Joe Biden’s pro-criminal and open border policies that are having a deadly effect on communities including a 31% increase in opioid overdose deaths since 2019. In February, an illegal immigrant was convicted of murdering a 22-year-old woman in Kent County, Michigan.
President Donald Trump loves the people of Michigan and is doing what it takes to stop Joe Biden’s from continuing to destroy our great nation.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in an interview Thursday, reacted to President Trump’s Washington, DC Visit earlier in the day, calling on The Trump Family and the GOP to “have an intervention.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump visited Washington, DC on Thursday in his first trip to the Capitol since the January 6 protest. There, he met with Republican lawmakers and delivered remarks at a press conference. Watch President Trump’s press conference on Capitol Hill here.
Nancy Pelosi, triggered by his visit to the Capitol, called him an “imposter” and a “master of projection.”
Pelosi also asserted that the President “tried to return to the scene of the crime” in reference to January 6.
This comes after new footage was released on Monday from the House Oversight Committee that shows Nancy Pelosi taking responsibility for the January 6, 2021, protests and rioting at the US Capitol.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Pelosi responded to the video exposing her on MSNBC, attempting to brand the video as “revisionist history,” insisting that the real blame lies with former President Trump and his supporters.
Pelosi further tried to claim on Thursday that the Republicans are attempting to "pull the wool over the American people's eyes."
As reported back in 2021, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and GOP Leader Mitch McConnell refused National Guard support before the announced protests on January 6.
This was well documented and explains why Democrats closed their bogus impeachment case against President Trump rather than allow the light of truth to shine down on the American public who would learn that it was Nancy Pelosi who failed to secure the US Capitol in January.
Pelosi further ranted, spewing off pro-Biden propaganda and claiming that Biden lowered unemployment and inflation as President, while Trump destroyed our economy, which we all know is untrue. She also repeated Biden's lie that the Democrats cut the cost of insulin AFTER Joe Biden in 2021 ended President Trump’s policy that provided lower insulin prices to Americans.
To open the interview, MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell had a bizarre meltdown over the disappearing "male ego" of Republicans in Congress, a "phenomenon" that he noticed during the Trump years.

Pelosi: This guy is a former president. He is a master of projection. Everything he says about somebody else, whether it's a judge in the courtroom, a witness, a juror, a member of Congress, a woman, an opponent in an election, everything he says, is a projection of his own shortcomings. “Crooked [this person],” he's crooked. “Lazy [this person]. Name any subject, any subject that you can name, “wacky [this person], he knows he's wacky, he knows he's an imposter. So, if we're going to do psychoanalysis of him, I think we have to have him in person in front of some healthcare professionals.
But I do wish there would be an intervention from his family, assuming they love him beyond the resources, assuming that they love him that they would intervene, that the Republican Party would have an intervention. They have become a cult to a thug. And that is really a tragedy for the Grand Old Party and what they were. So I'm really then going into insecurities. Really, you know the insecurities I'm concerned about are some of the voters out there who fall for his line. But, I'm here tonight to say to you on this day when he tried to return to the scene of the crime, he didn't dare come to the Capitol, as he didn't dare come to the Capitol on January 6. But we cannot let this be whitewashed. This is a disservice to the vision of our founders for a democracy, the sacrifice of our men and women in uniform who have fought for our freedom that he wants to dismantle, and the aspirations of our children to live in this great country.

The FBI has arrested an Arizona man on multiple gun and hate crime charges after he allegedly plotted a mass shooting at a rap concert in Georgia “to incite a race war prior to the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election.”
Mark Alan Prieto, 58, a supposed right-winger reportedly revealed his plans to an FBI informant who “spoke with him more than a dozen times over three years at various gun shows.” He allegedly tried to recruit the informant and another undercover agent to stage the attack at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
“Why is Georgia such a f*cked up state now? When I was a kid, that was one of the most conservative states in the Country,” Prieto is alleged to have told the undercover individuals. The FBI further alleges that Prieto told the agents “that he wanted to target a rap concert because there would be a high concentration of African Americans” and that he wanted to use smoke grenades and a grenade launcher to “cause more panic.”
According to the FBI, “Prieto did not know the individuals were working with the government, but instead believed that they shared his racist beliefs and wanted to commit a mass shooting to incite a race war.”
This author does not find the story incredibly believable. Remember when the FBI busted a “right-wing” plot to kidnap and kill far-left Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and overthrow the state government, but the ringleader was an FBI informant?
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the FBI used at least 12 informants in the Michigan Whitmer kidnapping case.

The FBI issued the following press release on Tuesday:
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Mark Adams Prieto, 58, of Prescott, was indicted by a federal grand jury today on Firearms Trafficking, Transfer of a Firearm for Use in a Hate Crime, and Possession of an Unregistered Firearm.
The indictment alleges that, between January 2024 and May 2024, Prieto had discussions with two individuals working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to devise a plan to commit a mass shooting of African Americans and other minorities to incite a race war prior to the 2024 United States Presidential Election. Prieto did not know the individuals were working with the government, but instead believed that they shared his racist beliefs and wanted to commit a mass shooting to incite a race war. The targeted event was a concert in Atlanta that was going to be held on May 14 and May 15, 2024.
The indictment further alleges that, having discussed specific details about the planned attack, Prieto sold two rifles to one of the individuals, an AK-style rifle on February 25, 2024, and an AR-style rifle on March 24, 2024. During the entire investigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation closely monitored Prieto’s movements. On May 14, 2024, Prieto was stopped by law enforcement driving east from Arizona through New Mexico along Interstate 40. Prieto was in possession of seven firearms and was taken into federal custody. Law enforcement then executed a search warrant at his home in Prescott. Law enforcement found more firearms in his residence, including an unregistered short-barreled rifle.
Each conviction for Firearms Trafficking and Transfer of Firearm for Use in a Hate Crime carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both. A conviction for Possession of an Unregistered Firearm carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.
An indictment is simply a method by which a person is charged with criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent until evidence is presented to a jury that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Phoenix Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation in this case, with assistance from the Phoenix Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Albuquerque Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Office of Inspector General, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and the Prescott Police Department. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico. The U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona, Phoenix, is handling the prosecution, along with the U.S Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, and the U.S. Department of Justice, National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Thousands are expected to gather at a Donald Trump birthday party Friday in West Palm Beach, Florida.Donald Trump spent the day before his 78th birthday being feted by Republicans in Congress who sang “Happy Birthday” and presented him with a cake and gifts. It was a remarkable show of loyalty for a former president who was shunned by many of the same lawmakers after the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot. On Friday, Trump will get another birthday celebration, this time with thousands of supporters in his adopted home state.
Friday's celebration comes a day after Republicans on Capitol Hill held their own party with the former president after he spent most of the day in meetings with them. The GOP lawmakers, some of whom have acted unkindly towards him in recent years, sang 'Happy Birthday" and presented him with a cake and gifts.
On Friday, members of the “Club 47” fan group will hear from Trump in West Palm Beach, Florida, a short drive from his Mar-a-Lago residence. The event sold out of 5,000 tickets at about $35 apiece, with closer spots to the stage costing $60, according to Club 47 President Larry Snowden
Trump is expected to take the stage at 7 pm ET.

