county. If that data is not preserved, I could go to jail. So she makes a mirror image copy of the machine data before they do the update, which destroys the data. Now she’s got this thing, and she gives it to the forensic scientist to have a look. They discovered that packets of vote data were deleted and the new ones uploaded in their place. But Mr. Krebs says this is the most secure election in history.
Michigan
Here in Michigan, of course, you started all this stuff with the Antrim County. That would be a great job. I think it was very clever. Let’s look at the school board race or whatever it was, because nobody will pay attention. There Everybody’s focused on the presidential race. We get a judge and say, Yeah, you can look in the machines. – And maybe there’s an explanation on the update and so I think Mr. Alderman, they back out and reverse engineered what happened, and that seems to make a lot of sense. But both of them identified in the course of their review, unbelievable security breaches. They’re still using the same password for admins that is the way everybody accesses it. It’s been in place since 2008. It hasn’t changed. With that password, you can get into the system.
Alderman has been going around the world for a decade decade or more, raising these questions until the people that were concerned about it were on the other side of the political aisle – now he thinks it’s all perfect. He was the guy who testified down in Georgia in a current litigation. They were going to throw out the use of the machines down there. But then they kept his report under seal for a long time and came out, and it showed security breaches. They found a Wi-Fi chip on the motherboard of the machine in Antrum County. I think I recall seeing a news account that your attorney general was going to prosecute Deperno and his team for planting evidence. Except he had already obtained in discovery a copy of the invoice that had a line item for the Wi-Fi chip.
They’re going after the truth-sayers
These are the things we know. It means that the illegality, the ignoring of state statutes that were designed to make it difficult to do do those things and open the door for fraud. And people with a lot at stake walk through that door. Now, let me talk about what’s happened for anybody that dare stand up to this. What is it? What is it? It’s often attributed to George Orwell. I don’t know if he ever actually said it, but it certainly fits with the things he would have said. In an era of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. I like to make a different comparison. The English used to have a law on sedentary libel. It’s one of the reasons we fought a revolutionary war. If you criticized the government, you could be prosecuted for sedentary libel. If what you said was true, that didn’t matter. Truth was not a defense because the greater the truth, the greater the libel. In other words, if what you were saying and criticizing the government was true, it brought them into greater disrepute, and we needed to prosecute you more.
That, ladies and gentlemen, I fear, is the step we’ve taken in this country. People that are simply shining a light on what went on and telling the truth about it are essentially being accused of sedentary libel. I’m an indicted co-conspirator number 2 in DC. I’m indicted, co-conspirator number 3 in Georgia. And last week, I get indicted in Arizona. I had zero communications with the electors in Arizona. I had zero involvement with the election challenges in Arizona.
Don’t Say a Word – It Will Be Used Against You?
When the indictments started coming down, my lawyer who was the first lawyer, the criminal defense lawyer, I had to hire to deal with the completely bipartisan, neutral January sixth committee. (high sarcasm) That’s what Criminal defense lawyers always tell their clients, right out of the box, Don’t say a word.
Don’t say a word. It’ll be used against you. I understand that’s the right advice in almost all circumstances. But I also understood before he did that that these are not normal circumstances, that the battles I’m dealing with have precious little to do with the actual war. These are political battles. For me not to be out speaking means I am ceding the turf on the only battlefield that matters, which is the court of public opinion. And it took him a couple of months to come around to that view, but he agreed, and now I do interviews all the time now, even with hostile press, even with 60 Minutes, all sorts of things. Because the American people need to have a light shine on what went on. Because if they don’t, it’ll go on again and and elections will cease to matter in this country. As Patrisse pointed out, the reason that is so important comes straight from our Declaration of Independence. All men, all human beings are created equal. That’s the fundamental self-evident truth set out in that document. The corollary truths mean that means nobody gets to rule others without their consent. The only legitimate form of government is one based on consent.

On Saturday, Jewish students and their families sat in the U of M football stadium nervously waiting for the graduation ceremony to begin. Would the same pro-Palestine/Hamas supporters who’ve been camped out in the Diag, a vast open space where sidewalks taking students to different locations across the university’s campus converge, disrupt the graduation ceremony? Would they ruin the celebration of the accomplishment of tens of thousands of students who worked so hard to earn their degrees at the “Ivy of the Midwest?” Would violence erupt in the stadium? Would the radical protesters target them because of their faith? Would their Jewish families and friends in the stadium be safe? These are all questions Jewish students at the University of Michigan shouldn’t have had to be asking themselves in America in 2024, but nevertheless, here we are.
Ever since the unprovoked attack of Israel by Hamas on October 7, 2023, Jewish students attending woke universities across America have been forced to adjust their way of life over fears for their safety, as university professors and administrators on multiple campuses not only condemned the pro-Palestine/Hamas protests but in many cases, joined the radical protesters to show their support.
Last week, something amazing happened. A group of fraternity brothers on the campus of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill jumped in to save the American flag that was being dropped to the ground by a group of radical pro-Palestine/Hamas supporters as they attempted to replace it with a Palestinian flag. The group of brave fraternity brothers stood in a circle and defended the American flag as radical leftist protesters lobbed bottles of water and other projectiles at them in their efforts to make them give up their fight for the flag.

The fraternity brothers refused to give in to the woke mob and, as a result, have started somewhat of a revolution on college campuses everywhere. Spurred on by the bravery of the fraternity on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill, students across America who are sick and tired of allowing the Left to spew hatred toward Jewish students and against America on their college campuses have been seen fighting back in viral videos that have been shared across social media platforms.
A new video showing a brave Jewish student at the University of Michigan standing alone as he ripped into a female, pro-Palestine/Hamas supporter on his campus is now circulating on social media.
The video shows a young male Jewish student whom a pro-Palestine/Hamas supporter was confronting after he allegedly ripped down one of the radical group's posters.
"Why don't you tell me where you want it?" the pro-Palestine/Hamas supporter asked him.
"I want you to put it everywhere because I hope all your people know you're supporting terrorists. You're supporting the genocide of Jews. You're supporting raping women. You're supporting killing babies and putting them in ovens. You're just like Hitler. I hope all of you know that," he responded.
The Jewish student admonished her, saying, "What you're doing is shameful---shameful! He continued, "So, distribute that everywhere because you people deserve to know the facts---that you're manipulated by some terrorists overseas."
He added, "And I hope whoever is funding you stops! And I hope they get rid of you, like they did at Columbia or Texas!"

More Jewish students and non-Jewish students need to start sending a strong message to these anti-Jew, anti-Israel, and anti-American radicals that they are not welcome on their college campuses.
Jewish activists like human rights lawyer Brooke Goldstein have been warning about the rise of anti-Semitism on college campuses for years but ramped up their warnings following the Oct. 7th attack on Israel by Hamas, the Palestinian terror group funded by Iran. Violent anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, and anti-American protests are taking place on campuses across America. Many of the individuals who’ve been arrested are not students but instead paid protesters by outside groups who are essentially agitators for hire. Jewish students and even faculty have expressed concerns or outright fear over their safety when walking through these campuses where large mobs of hate-filled individuals, many of whom are wearing face-coverings, shout at them or block them from walking through areas where they’re protesting.
Only last week, a female Jewish student was taken to the hospital after she was violently beaten on the UCLA college campus by a mob of pro-Palestine supporters.

According to ‘ThatKoreanJew’ on IG who is a medical student at UCLA, the girl was surrounded by 5 people.
She suffered a concussion and was unable to recognize her family when she initially woke up.
Thankfully, she is in stable condition now.
Some students on these campuses are beginning to fight back, while others are outnumbered and are living in fear of being physically harmed. Renowned Constitutional Attorney Alan Dershowitz and Professor Emeritus, Harvard Law School, has had enough and has announced a plan during a recent appearance on Newsmax, telling the conservative news network that he has a plan to deal with the “anti-Semitic” student protesters.

Imagine how it must feel to be a young Jewish student who is forced to walk through these protesters, many of whom are fellow students they sit next to in class, as they spew hatred for Jews and call for the extermination of the Jewish state of Israel.
Over 15% of the undergrad population at the far-left University of Michigan is Jewish. The two largest donors to the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross and Ron Weiser are Jewish. So what did the University of Michigan do to protect their students, most of whom didn’t have a graduation ceremony because of ridiculous COVID lockdowns, and their families, many of whom traveled from other states, to ensure they all could enjoy a peaceful and celebratory atmosphere for their graduation ceremony today?
Unfortunately, not enough…
Last night, as they prepared to destroy the graduation experience for tens of thousands of students at the “Ivy of the Midwest,” pro-Palestine/Hamas protesters were seen hoisting a MI State Police bike into the air as they surrounded the police officers trying to keep the unruly mob under control. An Al Jazeera-affiliated Twitter account did what Palestinian/Hamas propagandists do best: they turned police trying to get the angry mob under control into a lie created to evoke emotions and gain sympathy for their “Hate America” and “Hate Jews” movement that’s sweeping across colleges and universities.

As graduates of the University of Michigan and their families entered the stadium where their commencement ceremony would be held, a banner attached to a plane was flying overhead that read:
“We stand with Israel—Jewish Lives Matter.”
It didn’t take long for the selfish and disrespectful pro-Palestine/Hamas protesters, who’ve been making Jewish students afraid to walk through campus since the Hamas attack on Israel on Oct. 7, to disrupt the ceremony for tens of thousands of students. The pro-Palestine/Hamas mob, many of whom wore masks over their faces, attempted, once again, to become the center of attention and ruin the day for so many young adults who have worked incredibly hard to get to this special day of recognition.
A guest inside the ceremony has reported that sharp-shooters could be seen posted at all four corners of the commencement ceremony. A top U of M official told the Gateway Pundit that plans for a large presence of law enforcement would be on hand, including those who would be obvious, like the MI State Police, and others who would be not-so-obvious.

Only last month, following a blanket death threat to Israel-supporting students on campus and the defacement of the local Hillel chapter with swastikas, protestors disrupted and shut down the spring Honors convocation ceremony. Now facing rising tensions on campus and trying to head off the cancellation of the May 4 commencement in its iconic Big House stadium, UM just released its commencement policy:
“The University of Michigan does not attempt to prevent peaceful protests or other speech protected under the First Amendment. Many ceremonies will have a designated area for protests outside the venue.
Our goal is to limit substantial disruption, ensure safety, and support a successful and celebratory event worthy of the achievements of our extraordinary graduates.”
After an initial wave of disruptive demonstrations and subsequent abrupt termination of the honors convocation, the UM administration disclosed that it was considering a “disruptive activity” policy that provided for the suspension and expulsion of students, which was found to violate the policy. UM’s leadership has yet to move forward with implementing any visible, substantive changes.
“We all must understand that, while protest is valued and protected, disruptions are not,” UM President Santo Ono wrote in a letter to the community following the shutdown of the honors convocation. “One group’s right to protest does not supersede the right of others to participate in a joyous event.”
“It was painful for everyone who had gathered, and especially so for members of our Jewish community,” Ono added.
There is no doubt a growing climate of fear for Jewish students on campus. Many news accounts have detailed the intimidation, harassment, and violent rhetoric spiraling out of control at UM. Just this year alone, two federal complaints have been filed against UM for violating the civil rights of Jewish students under Title VI protections. The Anti-Defamation League gave the university a failing grade for its unwillingness to enforce policy safeguarding the security and well-being of Jewish students on campus and in the classroom.
No Arrests For Hateful Hamamy…
Salma Hamamy, a senior and president of SAFE (Students Allied for Freedom & Equality, an offshoot of SJP – Students for Justice in Palestine) posted on her Instagram (which has since been deleted), “Until my last breath, I will utter death to every single individual who supports the Zionist State, Death and more. Death and worse.”
Hamamy appears to have deleted her post, but a post showing her leading students in a chant demanding the University of Michigan divest from Israel can be seen here, as the students shout at President Santa Ono:
According to a top official at U of M, Salma Hamamy has not been investigated for hate crimes by the FBI. The university has not revoked the radical student’s Martin Luther King award, and she is still enrolled as a student at U of M. To date, Ms. Hamamy has not been arrested for hate speech.

The University of Michigan website addressed the graduation ceremony, claiming it would respect the right of free speech for peaceful protesters.
Commencement ceremonies have been the site of free expression and peaceful protest for decades and will likely continue to be. The University of Michigan does not attempt to prevent peaceful protests or other speech protected under the First Amendment. Many ceremonies will have a designated area for protests outside the venue.
Our goal is to limit substantial disruption, ensure safety, and support a successful and celebratory event worthy of the achievements of our extraordinary graduates.
Commencement for schools, colleges, departments, and cultural celebrations will include:
Security screening
Required ticket or registration at the vast majority of events
Prohibition of banners, flags and anything that obstructs sightlines
Staffers who will respond to disruptions, beginning with warnings and requests to respect the importance of the celebrations for our graduates and their families

He likes to use burner phones” – information only an insider with access to highly sensitive information would state.

O’Keefe Media Group’s bombshell undercover footage supports earlier reports by investigative journalists Michael Shellenberger, Matt Taibbi, and Alex Gutentag that revealed how the American intelligence community illegally ran a spy operation against then-candidate Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016 and illegally acquired intelligence that was later used to justify the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) official probe, “Crossfire Hurricane,” which in turn led to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation that ultimately did not find evidence of Russia collusion by the 2016 Trump campaign.