President Trump revealed in his interview with Dr. Phil that he plans to announce his running mate at the RNC next month.
It is still unclear who Trump will pick from his list of contenders for the position. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Dr. Ben Carson recently announced he would be meeting with President Trump this weekend in Michigan, and it is speculated that he could be Trump’s potential running mate.
Both men are scheduled to speak at Turning Point USA’s “People’s Convention.”
The Gateway Pundit reported on Dr. Phil’s recent sit down with President Trump for an exclusive one-on-one interview at the Mar-a-Lago.
Dr. Phil says he would like to sit down with all three of the top presidential candidates. Trump is his first interview. Robert Kennedy, Jr. may be second. But don’t hold your breath for any sit down with Old Joe. That’s not going to happen.
During the interview, Dr. Phil and Trump discussed a wide range of topics, including Biden's political persecution of the leading Presidential candidate, Biden's cognitive decline, and Biden's destruction of America.
When asked who his running mate would be, Trump told Dr. Phil that he would be making the announcement at the convention in July.

The former president had previously hinted that there was a “good chance” he would announce his running mate at the convention in Milwaukee, slated for July 15-18.
He hinted at the same plan to Fox News last week, saying “I think I’ll announce who that person’s going to be during the convention.”
“I think that’s pretty normal — during the convention, it will be an interesting period of time,” Trump said on “Hannity.”
North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum (R) and Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Tim Scott (R-S.C.) and JD Vance (R-Ohio) have all reportedly received recent vetting requests from the Trump campaign.

Trump: We had the biggest fundraising I think ever for any candidate ever anywhere in the world in the last eight or nine days, and hundreds of millions of dollars, and to bad it couldn't have been done for other reasons, but they viewed the cases being so corrupt and so ridiculous, you know, every one of the legal pundits and, you know, they're great guys, when you look at Dershowitz, the whole group, you know, that whole group of people, the Andy McCarthy, Jonathan Turley, Greg Jarrett, every one of them, they came out and they said, there's not even a case here. There's no case, and when they saw the jury instructions, when they saw all the things that happened, and it's not like anybody's a friend of mine, Mark Levin as an example., they couldn't believe it. So unfair. You know, it's a very unfair thing. And because of that, the fundraising numbers and the polls with the fundraising— that's sort of like a poll anyway right, where you get right down to it. But the fundraising numbers went, I don't think there's ever been that much money raised that quickly… Hundreds of millions of dollars.
Trump: I ran twice. I did much better the second time than the first time. And if I didn't, I wouldn't have done this. But we had it going like this country has never been going before. It was really good, now is really bad. The worst border in history. The worst inflation, I think, in history, I think the history of the country. People are getting decimated by all something you can fix. You can fix it fast. We were energy independent. We were going to be energy dominant very soon. All these things were happening, and then we had a terrible result in an election. And what happened was disgraceful. And we can't ever let it happen again. But you know, we have a little expression right on that hat: Make America Great Again. And we can do that, Make America Great Again. And this guy is not going to do it. This guy's destroyed our country. When you allow 15, 16, 17, they have no idea with the gotaways, million people in, coming out of jails, coming out of mental institutions, insane asylums, the insane asylums all over the world and mental institutions. They're at the lowest levels they've been at for years. They're going to be totally empty. And you have terrorists coming into our country. We're going to be paying a big price. And we're going to solve the problem, and we're going to solve it relatively quickly. But we have other problems too with energy, with inflation, he's been a disaster as a President. He's the worst that we've ever had. The good news is he makes Jimmy Carter look brilliant by comparison. So, Jimmy Carter is the only one that's happy with this.
Trump: I think I'd have that war stopped. If I was president elect, right after the election, if I win, I will get that war stopped. I'll get it stopped fast before I get to Office. If it stunts up before then... I'm talking about Russia and Ukraine. So many people have been killed. Far more people are being killed.
Trump: When I took over, you know, it was drug infested. When I ran in 2016, I ran on the border. And I fixed the border, and I couldn't even use it a 2020 in the campaign, even though I got millions of more votes than I got the first time, I couldn't talk about the border because I fixed it, and I'd say to my people “I want to talk about the border.” I was proud of the job we did. We had it fixed. It was really in good shape. And drugs were at the lowest point in years, and you know, not only people, drugs, human trafficking, which is such a horrible thing. You think of it as like an ancient kind of a crime and it's bigger now than ever before because of the internet. The internet has made a lot of these things much bigger than they have ever been. When you think of human trafficking, mostly in women by the way, most people don't know that, mostly in women, where they put them into trucks of cars, they have compartments, it's so horrible. And I had it down to the lowest level just about I guess in recorded times.
Trump: So, what you have to do is you have to be very tough on that. We had a deal on the fentanyl that was pouring through. I bought millions of dollars worth of equipment. Believe it or not, they call it sniffing equipment, but believe it or not, the best thing to find— you can spend millions of dollars on equipment and machinery to find drugs coming through like you know, sort of finds it. The best thing is a German Shepherd born in—. Oh, they're unbelievable. They go right to it. It's not even, there's no machine-- You can spend two and a half billion dollars for machinery and the dog is much better. And we literally bred those dogs. It's a very specific type of German Shepherd from a certain part of the world. It's the most incredible thing. We worked very, very hard on that. I was with President Xi; it comes from China, and it comes in through the southern border. And I was with President Xi, and I told you, we got along great. You know, the the COVID was a step too far as far as I was concerned, but we got along great. And I said “do you have a drug problem?” He said no they give the death penalty in China, you sell drugs. I said I'd like you to give the death penalty to people that are making fentanyl and sending it over to our country. And he was gonna do that. And then we had the election result. And, of course, Biden never picked up that conversation. I told them about it. But he was gonna give the death penalty. If he did that, you would have had this literally stopped, almost stopped. But we have to be very, very strong at the border. This is really, this is a plague like, and you know the numbers they say, 70,000, 80,000, I think is probably 250 or 300,000. This is like a war. There's rarely a war. I mean, how many wars where we're losing 300,000 people a year? And everybody knows a family. I know many families where their children die and they're not even addicted. They take a pill that's unrelated and it had a little bit of fentanyl. They say you can take the head of a needle, and you just put a piece on there, and that's enough to kill like 10 people. It is a really horrible thing. And I would have had China giving the maximum penalty. They would not have been sending it, and I had to deal with that with President Xi, but of course Biden didn't follow up just like an follow up on the Abraham Accords, which would have been a great thing to do. So, we have to be very tough on the border. And that includes the drugs, as well as people, as well as people not coming in from jails and prisons and you know mental institutions which is happening now at levels that nobody's ever seen before. It's crazy. How can it be good? It's so bad. And I guess they're either stupid, which they're not, they hate our country, or they want to get these people for votes. A lot of people think that. That's the thing, they want to get for votes. But the destruction the damage that Biden's done to our country by having 16, 17 million people already in, you know, it's much more than they said, it's probably 17, I think could be even higher than that, in our country. And these are not people that are going to make America great again, these are people that have a lot of issues. And we're going to have a lot of issues as long as they're here. And we're going to get them out. We have to get them out.