In the video which was taken last week, the CIA official waves his intelligence community green badge. Green Badges are specifically hired for those contracted by the agency. Upon any termination, credentials are returned to the home agency and destroyed immediately.”

By 11 pm on the eve of the 2020 election, Michigan residents went to bed fully believing that with President Trump’s massive lead, there was no way Joe Biden could beat him, but on the day after the election, hundreds of thousands of votes mysteriously appeared in the wee hours of the morning. The votes were almost all for Joe Biden, and almost none were for President Trump. Leftist judges in Michigan refused to hear multiple lawsuits that were filed with claims of voter fraud. Spineless Republicans like Rep. Matt Hall, who sat on the House Oversight Committee, and Senator Ed McBroom, Chair of the Senate Oversight Committee, brushed the testimony of dozens of poll challengers and even election workers under the rug for the sake of unity with the Democrat minority and moved on to the next deal they needed to cut to stay in power.
Senator Jim Runstead was one of a handful of lawmakers willing to listen to Michigan citizens’ concerns about what everyone knew deep down was a fraudulent election.
On Tuesday, Senator Runstead took to Twitter to warn Michigan about the new bill that should infuriate every American, considering Michigan is a must-win state for President Trump in 2024.
Michigan Democrats are terrified Biden will implode and drag them down. So today they bet the bank and went all out to codify election fraud into state statute with SB 603.
Today, they smashed through this gigantic pile of election-fraud-enabling legislation today with Democrat-only votes.
SB603 Repeals the current law, which gives bipartisan county Boards of Canvassers the authority to investigate fraud and other wrongdoing, including ballot tampering during recounts.
With the passage of their (election-fraud-enabling) Bill, there will be no future route for requesting a recount if you believe there was fraud.
Under their corruption bill, candidates will be prohibited from requesting a recount if they suspect fraud, and is designed to stop investigations of election fraud by the Board of Canvassers.
This disgusting bill will now permit clerks to recount ballots even if seals are broken on ballot containers and was essentially written by the Secretary of State, who was reversed multiple times by our Supreme Court for her illegal election decisions.
The bill changes the standard for a candidate or party to petition for a recount of election results from alleging there has been a “mistake or fraud” in the process to now only permitting alleging there has been an “error.”
So even if the candidate or Party is absolutely convinced there was fraud, this cannot be alleged or investigated.
To boot, this Democrat’s bill makes it tougher to do a recount by doubling the recount petition fees and making it a felony for ‘interfering’ with a recount without any clear definition of what that means to open up more “LAWFARE.”
If passed as is, the language is changed to prohibit a recount, investigation, or audit of the conduct of an election when fraud is alleged to only a determination of the number of votes cast for one candidate or another or a ballot question.
Lastly, the bill says a recount could not assess the qualification of the voters participating in an election or the manner in which ballots are applied for or issued to voters.
Wow, isn’t that a doozy? If illegals, or dead people, or those not registered in Michigan are voting, we cannot “assess the qualification of those voters or the manner in which those ballots were applied for and issued to these voters.”
Yep, the Democrats have completely thrown off the mask with this terrible bill attempting to win at any cost-our Republic… be damned.

This isn’t the first time Democrat lawmakers in Michigan, with zero regard for their constituents, have passed legislation that will make it easier to cheat in future elections. Surging anti-Semitism at elite private universities has captured the media spotlight and Congressional attention, but escalating anti-Israel protests at our nation’s premiere public universities should be of even greater concern because they are taxpayer and government-supported.
Should Jewish children be afraid to walk freely on a college campus in America in 2024 over fears of being targeted by large groups of individuals calling for the genocide of Jews?
Imagine how it must feel to be a young Jewish student who is forced to walk through these protesters, many of them fellow students whom they sit next to in class, who are either fueled by their hatred for Jews or have no idea what they’re protesting, as they openly call for the elimination of the Jewish state of Israel.
Philip Klein of the National Review explains what it means when protesters are shouting the phrase “Free Palestine from the river to the sea” or “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” may seem innocuous to those unfamiliar with the geography of the region, but in reality, it represents calls for genocide against Jews.
Those of us who follow these issues closely have recoiled whenever we hear the phrase chanted at rallies around the world, or, as was the case last night, projected in massive letters on the library of my alma mater, George Washington University. We may take it for granted that everybody else understands why these words are so alarming. But it strikes me that, to the unacquainted, saying, “Free Palestine from the river to the sea” may seem like an innocent call for people to be free. How could that be objectionable?
Well, the issue is that “from the river to the sea” refers to the entire area in between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea — an area that encompasses not just territories captured by Israel in 1967 during the Six-Day War, but the entirety of Israel. Referring to that entire area as “Palestine” is not a call to end the occupation, to create a two-state solution, or even to return Israel to the borders that existed before 1967. It is a call for the elimination of Israel in its entirety. Israel is home to nearly half of the world’s Jewish population. The only way you can eliminate Israel and turn that whole area into Palestine is by killing millions of Jews.
There is simply no way of getting around the fact that anybody who utters the phrase “Free Palestine from the river to the sea” is advocating genocide.
Today, House Republicans stood up to colleges allowing radical anti-semitic protesters on campuses and put American universities and colleges on notice that they will lose their taxpayer funding if officials at these so-called institutions of higher learning don’t put an end to these hateful and, at times, violent protests.

On March 26, The ADL (Anti-Defamation League) wrote a strongly worded letter to the University of Michigan President Santa Ono, where they expressed their “deep concern in response to two troubling incidents reported to
ADL.” The left-leaning group, who gave over $14K to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, wrote, “These episodes are just the latest in a string of unanswered incidents of antisemitism on the University of Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus, with Jewish students and faculty feeling harassed, threatened and fearful for their safety and wellbeing.”
ADL blasted the University of Michigan over reports of how students and their guests were prevented from celebrating their successful academic achievements of the Honors Convocation at Hill Auditorium by Anti-Israel protestors, calling the actions of the protestors “appalling” and accusing U of M of sitting back and allowing the open hostility toward the Jewish students to happen. “It is astonishing that hundreds of students and their parents were prevented from being honored and celebrated because of disturbances caused by anti-Israel hatred.” They continued, “We are trying to understand why the University appears to have allowed the demonstrators to shut down the event rather than having security remove those disrupting the event from the premises.”
The ADL asked U of M why one of their students, Salma Hamamy, who was recently given the Martin Luther King Jr. award, has not been arrested or charged for writing, “Until my last breath I will utter death to every single individual who
supports the Zionist state. Death and more. Death and worse!” on her Instagram account.
“Clearly, your Administration understands the severity of these threats as according to the email the Vice Provost for University Life sent on the evening of March 24, the University “increased security patrols on and around campus” in response to this threat. Yet it appears that no further action has been taken, and Ms. Hamamy is still part of the campus community. We assure you that calling for the death of Jews does not “depend on the context.” In their letter to the president, the ADL asked if Hamany’s “vile and inciting hate speech” has been referred “to the FBI for criminal investigation.
The ADL assured President Ono that the “two incidents are not outliers” and that students at U of M have “in some instances led by SAFE UMich – stormed the administration building, run for student government on platforms of intense anti-Zionism, and disrupted classes by marching through the Ross Business School multiple times. And those are just a few examples of very public behavior. We have not even discussed the personal attacks aimed
at Jewish students themselves.
The lax response by the university is in stark contrast to the proclamation of its credo, published on its website, to “build a safe and respectful community.” Students, parents, alumni, taxpayers, and concerned citizens have complained that their communications to the university have fallen on deaf ears.