President Trump addressed the media in Washington, DC on Thursday to deliver a message of unity in the Republican Party and showcase how he is going to work with Republicans in Congress to fix our country and Make America Great Again.
The Gateway Pundit reported on live coverage of his speech earlier after meeting with Republican lawmakers and business CEOs to pitch his plan to Make America Great Again and push for unity within the GOP caucus.
During his meetings on the Hill, Trump reportedly floated a bold proposal on Thursday to abolish income tax and implement an “all tariff policy.”
This bombshell proposal was made during his private meeting with Republican lawmakers at the Capitol Hill Club in Washington, D.C., to pitch his plan to Make America Great Again.
During his speech to the press, President Trump preached unity within the Republican party, declaring, "We want to see borders, we want to see strong military, we want to see money not wasted all over the world."
This is a stark contrast from the statements by RINO Trump-hater Paul Ryan, who recently declared that he will not support President Trump in the 2024 election, calling him "unfit for office."
As The Gateway P{undit reported, Trump-supporting Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) exploded on the former House Speaker earlier this week, calling him "a piece of garbage" and saying he should be removed from the Republican Party for refusing to support "the leader of our party, Donald Trump."
The President also commented on Russia's show of force in positioning a nuclear-capable submarine off the coast of Florida, saying, "We don't want to see Russian ships right off the coast of Florida, which is what they are right now. That's unthinkable." In regard to Joe Biden, President Trump remarked, "We're a nation that is being laughed at out all over the world. We have a leader that's being laughed at all over the world."

We want to see borders, we want to see strong military, we want to see money not wasted all over the world. We don't want to see Russian ships right off the coast of Florida, which is what they are right now. That's unthinkable.
We want to see just success for our country. And we don't have success right now. We have inflation that's killing everybody. We have levels of inflation that nobody's seen for; they say 42 years, they say 53 years, and they say 75 years, I would say probably all of them are wrong. Probably we've never seen levels like this before. And we're going to end that; we're going to bring back our jobs. We're going to bring back common sense to government. We're going to have strong borders, and we're going to have people come into our country, but they're going to come in legally. They're not going to pour in from prisons all over South America and all over the world. And it's not just South America, by the way; it's all over the world. And we're not going to have them pour in from mental institutions, which is where they're coming from, large numbers, and large numbers are terrorists, and we're not going to have this. So, what's happening to our country is of great concern to the group of people standing alongside of me. And I just wanted to say that we have great unity, we have great common sense, a lot of very smart people in this room and a lot of people that love our country; they love our country beyond just about all else. And the only thing that maybe supersedes it is their family and maybe their faith in certain instances, and that's very nice. But they want this country to be great again, and we're gonna make it great again. And so I just want to thank the Republican Senate, and I want to thank also the House. We met, as you know, with the full House, Republican House today, and we had a tremendous meeting with them also, and there's great unity, very similar and different topics, actually, not that different.
And there's one thing in common, we want to make America great again, we want to make our country great again, we're a nation that's in decline. We're a declining nation. We're a nation that is being laughed at out all over the world. We have a leader that's being laughed at all over the world. And we're going to turn it around, we're going to turn around fast. The polls are looking like they're very strongly for us. And if you, no matter where you look, in fact, a lot of states that people thought weren't in play are very strongly in play. Some we're actually leading in. But we have to get elected. We have to take this, beautiful place, and we have to make it really something very special again. Right now, it's not special. Right now, it's being scorned and being used as an example of when they look at the crime on the streets, when they look at all of the problems that we have, they're using us as a bad example of democracy. And they're getting away with murder, and we're not going to let it happen. So I just want to thank you for coming, and I want to thank everybody here. You're all either elected, or you're going to be elected again and reelected, and I'm with every one of you, and you know that. I'll be with you always. I think we're gonna have a tremendous election. November 5 is very important, but we really start much earlier than that. You have North Carolina, as an example, you have North Carolina September 6, you have Pennsylvania starts on September 22. These are things different from the old days. We had election day, and you had paper ballots, and you had voter ID. Unfortunately, maybe someday, we'll get back to that. But you don't have that right now. President Trump will speak to the press in Washington, DC this afternoon after a morning of meetings with Republican lawmakers and business CEOs to pitch his plan to Make America Great Again and push for unity within the GOP caucus.

Former President Donald Trump is meeting Thursday with his Republican congressional allies in the Washington, DC, neighborhood of Capitol Hill, his first visit since leaving office and since being convicted of a felony.
At Trump’s first closed-door meeting, House Republicans feted him with a birthday celebration. (The former president’s birthday is Friday). Trump is slated to meet with GOP senators later Thursday.
President Joe Biden, meanwhile, is overseas at the G7 summit in Puglia, Italy, and expected to speak later Thursday alongside Ukraine’s president.
Biden and Trump, both of whom had already clinched their parties’ presidential nominations, are gearing up for a rematch in November.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET to examine Alvin Bragg’s political prosecution of President Trump. With his unprecedented politicized indictment of President Trump, Manhattan District Attorney Bragg has opened the door for politically motivated prosecutions of federal officials by state and local prosecutors. Other ambitious state prosecutors have already followed Bragg’s lead and pursued politically motivated indictments of President Trump.
On April 4, 2023, after campaigning on his experience in investigating President Trump and in response to intense pressure from left-wing activists, Bragg charged President Trump with 34 felony counts for falsifying business records. Falsifying business records is ordinarily a misdemeanor subject to a two-year statute of limitations, which would have expired long ago. While Bragg is systematically downgrading most felonies in Manhattan to misdemeanors, he used a novel and untested legal theory—previously declined by federal prosecutors—to upgrade the charges against President Trump to felonies. Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) exploded on former House Speaker and unabashed Trump hater Paul Ryan after he sat down for an interview with Fox Host Neil Cavuto Tuesday and revealed he will not support President Trump in the 2024 election.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Ryan publicly declared President Donald Trump “unfit for office,” announcing his decision not to support Trump in the upcoming election.
Not only did he declare that he would not be casting his vote for Trump, but he also criticized the President’s character and principles.
Neil Cavuto, during his show on Fox News, read out a post from Trump where the President lambasted Ryan. “Rupert Murdoch should fire pathetic RINO Paul Ryan… Ryan is a loser, always has been, always will be,” Trump’s post read.
“I got death, taxes and weird stuff from Donald Trump—these are the three certainties in my life. So to me, it’s just another day in a life,” Ryan said.
The globalist RINO attributed his decision to withdraw support from Trump partially to the Jan. 6, 2021 protest at the Capitol.
“That’s a part of it. I think it’s a contribution of factors. I think it really is just character at the end of the day, and the fact that if you’re willing to put yourself above the Constitution ― an oath you swear when you take federal office, whether as president or a member of Congress, you swear an oath to the Constitution ― and you’re willing to suborn it to yourself, I think that makes you unfit for office.”
Ryan, who has also ruled out voting for Joe Biden, plans instead to "write in a Republican" candidate:
At one point in the interview, Ryan awkwardly responded to his unpopularity among pro-Trump Fox viewers and agreed that it was "the unspoken issue" between Rupert Murdoch and him. It was hilarious!