Late last night, Pro-Palestine protesters busted windows with a hammer and seized Hamilton Hall at Columbia University, and barricaded themselves inside.
The move came just hours after the school began suspending students over the protests.
The protesters draped a banner after taking over the building that read “Intifada,” which means uprising.
Columbia officials now advise members to avoid the main campus because of the protest.
According to CNN, about 200 people barricaded the doors, and about a dozen people are inside the building.

The House GOP Oversight Committee promised to investigate the funding for these radical protests “threatening violence against Jews.” House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-FL) called the failure of Columbia University to address these radical protests “appalling” and called out the same “global elites” and groups who fund these hate-filled protests, promising they will investigate who is funding the “pro-Hamas mobs” and hold them accountable.

Rutgers’ program coordinator for The Center for Social Justice Education and LGBT Communities, Silismar Suriel, was removed from running the Center for Latino Arts and Culture’s Instagram page after posting Pro-Palestinian Content.
At a protest, she states, “Under the guise of unprofessionalism, I’ve been reprimanded. Now they’re keeping records so they can fucking get rid of me.”
These pro-Palestine/Hamas protests have morphed into protests for a variety of leftist initiatives, like protections and full rights for illegal aliens, Black Lives Matter activism, and climate change action. This angry former Rutgers administrator is a perfect example.

Call us crazy, but the majority of these 18 universities recommended for Jewish students, don’t seem to be doing too much to protect or defend the Jewish students on these campuses.
The University of Michigan heralded as the Ivy of the Midwest, is among the largest and most prestigious public universities to have effectively ceded control of its campus to an increasingly menacing mob. Demonstrators there, as at Columbia, NYU and other colleges, have set up a tent encampment on the Diag, the central intersection of the Ann Arbor campus.

Only last month, following a blanket death threat to Israel-supporting students on campus and the defacement of the local Hillel chapter with swastikas, protestors disrupted and shut down the spring Honors convocation ceremony. Now facing rising tensions on campus and trying to head off the cancellation of the May 4 commencement in its iconic Big House stadium, UM just released its commencement policy:
“The University of Michigan does not attempt to prevent peaceful protests or other speech protected under the First Amendment. Many ceremonies will have a designated area for protests outside the venue.
Our goal is to limit substantial disruption, ensure safety, and support a successful and celebratory event worthy of the achievements of our extraordinary graduates.”
After an initial wave of disruptive demonstrations and subsequent abrupt termination of the honors convocation, the UM administration disclosed that it was considering a “disruptive activity” policy that provided for the suspension and expulsion of students, which was found to violate the policy. UM’s leadership has yet to move forward with implementing any visible, substantive changes.
“We all must understand that, while protest is valued and protected, disruptions are not,” UM President Santo Ono wrote in a letter to the community following the shutdown of the honors convocation. “One group’s right to protest does not supersede the right of others to participate in a joyous event.”
“It was painful for everyone who had gathered, and especially so for members of our Jewish community,” Ono added.
There is no doubt a growing climate of fear for Jewish students on campus. Many news accounts have detailed the intimidation, harassment, and violent rhetoric spiraling out of control at UM. Just this year alone, two federal complaints have been filed against UM for violating the civil rights of Jewish students under Title VI protections. The Anti-Defamation League gave the university a failing grade for its unwillingness to enforce policy safeguarding the security and well-being of Jewish students on campus and in the classroom.
No Arrests For Hateful Hamamy…
Salma Hamamy, a senior and president of SAFE (Students Allied for Freedom & Equality, an offshoot of SJP – Students for Justice in Palestine) posted on her Instagram (which has since been deleted), “Until my last breath, I will utter death to every single individual who supports the Zionist State, Death and more. Death and worse.”
Hamamy appears to have deleted her post, but a post showing her leading students in a chant demanding the University of Michigan divest from Israel can be seen here, as the students shout at President Santa Ono:
According to a top official at U of M, Salma Hamamy has not been investigated for hate crimes by the FBI. The university has not revoked the radical student’s Martin Luther King award, and she is still enrolled as a student at U of M. To date, Ms. Hamamy has not been arrested for hate speech.

The University of Michigan is among the top five public universities with the largest Jewish enrollments, with an estimated 6,500 Jewish students, or nearly 15 percent of its total undergrad and graduate population. Those students come not just from Michigan but from all over the country, seeking the reputed educational and career cache of this top-tier university.
Several of its buildings, its world-class medical center, cardiovascular center, and academic departments are emblazoned with the names of Jewish alum and donors from suburban Detroit and elsewhere across the nation.
Regarded as the country’s foremost public research institution, the university is also among the leading recipients of federal grant monies. According to a 2022 recap, the University reports it was ranked No.1 in research volume among US public universities for 11 consecutive years. The total value of UM research expenditures exceeded $1.86 billion in Fiscal Year 2023, with more than $1 billion or 56% of its total research volume coming from the federal government, its single largest sponsor of this activity.
The university’s operations as a public state university are also bankrolled to the tune of $357 million by Michigan taxpayers.
Boasting the country’s second-largest alumni network amongst all public and private universities, UM’s endowment was valued at $17.9 billion as of June 30, 2023, ranking it third among all public universities.
The university’s largest single donor is New York real estate magnate Stephen Ross, founder and chair of Related Companies. A graduate of the U of M’s undergraduate business school, which now bears his name, the billionaire has given, in aggregate, close to half a billion dollars. Unlike his heavy-hitting counterparts at other colleges and universities engulfed in anti-Semitic furor, Ross has yet to publicly speak out and demand the university take decisive action to check the spiraling Jew-hatred on campus.
Just days ago, Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots and a graduate of Columbia, announced that he is withholding his giving to Columbia until the climate there is safe for Jewish students.
Kraft pulled support for his alma mater because of the antisemitic violence and protests on campus, wrote in the newspaper that the focus of the demonstrations should shed light on what professors have taught those students.
“Today, the attention and visuals surrounding the hateful protests taking place on Columbia’s campus have been focused on the students, but the students have been taught and empowered by faculty more focused on politics than they are on education,” Kraft wrote.
“These are not the professors I had who exemplified the fundamental principles underpinning the mission of higher education in the United States.”
He added, “I do not recognize my alma mater.”
Kraft wrote to his astonishment over the signs on campus which read, “Go Back to Poland,” and chants of “Kill all the Jews” and “October 7th 10,000 more times.”
“The Columbia I loved is no longer a place I know,” he added in the New York Post.
Similarly, hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman withdrew his support from his alma mater, Harvard University, in the wake of anti-Israel and anti-Semitic protests on campus.
Former US Ambassador Jon Huntsman, a Mormon and a long-time University of Pennsylvania donor and former trustee, said his foundation would “close its checkbook” to UPenn in response to UPenn’s “moral relativism” and “silence” in the face of the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.
Ross’s silence is even more notable because his giving far eclipses the donations of his peers and because he has been involved in Jewish philanthropy. Ross is also the owner of the Miami Dolphins and is the nephew of the late Max Fischer, a Detroit industrialist and icon in the Michigan Jewish community.
Recently, protestors entered the eponymously named Ross School of Business, disrupting classes and making it impossible for students to concentrate on their lectures. No action has been taken against the disrupters to date, even though one professor had to cancel class.
The University of Michigan is governed by its Board of Regents, 3 of whom are Jewish – Ron Weiser, Jordan Acker, and Mark Bernstein. None of them has been vociferously outspoken against the violent rhetoric and militant anti-Semitism on campus and in the classroom.
In March, the CSG (Central Student Government) elected “Shut It Down” on a BDS platform to a majority position. Shut It Down professes to “take decisive action to disrupt the status quo.” They also profess that “we will halt CSG activity and funding disbursal until the University of Michigan divests (from Israel). We will Shut It Down!”

Given UM’s status as the nation’s top-government-funded public research institution and its tolerance of an alarmingly hostile and hate-inciting environment on campus, the actions, or lack thereof, of its administration warrant Congressional scrutiny. Congress needs to haul in the university’s leadership team and hold their feet to the fires of anti-semitism they are fanning by failing to reassert authority over the campus.
The U of M Hillel Rabbi David Rosen has written a letter to the Jewish U of M students after he went to administration and asked for a large “Infitata” banner calling for violence against Jews that is hanging from one of the buildings on campus. U of M officials refused to remove it.

Dear Jewish Wolverines,
I hope that everyone has had an inspirational start to Passover. On campus, Hillel supported more than 1,000 students participating in seders – some at our building and ones students hosted in their apartments. As we come out of the first days of Passover, I wanted to send you an update about where things are on campus.
Like on many campuses, there’s an encampment of about 20 tents on the Diag. Blocking one of the entrances to the Diag is a giant banner that reads “LONG LIVE THE INTIFADA”.
As you may know, the Intifada was a violent uprising that included terrorists bombing buses, pizza parlors, and Passover Seders. Before Passover began, I told the University that a sign calling for violence against Jews has no place on campus and must be removed immediately. The banner remains. And it’s more than this sign: students have consistently been sharing with us their concern about language used on signs and in chants that call for violence against Jews. This is not about free speech. This is intimidation and harassment.
I would hope that such hate would not be tolerated anywhere, especially at the University of Michigan — a place of learning and free inquiry open to all and funded by taxpayers from across the state. Make no mistake: this is dangerous language calling for violence. As we discussed at our Seder tables earlier this week, the Jewish people have endured so much more over the millennia. But when we sense a canary in the coal mine, we know that we must act. Messages of hate must not be tolerated. The University must intervene, enforce its own policies, and take down signs that call for violence.
Finals have begun. Finals are stressful enough in a typical year, and this has been far from a typical year. If you are a parent, friend, or loved one of a Jewish student at Michigan, call them, check in, ask how they are doing, listen, and let them know that they are loved. Let them know that Hillel is here for them. Our building remains open for those looking for a safe and quiet place to study, schmooze, eat Kosher for Passover snacks, and get support. And tomorrow, we will be hosting our final Shabbat of the semester, yet another time for the community to come together, proud to be Jewish.
There is a long, proud history of Jewish students at the University of Michigan. For nearly 100 years Michigan Hillel has been here to cultivate and support a thriving Jewish community. We are determined that Michigan must remain a great place to be a Jewish student.