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider on Tuesday slammed Will Smith as a “liar” and a “complete, utter fraud” while discussing Smith’s freak-out and assault of comedian Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscar Award Ceremony.
Recall that in March 2022, Will Smith rushed the Oscar stage and decked comedian Chris Rock in the face for making a joke about his wife being in “G.I. Jane 2” because of her haircut. The actress had shaved her head to deal with her alopecia, which causes hair loss.
Rock cracked the joke and started to move on as Smith approached the stage and slapped him dead in the face.
Strangely, Smith had previously laughed at a joke about his wife cheating on him, but the joke about her hair did it.
"Will Smith is a twat," said Schneider, adding that he is a "liar" when he was asked by the host about Smith's manners and politeness. "I also thought it was a very mild joke," Schneider added.
Schneider also revealed that the "politically correct" Academy of Motion Picture Arts was "cowardly" and worried about racism when determining how to punish Smith for assaulting Chris Rock. If it were anyone else, "they would have been hauled off to prison," he said.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences ruled in April 2022 that Will Smith will be banned from attending the Oscar ceremonies for the next ten years.

The Arizona House Ad Hoc Committee on Executive Oversight recently released a report finding that Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes “abused her power, neglected her duty, and committed malfeasance in office” and recommended her impeachment.
Recall that the 2022 election in Arizona was rigged and stolen when 60% of machines failed on election day in the state’s largest county. Trump-Endorsed Republican Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh reportedly lost by 280 votes out of more than 2.5 million ballots.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, calls to impeach Kris Mayes grew last year after news that she had targeted conservative county election officials who questioned her fraudulent election and are fighting for honest elections moving forward.
An Arizona grand jury indicted Republican Cochise County Supervisors Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd on felony charges of Interference with an Election Officer and Conspiracy — all because they wanted to ensure accuracy with a hand count audit of the stolen 2022 election before officially certifying.
This is perfectly legal as ARS 16-622(A) gives Arizona County Supervisors discretion over canvassing election results, and ARS 16-602(B) requires County Supervisors to conduct a hand count audit of “at least two percent of the precincts in that county.” You can contribute to help Supervisor Tom Crosby fight against this lawfare here.
The political persecution of Judd and Crosby, as well as a frivolous 2023 lawsuit against Cochise County for attempting to expand their 2022 election hand count, are cited in the report as examples of Mayes’ abuse of power.
Additionally, according to the Ad Hoc committee’s report, “In November 2023, Attorney General Mayes threatened the Mohave County Board of Supervisors with criminal and civil penalties if they voted contrary to her legal opinion,” warning that “an illegally expanded hand count may result in various felony and misdemeanor penalties.”
More recently, a grand jury convened by Kris Mayes and stacked with Trump-hating leftists indicted Trump 2020 alternate electors, Trump attorneys, and GOP activists for casting an alternative slate of electors after the 2020 election.
The report also cites Mayes’ weaponization of her office to further her pro-abortion agenda, attack Arizona farmers, and refuse to defend state laws in court, namely the Save Women’s Sports Act, which would have prevented biological males from competing against females in school sports.
Mayes also “hindered the Committee’s work by failing to timely respond to information and records requests and by refusing to testify.” In a statement to ABC 15, a spokesperson for the Attorney General’s office said, “This partisan stunt by far-right members of the legislature makes a mockery of real legislative oversight. It is based on nothing more than political and policy disagreements that legislators like Rep. Jacqueline Parker have with Attorney General Mayes.”

Five Republican committee members on a special House panel initiated impeachment proceedings against Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes on Friday. The lawmakers accused her of abuse of power, neglect of duties, and malfeasance in office.
State Representative Jacqueline Parker (R-Mesa) (pictured above, foreground), who chairs the panel, announced the release of a 102-page report detailing these allegations, which has stirred significant political controversy.
The committee’s investigation highlighted Mayes’ use of legal resources to target political opponents, described as “law-fare.” Mayes has dismissed the report as a partisan attack by “radical Republicans aimed at undermining her work.” Democrats assigned to the committee refused to participate. Mayes spokesperson said, “The investigative report released today by the sham House ad hoc oversight committee isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. This partisan stunt by far-right members of the Legislature makes a mockery of real legislative oversight.”
Parker said, “The people of Arizona deserve better from the state’s chief legal officer. … I hope all House members will thoroughly review the Committee’s report and findings and agree to impeach Attorney General Mayes…”.

The House Ad Hoc Committee on Executive Oversight has investigated Attorney General Kris Mayes for misconduct in office. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes has abused her power, neglected her duty, and committed malfeasance in office.
1. Attorney General Mayes threatened the Mohave County Board of Supervisors in November 2023 with personal criminal and civil penalties if they voted contrary to her unsolicited legal opinion. Attorney General Mayes’ threat affected at least one vote in the Board’s 3-2 decision. The Attorney General does not have authority to declare existing law or to threaten public officials with criminal or civil penalties if they vote against her wishes. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes abused her power and committed malfeasance in office.
2. Attorney General Mayes used the legal system to attack her political opponents by suing Cochise County and its Board of Supervisors and making irrelevant and inflammatory accusations against them. The Committee obtained some evidence relating to this lawsuit, but Attorney General Mayes has not fully produced records that the Committee requested more than eight weeks ago. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes abused her power.
3. Attorney General Mayes issued a consumer alert filled with deception, fraud, and misrepresentations about Arizona organizations providing health care services to women. Attorney General Mayes failed to produce any Arizona evidence supporting the statements in her alert. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes abused her power by issuing an alert that runs contrary to the Consumer Fraud Act.
4. Attorney General Mayes hosted town halls, threatened public nuisance lawsuits, and advocated for ballot measures relating to groundwater use. Arizona law protects farmers from such litigation and prohibits electioneering with public funds. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes abused her power by using public resources to attempt to influence an election and proposing action—filing a lawsuit or referring a measure to the ballot—the Attorney General does not have authority to take.
5. Attorney General Mayes refused to defend the Save Women’s Sports Act when challenged in court by disqualifying her office, and she refused to explain her decision to the Committee. Attorney General Mayes also has refused to defend other state laws. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes neglected her duty by failing to defend state laws.
6. Attorney General Mayes hindered the Committee’s work by failing to timely respond to information and records requests and by refusing to testify. The Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes neglected her duty by failing to adequately respond to the Committee.
For these reasons, the Committee finds that Attorney General Mayes has committed impeachable offenses. The Committee recommends the House adopt a resolution impeaching Attorney General Mayes and appointing a board of managers to prosecute her at a Senate trial.

It's disinformation, misinformation, talk. They talk, talk, talk as our country goes down the tubes. Less than four years ago, I handed Crooked Joe the strongest, most secure border in the history of our country. We never had a border like that. We built 571 miles of border wall. Under the Trump Administration, if you crossed our border illegally, we caught you and sent you back from where you came. It was very simple. Remember when Joe said it's great to be in Idaho and he was in Iowa? He always does that. If I ever did that, it would be over. They'd say that's the end of his political career. This is President Trump’s first campaign-hosted rally since he was found guilty in the New York show trial.

The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan, whose daughter has received MILLIONS of dollars consulting the Democrats who want to take down Trump, instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed. Judge Merchan told jurors they did not have to agree on a crime. This is unheard of in US history. The jury only had to agree that something bad happened, but not on what that something is. This, of course, is completely unconstitutional.
However, this isn’t slowing President Trump down. In just hours following the verdict, Trump raised MORE THAN $34 MILLION for his campaign.
It was later revealed that Trump raised $52.8 million in the 24 hours after he was found guilty.
And on Friday, while speaking at a Turning Point Action rally in Arizona, Trump told the crowd that he had raised “almost $400 Million” in the week after the verdict in his “rigged trial.”

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs violated the law by circumventing the Arizona Senate’s Committee on Director Nominations to vet state agency directors, a judge has ruled.
“The Governor has improperly, unilateraly appointed de facto directors for these 13 agencies, despite the actual job tile she has assigned 10 each of them,” reads Judge Scott Blaney’s June 5 ruling.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Hobbs is also facing an investigation, stemming from significant donations made to a dark money group, which were used for Hobbs’ inaugural events, potentially influencing state contract decisions.
Hobbs’ ethical conduct was called into question by GOP State Legislators after she solicited donations of up to $250,000 using a 501(c)(4) nonprofit group for inaugural events and received $400,000 from a company, which later made millions in return.
Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes, who, like Hobbs, stole the 2022 election by 280 votes from Trump-endorsed Abe Hamadeh, will launch a criminal investigation into Governor Katie Hobbs over a pay-to-play scheme.

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge says Gov. Katie Hobbs violated Arizona law when she appointed “de facto directors” to lead state agencies without Senate consent. However, the court will not be issuing an injunction at this time.
At issue is the governor’s battle with the Republican-controlled legislature over her nominees to run various state departments.
In February 2023, one month after Gov. Hobbs was sworn in, the state Senate broke tradition by creating a new committee to vet and confirm her nominees. A number of Democrats criticized the move, calling the Senate Committee on Director Nominations (DINO) a blatant attempt to stall or completely block the nominations.
In the days and months that followed, the governor submitted 22 nominations for director positions. According to court documents, only 11 nominees received a hearing before the new panel.
The Judge ordered that Hobbs' appointments were made "in violation of Arizona law" and that a seperate evidentary hearing or oral arguments will occur in July or early August for the parties to "meet and confer in an attempt to reach a mutually agreeable resolution of this dispute."

Per the report, Katie Hobbs delivered the following statement in response to the ruling:
“Arizonans want sanity, not the chaos of indicted fake elector Jake Hoffman’s sham committee that he abuses to force his radical political agenda on Arizonans. Governor Hobbs stands ready to work with anybody in the Senate who is serious about putting the political games aside and delivering for everyday Arizonans, and as she’s said from day one, she remains open to a fair and timely process for confirmation of nominees.
“We believe the ruling is wrong on the law and will be appealing it. While the case remains pending, we will continue to ensure state agencies can perform their vital functions and serve Arizonans.”
Arizona Senate Republicans and Senate President Warren Petersen responded to the ruling highlighting the "disturbing trend of our Governor breaking our laws" and slamming the Democrats for "weaponizing Arizona's government for their own political gain and to implement their radical left agenda."
According to Petersen, the decisions made by Hobbs' "fake directors" could possibly lead to a "myriad of lawsuits."

Court Rules Katie Hobbs Violated State Law by Failing to Nominate Directors for Senate Confirmation
PHOENIX, ARIZONA— After months of throwing Arizona's critical state agencies into chaos and subjecting these entities to a host of potential legal challenges, while also creating confusion for the citizens of Arizona, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled today Katie Hobbs' scheme to circumvent the Senate confirmation process for director nominations is unlawful and must be immediately reversed.
Consistent with the United States Constitution and the laws of states across this nation, Arizona law requires its agencies to be led by Senate-confirmed directors, under A.R.S. § 38-211. This requirement exists to preserve the liberties of Arizona's citizens. Just as the Governor's veto serves as a check on legislative power, Senate confirmation of agency directors serves as a necessary check on the Governor's power.
In September of 2023, after a Senate committee recommended a nominee accused of plagiarism not be confirmed, Hobbs sent a letter to Senate President Warren Petersen notifying him that she was going to evade the senate-confirmation process for agency directors, mandated by A.R.S. § 38-211. Under her ill-advised plan, blessed by Attorney General Mayes, Hobbs withdrew 13 director nominations still pending before the Senate. She then re-installed these same individuals with a fake title of "Executive Deputy Directors." Based on flimsy legal reasoning, which Hobbs' own attorney later described as "strange," Hobbs claimed these fake directors had the same power and authority as Senate-confirmed directors. After months of discussions, she continued to insist she was above the law. As a result, President Petersen sued Hobbs.
Today, the Honorable Scott Blaney confirmed Governor Hobbs violated state law with her illegal scheme. Under Judge Blaney's order, Hobbs must submit nominees to fill the supposed "vacancies" created by her now-debunked strategy. The court rightly recognized that “the Governor willfully circumvented th[e] statutory process and eliminated the Legislative branch from its oversight role.”
"We're witnessing a very disturbing trend of our Governor breaking our laws," said Senate President Warren Petersen. "Contrary to what she may believe, she is not above the law, and the Legislature is fulfilling its role in serving as the constitutional check and balance against her abuse of power. This case is a prime example of Democrats weaponizing Arizona's government for their own political gain and to implement their radical left agenda. Unfortunately, every decision made by these fake directors on behalf of our state agencies will be under a microscope, opening the door for a myriad of lawsuits. I'm disappointed with our attorney general once again supporting another unlawful order by the Governor, but I'm very pleased with the court's rightful interpretation of our statutes. I look forward to the Governor's cooperation so that we may reinstate sanity after this chaotic period she created for the entire state of Arizona."

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has come under fire once more over the “donations” to a dark money group for her inaugural events last year after it was reported that a state contractor’s six-figure donation led to millions in state funds.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Katie Hobbs’ ethics was called into question by GOP State Legislators after she charged donors as much As $250,000 using a 501(c)(4) nonprofit group for inaugural events.
The nonprofit she used was also headquartered at the same address as Coppersmith Brockelman PLC. This is the same Democrat law firm that represented Defendant Katie Hobbs in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the rigged 2022 midterm.
The donors to Katie Hobbs' inauguration included Sunshine Residential Homes and its affiliates, who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to later receive a previously denied rate increase for their youth group home services.
Even the far-left Arizona Republic is questioning Katie Hobbs and suggesting an investigation is in order.