Michigan’s iron-fisted Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel’s criminal case against 15 MI GOP electors to for President Trump in 2020 is literally falling apart.
The Whitmer-appointed Judge Kristin E. Simmons is presiding over the case, which is on its sixth day and is being heard in Ingham County Court. So far, Judge Simmons has conducted herself in a very fair and thorough manner.
The partisan hack attorney general’s special investigator, Howard Shock, appeared to be caught with his pants down in court today when asked by one of the defense attorneys why he had issued a search warrant for the names and personal banking information of donors to Give Send Go accounts used to help raise money for the wrongfully charged elector’s legal defense.
You’ve got to give Democrat MI AG Dana Nessel credit. When she wants to destroy her party’s political enemies, like a heat-seeking missile, she is able to find precisely the right people who will help her accomplish her goals. Suppose MI AG Special Agent Howard Shock was someone hand-selected by Dana Nessel to investigate and help prove her ridiculous criminal case against 15 primarily senior citizens who cast an alternate slate of electoral votes for President Trump in the 2020 election. In that case, she likely regrets her decision after today’s pre-trial hearing.
MI AG Dana Nessel, whom legal experts claim has already tainted the case, was recently caught on video joking to a radical group during an online discussion about the location of the court where the case for 15 GOP electors would be heard. During her comments, AG Nessel suggested that because the demographics in Lansing tend to heavily favor Democrats, the electors would likely not have a favorable jury pool.
“Eventually, those cases will be tried in Ingham County, which is very different than Antrim County,” Nessel told the group, in reference to the innocent men who were exonerated in the FBI-led kidnapping plot of MI Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer. “Ingham County, where Lansing is located, is a very, very Democratic-leaning county.”
The highly partisan AG also claimed the MI GOP electors had been “brainwashed” and “genuinely believed” Trump won Michigan’s 2020 presidential election. “They legit believe that. They genuinely believe it,” Nessel to the radical leftist group.
Today, while being questioned by MI GOP elector Amy Facchinello’s attorney, Howard Shock, Dana Nessel’s special investigator on the MI GOP alternate electors case, absolutely fell apart when he was asked about why he obtained a search warrant from Ingham County District Court Judge Cynthia Ward asking the Christian crowdfunding source Give Send Go was to provide the names, bank account numbers, bank routing numbers and donor amounts of individuals who contributed the to defense of the MI GOP electors.
To their credit, Give Send Go reportedly refused to comply with the search warrant issued to them by AG Nessel’s office.
Special Investigator Howard Shock sent a letter to Give Send Go on August 3; warning Give Send Go not to disclose the existence of the letter from the MI AGs office: “You are also requested not to disclose the existence of this request to the subscriber or any other person, other than as necessary to comply with this request.
At about the 47-minute mark, Paul Stablein, the lawyer representing MI GOP elector Amy Facchinello, destroys Dana Nessel’s special investigator, who, under oath, attempts to explain why he subpoenaed Give Send Go for records showing the names, donor amounts, bank account numbers, and routing numbers of individuals who contributed to the criminal defense funds of the alternate electors.
Facchinello’s lawyer asked Mr. Shock about the affidavits he prepared in support of obtaining the shocking search warrant that was given to Give Send Go.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: “In regard to signing this affidavit, you relied on the lawyer’s advice to sign it. We talked about the fact that you prepared a search warrant for records from Facebook OR META. And you also prepared search warrants in this investigation, correct?”
AG Investigator Howard Shock: Yes.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: And one of those search warrants that you asked the court to authorize was with Give Send Go?
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: In that regard, you had to list in your search warrant all of the items you were looking for—-that you wanted to seize. The information that you wanted from the GSG account information, or I should say bank account information, of individuals who included who donated money to these accounts, correct?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I don’t recall specifically that information.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: Can you think—- if you asked for the bank account information of the donors, what information that would be relevant to your investigation would it provide you?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: So, there is a lot of information that I request without referring to the affidavit itself. I don’t recall, as I said yesterday, a lot of information to show ownership to the account. The accounts can also be created—-they can be edited so that the statements that are made in the accounts can be edited as well, so like, for example, when social media posts can be edited. And you’re looking for an audit trail of the edits.
So again, as I said yesterday, I was focused on statements and associated information I was also asking for is ownership of who created the account and to connect those statements or the account holder with that information.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer asked him to explain how GSG works.
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I don’t know specifically the procedures that GSG has in place.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: Is it your understanding that GSG records who gave money and how much?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: Yes.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: Can you think of why you would want to know the names of the donors or the bank account information of the donors as opposed to just the owner of the GSG account? Why would you care who gave me money?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: So, GSG uses a third party to handle their financial transactions. That’s what I learned on the return information. So, I did not submit a search warrant for the third-party financial statements because I’m focused on the statements and how those statements are tied to the defendants and to show ownership. So that’s the information I’m focused on.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: So why would you want to know the names of the donors?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: I just explained. I can explain it again. To show the ownership of the account. As we asked for information, I’m trying to connect the person that made statements on that account to the people who are, may have edited it, may have created it. I’m trying to show ownership there.
Berden asked a hypothetical question, “So, you want to know how much money is in my account at GSG?”
Shock responded, “I’m not concerned about the amount of money that’s going into your account. I’m concerned and focused on who owns the account and statements that are made.”

AG Investigator Howard Shock: I don’t recall.
The judge jumped in and addressed Mr. Shock directly. She admitted she was confused by how asking for the donor’s personal banking information would establish ownership of the GSG account when he could have just asked Give Send Go for the name of the account’s owner.
Mr. Shock’s answer was disjointed and incoherent: “So the donors—-I’m not concerned about. I’m concerned about the path—the money coming—so that I am concerned about it in terms of, so, how do I describe this?”
AG Investigator Howard Shock, who appeared to understand that there was no logical way to explain his way out of this serious situation while under oath, rambled incoherently, “So I’m trying to articulate in a manner that shows a pathway so that just like that META data we talked about on social media —-social media—-It shows dates, time stamps, the transfer of information. I’m looking for the same thing with this type of account. So that’s why I’m concerned about the donor of the account, or the donor and where that money is going into her account.”
I don’t know how that really answers the question because you’re asking for the bank account of someone who’s not a defendant.
AG Investigator Howard Shock: No. I’m asking for the bank account information of the defendant.
Amy Facchinello’s lawyer: That’s not what it says in your search warrant, did it?
AG Investigator Howard Shock: That’s what I interpreted as.
The judge asked the defendant directly if he asked for the routing numbers of the donors.
“I’m asking for all routing numbers and bank account numbers,” he said.
Again, the judge asked for clarification: ” Yes or no? Did you ask for the routing numbers of the donors?”
Shock responded, “Yes,” and immediately responded, “No—-I’m asking for the donors.”
The judge called for a break.

After the break, the questioning about the Give Send Go search warrant continued, as Mr. Shock continued to be unsuccessful in his attempts to explain why he was attempting to violate the rights of private citizens in his witch hunt against the alternate slate of electors.

According to documents obtained by The Detroit News, the warrant required GiveSendGo to hand over information on contributions, bank routing numbers and communications tied to 10 of the MI GOP alternate electors who used the crowdfunding site to raise funds for their legal defense.
The three-page search warrant doesn’t indicate how the fundraising might violate Michigan law, and it comes after Nessel’s office sought to prevent the public release of search warrant documents in another high-profile investigation in Ingham County. The search warrant in the elector cases says the details “will assist with the ongoing investigation” into election law forgery, forgery of a public record, conspiracy, and uttering and publishing.
According to a report from Howard Shock, special agent for the Attorney General’s Criminal Investigation Division, he began investigating the fundraising efforts of the false electors on July 20 to “determine if it was lawful.”
Shock wrote that he learned from a post on social media that two of the false electors, Meshawn Maddock of Milford and Marian Sheridan of West Bloomfield, were benefiting from a Give Send Go page that was collecting contributions.
Craig Mauger, a reporter for the Detroit News reporter, who also frequenlty doubles as a public relations hire for the Democrat Party, shared a portion of a report revealing that AG Nessel’s office has asked Twitter to preserve private messages between a far-left Twitter account that “flagged” the Give Send Go fundraiser site for 2 of the 16 electors and a “preservation letter to Give Send Go to preserve evidence in the account Fake Electors.”
Shock does not say if he received the requested communication from Twitter. He only states that he uploaded the 7/20/23 confirmation letter from Twitter.

Natalie Perry has reportedly been caught cheating her way into a highly important and well-paid DEI Director position at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine.
The woke UCLA gushes about the university’s DEI Director on its website, boasting about “Dr. Perry, who holds a Ph.D. in higher education (University of Virginia), an EdM in teaching and curriculum (Harvard University), and a BA in African American and African Studies (Ohio State University).”
The woke university is so proud of Dr. Perry’s doctoral dissertation that they even highlight it in their introduction to the so-called DEI expert:
“Her doctoral dissertation (“Faculty Perceptions of Diversity at a Highly Selective Research-Intensive University”) examined institutional commitment to diversity from the perspective of organizational values. Dr. Perry’s wealth of experience in understanding and improving the culture of higher education, including in an academic health system, will be invaluable to our ongoing efforts to embed our aspirational Cultural North Star’s value into our organizational DNA.”
The only problem is that, like many so-called professionals who are being paid obscene amounts of money to shove “diversity, equity, and inclusion” down the throats of students and faculty alike, Dr. Perry has been accused of being a cheater, and the incredible independent journalist Christopher Ruffo claims he has evidence of his accusations.
In The City Journal, Ruffo and Rosniak write:
Recent headlines about UCLA School of Medicine suggest that the institution has lost its focus. Instead of brushing up on organic chemistry, its students were subjected to lessons on “Indigenous womxn” and “two-spirits.” Future doctors had to take a class on “structural racism” and were led in a “Free Palestine” chant by a Hamas-praising guest speaker. The school made plans to segregate students by race for courses on left-wing ideology, and two of its psychiatry residents championed “revolutionary suicide.”