DCS over the course of the past year approved what amounts to a nearly 60% increase in the rate that Sunshine Residential Homes Inc. charges to care for a child for a day, meaning potentially millions of dollars more going to the company at taxpayers' expense.
No other standard group home provider — there are dozens — was approved for any rate increase during Hobbs’ tenure.
After initial rejection, Sunshine's rate increase comes after political donation. Sunshine Residential Homes in December 2022 sought a 20% rate increase, to $179 per day. DCS denied it on Feb. 6, 2023, according to records provided by the department.
Three days later, Sunshine donated $100,000 to a dark-money fund Hobbs’ campaign created...
Only recently did the company begin contributing to political campaigns in Arizona.
Two six-figure donations from Sunshine to the Arizona Democratic Party were reported when Hobbs was running for governor, totaling $200,000 in September and October 2022.
[Sunshine's CEO] and his wife personally donated nearly the maximum amount, $5,000 each, to Hobbs’ campaign.
That’s not all the company would kick in. Another $200,000 was donated after Hobbs’ election, with half of that going directly to Hobbs’ inauguration fund through her dark money group.
[Sunshine's Director of Programs] worked for DCS for a decade before joining Sunshine in 2022, according to his resume. Saifi donated $5,000 to Hobbs’ gubernatorial campaign the same day his boss did, state records show. -------

Steve Bannon and his attorney, David Schoen, spoke to the press earlier following Bannon’s DC court hearing in the sham January 6 Committee subpoena case.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Bannon has been ordered to surrender to prison by July 1. This ruling comes after Bannon’s appeal was denied by a Washington, D.C. judge.
United States District Court Judge Carl Nichols issued the decision on Thursday, rejecting Bannon’s request to stay his sentence while he seeks to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
This ruling follows Bannon’s conviction on charges related to his refusal to comply with a subpoena from the House committee investigating the January 6th witch hunt.
Bannon refused to provide documents to the January 6 Committee because President Trump asserted executive privilege.
“Based on long-standing U.S. Department of Justice authority, you should not appear for a deposition or provide documents,” Bannon argued.
“We’ve had constitutional executive privilege for 250 years, going back to George Washington,” Former Gorsuch clerk and regular guest on Bannon’s “War Room” Mike Davis said last month.
“So Presidents can get candid advice from their presidential advisors (both inside and outside of government( without fear they will get hauled before Congress—and especially not get thrown in prison,” he added.

During his remarks, attorney David Schoen outlined why the charges are wrong and in conflict with President Trump's Executive Privilege and called on House Speaker Mike Johnson to convene the Bilateral Advisory Group to declare that the sham January 6 Committee violated House rules.
Steve Bannon slammed the Justice Department's persecution to stop the MAGA movement and declared that "There is not a prison built or a jail built that will ever shut me up."

O’Keefe Media Group released a new video on Wednesday, exposing the mainstream media with Nick Cirone, a producer and booker from ABC News’ Good Morning America, who gives a tell-all on how they purposefully give Biden and the Democrats good press but smear and slant their coverage of Trump and “right-wing crazies” negatively.
This is something that we all know is true, but they refuse to admit it. Even Cirone seemingly has no idea that what they’re doing is wrong, claiming that “the truth, very overwhelmingly, has a liberal bias.”
Good Morning America is hosted by former Bill Clinton henchman George Stephanopoulos, who frequently goes off on rants against President Trump.
“It’s very clear” that Stephanopoulos “f*cking hates [Trump],” says Cirone. “If I had to guess, just based on what I know about him and what I hear him say on the air, he clearly thinks the guy’s deranged.”
Cirone states, “Obviously, we’re covering [news] in a neutral kind of a way. We’re not partisan.” However, he continues, “When we’re talking about a particular story, sure, if it’s like something that’s clearly positive for Biden, we’re going to talk about that story, but it’s not like we’re going to say, you guys all should vote for Biden because of it.” In regard to coverage of President Trump, “a lot of what he does is very clearly bad,” and “sometimes the truth has a very clear slant in one direction,” says Cirone, while agreeing with the undercover journalist that they don’t need to try to paint Trump in a bad light.
Ironically, however, as Cirone notes, George Stephanopoulos, based on his on-air comments, makes it “very clear” that he “f*cking hates [Trump].”
Cirone also tells the journalist that they will bring on guests who “can say all they want,” including, “This guy is a f*cking evil piece of sh*t.” Cirone continues, “But… It’s not appropriate for it to be coming from our reporters.”
He agrees that “in a lot of cases,” his job is to “pick certain guests to come onto the show that will specifically highlight how sh*tty Trump is.“.
Still, Cirone says that places like Fox News are the “propaganda machines.”
At one point, Cirone actually says, “We’re supposed to present the truth… The truth very overwhelmingly has a liberal bias.”
When asked how his statements would outrage Republicans, Christians, and Trump supporters, Cirone responded, “Absolutely, but they’re not based in reality for the most part anyway.” He continues, “Those kinds of people are not necessarily based in reality,” but instead, “ideological dogma, you know, bigotry, hatred, ignorance.”
“I find right-wing crazies so fascinating on like a scholarly level… Like, I’m just like baffled about how they move through life operating on those, you know, on that mindset.”
The same could be said for left-wing crazies who look at everything as bigoted, anti-trans, and racist.
While on one of James O’Keefe’s undercover cameras, Cirone even mentioned O’Keefe and the Project Veritas organization, which O’Keefe founded, and accused them of producing “misinformation” while calling O’Keefe “irrelevant.”
O’Keefe then called Cirone for comment on his statements, but he hung up!

President Trump released a new video statement on Tuesday, thanking New Yorkers for the tremendous support in the Bronx and teasing more rallies in historically blue areas of the country.
The rally in the Bronx was a massive success at showcasing the president’s continued support from minority voters, even in the most Democratic parts of America.
“I can’t wait to bring our message to other Democrat-run cities that are falling apart like Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, so many other places, but I’ll see you all soon,” President Trump told supporters in his message.
Trump also noted that “even fake news CNN was forced to admit that our crowd size totally shocked them. They were shocked; everybody was shocked, except maybe me and the people that were there.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported, tens of thousands of voters turned out in the Bronx despite fears of violence from Democrats, who had a minimal presence at the rally despite 15 or more politicians and groups trying to disrupt the rally with their weak protest.
The Bronx rally came after President Trump delivered remarks to a massive crowd of roughly 100,000 supporters in Wildwood, New Jersey.
President Trump told the crowd in New Jersey that he plans to campaign in historically blue states and win.
President Trump now says he will be back in the Bronx "a lot of times," along with the other deep blue cities he mentioned.

Meanwhile, before and during Trump’s speech, supporters were lined up around the block awaiting entry to the maxed-out rally. Thousands had to watch and listen to Trump’s speech in the overflow crowd.

The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic will hear testimony this morning in the Rayburn House Office Building from Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and face of COVID-era lockdowns and phony medical guidance.

“We’re going to be appealing it on many different things. He wouldn’t allow us to have witnesses. He wouldn’t allow us to talk. He wouldn’t allow us to do anything,” said Trump during his press conference.
Trump is expected to appeal Merchan’s ruling to greatly restrict the testimony of Trump’s star witness, former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith, who would have exalted Trump of any alleged, bogus, fake crime.
“He was waiting for two days, and when it was his turn, Bragg’s people protested, and the judge knocked him out and said you can’t testify. He actually said you can’t testify for anything having to do with the trial; you can say what the federal elections is. Well, that doesn’t help. Everybody knows that. But you can’t testify,” said Trump at one point during his press conference today.
Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) recently told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview, “It’s almost as though he has intentionally committed the most egregious reversible error, knowing that if there is a conviction, it will be reversed on appeal. But in the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon. That’s what this is about.”
Trump's sentencing hearing was set for July 11, THREE DAYS before the Republican National Convention, where delegates will choose the GOP nominee for President. The motives of the prosecutors and the judge couldn't be clearer.
Trump slammed the judge as a "tyrant" and said any honest members of the media in the courthouse could see he was "crazed" and angry with Trump in making his many reversible errors.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer
The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.
After deliberating for several hours on Thursday, the jury returned a guilty verdict after the judge rigged the trial by allowing jurors to choose which crime they believed Trump committed.
Trump is facing four years in prison for every count.
The sentencing was set for July 11.

RINO former Arizona Governor Doug Ducey endorsed fellow RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer for reelection in an announcement made on Thursday.
It should be remembered that RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, who oversaw early voting in Lake’s stolen 2022 election for governor, founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda and admits to voting for Democrats last election cycle. Richer also sued Kari Lake, alleging defamation after she spoke out against him for the corrupt election and his serious conflicts of interest. He would seemingly like nothing more than to see Kari Lake lose.
Richer is set to face Justin Heap and Don Hiatt in the the July 30 GOP Primary for Maricopa County Recorder. The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Heap, who is endorsed by Kari Lake, Rep. Andy Biggs, and Rep. Paul Gosar, savaged Richer at a candidate forum hosted by the Palo Verde Republican Women’s Club’s May 15 luncheon with one simple prompt for the audience: Please raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle.
It was over for Richer, who oversees early voting and mail-in ballots in Maricopa County, when nearly half of the crowd raised their hand and exposed the corruption in Richer’s current system.
This is not the first time Ducey has endorsed the Anti-MAGA candidate in a race. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Ducey previously endorsed open-borders RINO Karrin Taylor Robson in the August 2022 Primary Election for Arizona Governor against Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake.
The Gateway Pundit recently outlined in another report that Kari Lake is leading by a landslide in the polls for Arizona’s Senate seat, but things may turn sour for the Trump-Endorsed candidate, who almost lost the 2022 primary to mass voter disenfranchisement and potential fraud, again.
It can be recalled The Gateway Pundit and Cygnal Polling conducted a poll of likely Republican voters weeks before Kari Lake’s August 2, 2022 Arizona gubernatorial primary, which found that she led competitors by double digits. Then, shenanigans in the primary election made Lake’s race a nail-biter.
When the polls opened across Maricopa County, the printers were not working, and some voters were reportedly handed slips of paper with a phone number to call. Voters were also told to visit a different polling location if they wanted to have their vote counted. Some voters were reportedly told that they had already voted.
Other issues were discovered statewide, and Pinal County even ran out of ballots at polling locations and turned voters away from the polls. Prior to this, Pinal County sent 63,000 erroneous ballots to voters leading up to the August 2nd Primary Election.
Many saw these issues as a trial run for the 2022 general election, in which 60% of machines in Maricopa County failed on election day, and other irregularities were detected statewide. Kari Lake reportedly lost the General Election by less than 1% to corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs, who oversaw the election as Secretary of State.
Yet Kari Lake's opponent, Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, in a February 2023 Congressional Homeland Security Committee Hearing, said Trump lost his election and that he has “seen zero evidence” that election fraud had an impact in the 2020 election — even after the rigged midterms where irregularities occurred in his county during the Primary and General Elections, and 60% of machines in Maricopa County failed in the general election.
Ducey will presumably back Kari Lake's opponent, Mark Lamb, in the Senate Primary, and it appears the fix is in.

Governor Ducey promised an efficient, effective government that would improve government where it was needed, and remove government it where it wasn't needed (and he was succeeding).
Governor Ducey promised to avoid the personal controversies that had plagued so many politicians, including some Arizona politicians (and he was succeeding).
Governor Ducey promised a serious, professional approach to the Governor's Office that would resemble his work as a serious, professional CEO of a successful business (and he was succeeding).
Philosophically, my politics had been set long before moving to Arizona.
Since age 15 (weird?), I'd idolized the likes Milton Friedman, F.A. Hayek, Bill Buckley, and Richard Epstein (who as my teacher for two different degrees was ... a little different than his writings... Hi Professor Epstein if you're reading!!!). And I'd worked at places like American Enterprise Institute, Cato Institute, and the Washington Legal Foundation.
But in terms of elected officials, I had fewer north stars.
Governor Ducey became one.

Joe Biden’s mini town hall-sized rally in Philadelphia on Wednesday showed how little support he has in America’s bluest areas.
President Trump, on the other hand, last week held a massive rally in the Bronx, where thousands of Black voters and citizens in Democrat-run New York’s bluest borough turned out to see President Trump. Trump would likely do even better in Philly.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Joe “You Aint Black” Biden made a pitch to black voters in Philadelphia this afternoon and announced a “Black Voters for Biden-Harris” initiative. Ahead of the event, The Biden campaign accused Donald Trump of “running on an anti-Black agenda.”
It can be recalled that racist Joe Biden was close to KKK Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd and even attended his funeral. And don’t forget about Joe Biden’s famous 1993 speech when he called blacks “predators.”
This comes as a Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll earlier this month shows Biden losing support among young, Black, and Hispanic voters and losing by 3% in Pennsylvania. Per the New York Times, “Nearly 70 percent of voters say that the country’s political and economic systems need major changes — or even to be torn down entirely” in the six battleground states polled.
Of course, nobody cared that Joe Biden was in Philly on Wednesday.
It could have been worse, but the Biden/Harris team filled the school gym with school attendees who won't even be able to vote this election. It looked more like a Little League sign-up than a political campaign rally.

Biden also claimed that he was in Baltimore "the next day" after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed and killed multiple construction workers. Maryland Governor Wes Moore can be seen nodding along as Biden lies about when he visited Baltimore. Biden first visited the site of the bridge collapse on Friday, April 5, over a week after it collapsed on March 26.
Biden then repeated his same old favorite lie that he "got involved as a kid in the civil rights movement":