Ruffo writes: “According to our exclusive analysis, Perry’s career is predicated on academic fraud. Her PhD dissertation plagiarized material from ten other papers, which she did not attribute or put in quotations.” He adds, “The examples are brazen.”
In a side-by-side comparison of Natalie Perry’s paper, which discusses the US Supreme Court case in which Jennifer Gratz sued the University of Michigan over discriminatory practices they used to admit less qualified students and a paper written by several authors on the same topic, it’s clear Perry relied heavily on plagiarizing their work.
In this example, they show Perry plagiarizing sources that are shown on the right.
In yet another example, Perry appears to have plagiarized the work of Adalberto Aguirre Jr. and Ruben Martinez on diversity, which the UCLA Diversity Chief was so passionate about that she had to copy others’ work.
The Independent journalist who worked with Luke Rosiak of the Daily Wire on this incredible story continues to expose “Dr. Perry’s” blatant plagiarism.

Throughout the paper, Perry copies and pastes large sections of text from other authors. When she has to rely on original work, she often lapses into serious errors and basic grammatical problems. The paper—of course—was about DEI at universities.
In January, Harvard President Claudine Gay, who also appeared to be in support of Hamas/Palestine, was fired when she was exposed for plagiarism. The media blamed conservative news outlets for uncovering the scandal. The AP called Gay, who, like Natalie Perry, is a cheater and a fraud, a “target” who “put her career under intense scrutiny.”
Much like Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren cheated on her application when she lied and said she was part Native American, as a way to cut in front of other applicants for a job at Harvard University, “Dr.” Perry cheated when she copied the hard work of others to obtain her PhD, which helped her to get the ridiculous job as UCLA Medical School’s DEI Director.

Yesterday, Senator Patrick Colbeck held a press conference outside of the MI State Capitol flanked by six of the bravest lawmakers in the state, where he announced the filing of criminal complaints against Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos.
The complaint, filed by Patrick Colbeck, alleges Mr. Poulos committed 15 counts of perjury during his testimony before the MI Senate Oversight Committee on December 15, 2020.

The complaints were filed with Michigan’s Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel, MI Secretary of the Senate Jocelyn Benson, and the MI State Police. Michigan State Representatives Jim DeSana, Steve Carra, Neil Friske, Josh Schriver, Matt Maddock, and Joe Fox, all members of the MI House Freedom Caucus, supported Patrick as he made the announcement.

In his press release, Patrick Colbeck announces 15 COUNTS OF PERJURY that were FILED IN CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS CEO.
Colbeck continues, “Michigan legislators and concerned citizens have brought forth allegations against John Poulos, CEO of Dominion Voting Systems, relating to his testimony under oath on December 15, 2020, before the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee. Mr. Poulos faces 15 counts of perjury based on these allegations. The testimony in question was referenced extensively in the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee’s June 2021 Report on The November 2020 Election in Michigan. The forthcoming evidence challenges the accuracy of Mr. Poulos’s statements and, by extension, questions the findings of the Senate report, which stated there was no evidence of widespread or systemic fraud in the 2020 election in Michigan.”

On February 14, The Gateway Pundit wrote about a BOMBSHELL RECORDING that captured MI Prosecutor Peter Lucido accusing Dominion Voting Machines President John Poulos of perjuring himself under oath when asked about Dominion Machine’s access to the internet.
On December 15, 2020, the CEO of Dominion Voting Systems, John Poulos, testified before the MI Senate Oversight Committee in a hearing where he was asked about the Dominion Voting machines used in Michigan in the November 2020 election.
The Chair of the Senate Oversight Committee, MI Senator Ed McBroom, was first to speak with Mr. Poulos and immediately asked if the Dominion Voting Machines were connected to the internet. In his response, Mr. Poulos explained that the voting machine is “designed” to be connected to the tabulator. Senator McBroom asked if, for some reason, “the locals were to have that computer connected to the world wide web and also networked to the tabulator, is there something in the software that would it shut things down at that point—would it continue to operate? What is the security protocol at that point?” Mr. Poulos appeared to point to the “locals” as the responsible parties for determining if the machines were indeed connected to the internet. “First and foremost,” he began, “the complete security that is under the control of the local authorities is paramount.” If this is indeed true, it would appear that he’s saying it’s up to the election officials in each polling place to ensure the security of the voting machines. The response by the Dominion Voting Machines president begs the question—What if, hypothetically, of course, there were “locals” like the hostile workers at the TCF Center in 2020 who, based on their actions on the day after the 2020 election, had a strong interest in Joe Biden coming from behind to win the election in 2020? And what if there were individuals overseeing the elections who were not interested in protecting the security of the machines?

Then-MI Senator Pete Lucido (R) asked Mr. Poulos, “How do I know, as a voter, Mr. Poulos, that I didn’t have any irregularity of the software being manipulated? How can I be sure of that?” The Dominion CEO responded by saying a “hand count audit and recount” would resolve any questions about the integrity of the machines.
MI Senator Pete Lucido (R) began his questioning of Mr. Poulos by asking if Dominion has any way to access any of the equipment on their machines remotely. The Dominion president responded by saying, “No.” Senator Lucido pressed the Dominion president, asking about the purpose of the USB port on the machines. Mr. Poulos asked for clarification about the type of machine Senator Lucido was referring to. When Senator Lucido clarified that he was speaking about the touchscreen voting machines, the Dominion president responded by saying, “Yes, there is,” adding that the touchscreen voting machines “are just an expensive fancy pen.” Mr. Poulos clarified that the “electronic pen” does not tabulate votes.
Only two weeks ago, during an elections security trial in a federal courthouse in Georgia, computer scientist and University of Michigan professor Alex Halderman revealed shocking election machine security vulnerabilities when he demonstrated how easily a voting machine could be tampered with. Using everyday items, which included a Bic pen and a $10 smart card.
All he needed was a pen to reach a button inside the touchscreen, a fake $10 voter card he had programmed, or a $100 USB device that he plugged into a cord connected to a printer, rewriting the touchscreen’s code.
Professor Halderman’s stunning real-time example of how easily voting machines can be manipulated raised questions about the reliability of Dominion’s voting equipment that has been used in Georgia’s elections.
In another exchange on December 15, 2020, during the MI Senate Oversight Committee hearing, Rep. MacDonald asked Dominion President Poulos, “Is it possible for a record value either locally or remotely? Mr. Poulos responded, “No, to my knowledge, it’s not.” He explained, “Even if it were, they certainly wouldn’t be able to do it undetected.” He added that “It would leave a trail” and that “several checks and balances within the machine could detect whether or not such a thing happened. Mr. Poulos concluded his response with, “Which, of course, I don’t think it can.” You don’t think it can? How is this an acceptable answer?
When asked by Senator MacDonald if it’s possible that votes could be manipulated by inserting a USB drive into the Dominion tabulators? Mr. Poulos responded, “No, I don’t think so,” adding, “Even if it was, it would be detected.” Detected by whom, and what, exactly did Mr. Poulos mean when he said he didn’t think so? Unfortunately, Mr. Poulos wasn’t pressed on his vague response and asked to guarantee it couldn’t happen.
In early December 2023, Attorney Michael J Smith called Macomb Prosecutor Peter Lucido’s office to request a meeting with his office because his client, Michael Lewis Butz, was making a perjury criminal complaint to Macomb County Sheriff Wickersham.
On December 9, 2023, Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido contacted Michael J. Smith via phone. When Smith didn’t answer, Mr. Lucido left the following message:
Mike—Pete Lucido. I got your message.
When I was in the Senate, on the Oversight Committee, we did Dominion. It was published and recorded, and it should be online.
The president of Dominion testified, and so did his engineer or software maker, and the questions were centered around whether or not there was access to the internet on these machines that Dominion made. He said no, and it was a lie!”

In his complaint to the Macomb County Sheriff, Michael Butz explained how, in his opinion, MI SOS Jocelyn Benson’s office and the Bureau of Elections under the direction of Jonathan Brater (who is also the chair of ERIC that is under contract with the state of MI to “clean up” Michigan’s dirty voter rolls), “obstruct and prevent the township and city clerks from performing their lawful duty to transparently conduct elections through the use of complicated electronic voting systems and unlawful election policies and directives.”
In addition to demanding full transparency in Michigan’s elections, Smith wrote:
Truthful testimony from election software and equipment vendors is critical for Michigan township and city clerks, county clerks, senators and other public officials to identify potential election system problems and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate risks to election integrity.
Mr. Butz demanded an investigation into the crime of perjury related to Mr. Poulos’s testimony while he was under oath.
“I have reviewed the Senate testimony of Mr. Poulos and have concluded that he failed to provide accurate and transparent information to Senators- Poulos committed perjury! No one, not even the CEO of Dominion Voting Systems Inc., should be above the law, and I am asking that your office take immediate action to enforce the law, investigate the perjury statements, and charge Mr. Poulos with perjury,” Mr. Butz wrote.
On page 2 of Mr. Butz’s letter to Sheriff Wickersham, he shared an example of how important it is for law enforcement to understand the significance of Mr. Poulos’s testimony.
He wrote, “Dominion was forced to disclose in Williamson, TN, that its source code was defective and the Dominion voting systems did not accurately tally the votes.”
Mr. Poulos testified under oath in front of the Senate Oversight Committee in Lansing, MI, which is located in Ingham County, and former Senator Pete Lucido is now the prosecutor in Macomb County, making it impossible for Mr. Lucido since the alleged perjury took place outside of his district. Additionally, Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido could be considered a witness. The request for an investigation into alleged perjury by Dominion President John Poulos was, therefore, sent to Lansing Chief of Police Ellery Sosebee for investigation.
In his letter to the City of Lansing Police Chief Ellery Sosebee, Mr. Butz stated that he was asking for the Lansing Police Department to assign a criminal complaint number to his request for an investigation. He explained that he initially filed the complaint in Macomb County but was told he needed to file the criminal complaint in the proper jurisdiction. Mr. Butz also explained that because he was involved in litigation against SOS Jocelyn Benson and AG Dana Nessel in another matter, he believes it would be a conflict of interest for the Lansing Police Department to turn the case over to MI AG Nessel’s office.
Does Mr. Butz have a case against Mr. Poulos? Was the Dominion Voting Machines president telling the truth in his testimony to the MI State Senate Oversight Committee?
So, was the testimony of Mr. Poulos on December 15, 2020, accurate? According to the message Macomb Prosecutor Pete Lucido left for Mr. Butz, he certainly doesn’t believe Mr Poulos was telling the truth while testifying under oath. Is Mr. Butz correct? Should there be an investigation into the vulnerability of all voting machines before the critical 2024 election in Michigan and in every state where they will be used?
Attorney Stefanie Lambert has sent a letter to Rep. Jim Jordan asking for the House Judiciary Committee to “immediately subpoena John Poulos, Eric Coomer (formerly employed by Dominion), and former Senator Pete Lucido to testify in front of his committee. In her letter, Lambert cites the criminal complaint filed by her client, Michael Butz, that has not yet been acknowledged by the Lansing Police Chief. In her letter, Lambert states that Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido is willing to testify that Dominion CEO John Poulos lied under oath on December 15, 2020.
Less than one month after the Dominion president’s December 15, 2020, testimony, a scathing report based on expert testimony and reported by NBC News revealed how vulnerable our elections are as long as modems installed in voting machines are allowed to connect to the internet, even briefly – According to a team of 10 independent cybersecurity experts who specialize in voting systems and elections. While the voting machines themselves are not designed to be online, the larger voting systems in many states end up there, putting the voting process at risk.
That team of election security experts says that last summer, they discovered some systems are, in fact, online.
“We found over 35 [voting systems] had been left online, and we’re still continuing to find more,” Kevin Skoglund, a senior technical advisor at the election security advocacy group National Election Defense Coalition, told NBC News.
The three largest voting manufacturing companies — Election Systems &Software, Dominion Voting Systems, and Hart InterCivic — have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.
The largest manufacturer of voting machines, ES&S, told NBC News their systems are protected by firewalls and are not on the “public internet.” But both Skoglund and Andrew Appel, a Princeton computer science professor and expert on elections, said such firewalls can and have been breached.
Kevin Skoglund, senior technical advisor at the National Election Defense Coalition, showed NBC three election systems were still online even after officials had been told they were vulnerable.
For election systems to be online, even momentarily, presents a serious problem, according to Appel.
“Once a hacker starts talking to the voting machine through the modem, the hacker cannot just change these unofficial election results; they can hack the software in the voting machine and make it cheat in future elections,” he said.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology, which provides cybersecurity frameworks for state and local governments and other organizations, recommends that voting systems should not have wireless network connections.