After his speech, Biden's handlers cranked up the music at the restaurant to avoid reporters' questions. President Trump made a Truth Social post earlier, congratulating Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on refusing demands by Democrats and leftist organizations to recuse himself from Trump cases surrounding January 6 and the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Democrat politicians have called for Alito’s recusal over reports that Alito’s home displayed the inverted flag on January 17, 2021—just days after the January 6 Capitol event and shortly before Joe Biden’s inauguration. Leftist group Citizens for Ethics also sent a letter to Chief Justice Roberts “calling on him to immediately create an enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court Code of Conduct and to encourage Justice Alito to recuse from January 6 and election related cases.”
The letter from Citizens for Ethics further cites the American Flag and an “Appeal to Heaven” flag flown outside Alito’s vacation home. According to the letter, the flag “has been associated with a far-right religious sect of the “Stop the Steal” movement.”
However, according to Americanflags.com, “This iconic emblem, also known as the Pine Tree flag, holds a special place in the hearts of those who cherish American values and the relentless pursuit of liberty.” These godless leftists sure do hate Christians!
Also, in an appalling violation of the code of ethics, one sitting federal judge wrote a political hit piece in the New York Times publicly attacking conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Judge Walton, a Bush appointee, previously spoke with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins about threats he has received after he called Trump a “charlatan” and rendered excessive punishment to J6 defendants. Walton, a SITTING JUDGE, also weighed in on Trump’s statements defending himself against Judge Merchan, his conflicted daughter Loren Merchan, and the latest gag order. These people are total hypocrites.
According to Alito, the upside-down flag was a reaction to “F*ck Trump” yard signs posted by neighbors and verbal attacks toward his wife rather than a political statement. The Gateway Pundit reported that after nasty leftist neighbors bombarded her with harassment and vulgar language and called her a “c*nt,” Mrs. Alito was so distraught that she hung the flag upside down for a short time.
This also comes as SCOTUS recently signaled that they may consider for the first time granting Russell Alford, one of the few J6 defendants to refuse a plea deal, his petition for writ of certiorari, a move that only happens for roughly 1% of cases brought to SCOTUS.
However, as The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Justice Samuel Alito refused the demand by Democrats that he recuse himself from any Supreme Court cases involving the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, Trump immunity and the 2020 election over the flags his wife flew at their residential and vacation homes.
Alito’s letter turning down calls for recusal goes into detail about his wife flying an upside-down American flag at their Northern Virginia home in January 2021 over a dispute with her nasty Democrat neighbors. The dispute has gone on for years, with the neighbors protesting in front of Alito’s home after the June 2022 Dobbs decision to return abortion laws to the states.
Alito also described his wife’s flying of an ‘Appeal to Heaven’ Revolutionary War flag at their family vacation home on Long Beach Island, New Jersey in the summer of 2023, saying his wife flew it "to express a religious and patriotic message."
Alito added, "My wife is an independently-minded private citizen. She makes her own decisions, and I honor her right to do so. Our vacation home was purchased with money she inherited from her parents and is titled in her name. It is a place, away from Washington, where she should be able to relax."
In response to Alito standing up to the Marxist Democrats trying to cancel him, Trump commended his "INTELLIGENCE, COURAGE, and 'GUTS'" in a Wednesday Truth:

"We haven't heard from him in months. It's rare that he ever stops to talk to the press on the South Lawn, and he rarely takes questions even when he does give press conferences," Monica told The Gateway Pundit.
The Gateway Pundit reported last month on Biden's refusal to speak to the press ahead of the 2024 election and amid growing concerns over his cognitive abilities. Biden still has not held a single news conference in 2024.
Even far-left outlets like the New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNN, and other leftwing mainstream media outlets are unable to get Biden to sit down with them, according to a statement from The New York Times blasting Biden for “systematically avoiding” them.

For an administration that originally prided itself on being the most transparent for the American people, the truth for many media outlets, like ourselves, is that we have never been left with more questions than answers and left in the dark about our country.

This comes after Trump’s massive rally in the Bronx, where thousands of Black voters and citizens in New York’s bluest borough turned out to see President Trump.

With Joe Biden and Kamala Harris set to debut their outreach effort to Black voters at a joint rally in Philadelphia today, their re-election campaign accused Donald Trump of merely paying lip service to African Americans.
“To no surprise, the Trump campaign has no real outreach or engagement plan to reach Black voters. Unlike our campaign, Trump believes that he does not need to put in any effort to earn the support of Black America,” the Biden-Harris campaign said in a statement that accused Trump of “running on an anti-Black agenda”.
“Trump used his time in the Oval Office to make life worse for Black America, and if reelected, he will go to enormous lengths to undermine and hurt Black communities by repealing Obamacare and ripping away health care from millions of Black Americans, continue to divide the nation by emboldening white supremacists, and support policy that works to widen the racial wealth gap. And even if he did have a positive agenda for Black Americans, he doesn’t have the resources or support to tell it.”
Biden will reportedly be greeted by Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker shortly before 1 pm ET and travel to Girard College to deliver remarks at 1:30 pm.
This event to woo black voters comes as a Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll earlier this month shows Biden losing support among young, Black, and Hispanic voters and losing by 3% in Pennsylvania. Per the New York Times, “Nearly 70 percent of voters say that the country’s political and economic systems need major changes — or even to be torn down entirely” in the six battleground states polled.
Per The Hill, the poll “showed Biden’s support among young voters in the state has slipped since 2020 from 62 percent to 47 percent. And his backing from Black and Hispanic voters has also waned from 71 percent to 57 percent.”
CBS Philadelphia further sounded the alarm, noting, “The majority of people in Pennsylvania said they would be financially better off with Trump back in office.”

When asked if he thinks the jurors will make the right decision, Trump expressed concern that “they wouldn’t be able to show up to their children’s schools if they acquitted Trump, which they obviously should based on any reasonable modicum of looking at this case.”
The Gateway pundit Reported that President Trump was back in court on Tuesday for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s show trial in New York City.
The prosecution has yet to define the alleged criminal act that President Trump committed. But it doesn’t matter. The court is ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.
Trump has been charged with 34 felony “falsification of business records.” He was penalized for every payment he allegedly made to his former lawyer and pathological liar, Michael Cohen, regarding Cohen paying off Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.
The prosecution has not proven Trump committed any of these crimes or even had an affair; he will likely be found guilty anyway, given the rigged jury.
This is Joe Biden’s America.
To make matters worse, the Biden camp rolled out washed-up Hollywood actor Robert De Niro outside of the Manhattan courthouse to brag about Biden’s lawfare trial against his main political rival.

They understand what's happened to all of these conservative cases. The anti-Trumpers and RFK supporters at the Libertarian National Convention who booed President Trump and later nominated a far-left authoritarian were caught on video trying to remove pro-Trump DC Young Republican attendees from their convention so they could disrupt President Trump’s speech.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump spoke to a mixed crowd at the Libertarian National Convention 2024 on Saturday, marking the first time in history a President has addressed the convention.

Trump went into the lion’s den of Washington DC and delivered a phenomenal speech to a not-so-friendly crowd.
According to Politico, “As delegates gathered at the Washington Hilton on the eve of his speech, the party’s decision to host the former president, which had split the organization, erupted Friday into open revolt. Fuming delegates at the convention said they plan to protest Trump’s speech, and one group sought unsuccessfully to remove the former president along with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., from the agenda — a move that resulted in thrown punches and obscenities between supporters and opponents of the move.”
RFK, in a speech on Friday, reportedly told the Libertarians that “Neither President Trump nor President Biden have held the Constitution seriously when it really mattered” and attacked Trump over the COVID-19 lockdowns that Trump didn’t support.
The hostile pro-RFK wing of the Libertarian National Convention decided to make their presence known by shouting vulgarities throughout the convention and attempting to silence pro-Trump voices in the crowd.
Over 200 patriots from the MAGA DC Young Republicans (DCYRs) were in attendance to see President Trump speak in Washington, DC, and some were harassed by angry anti-Trump Libertarians attempting to remove them.
DC Young Republicans National Committeewoman Kingsley Wilson told The Gateway Pundit that when members of the DCYRs arrived at the convention, there were “tons of open seats” that were not reserved and had no signs to indicate they were reserved. Attendees were told that seats in the front would be reserved for Libertarian Delegates, but seats in the back were free to take. However, after two hours of sitting and waiting, “we were told, you know, to get out of those seats,” said Wilson. “A lot of our folks that were sitting in the middle to back sections were told they could sit there as well, and then, subsequently, told they couldn’t. So lots of mixed messaging, very disorganized, but you know, we kind of just pulled a Rosa Parks and kept our seats. We were there to see President Trump and support him.”
It would appear that those who wanted to disrupt the president’s historic speech with boos and noise-making devices did not want to compete with cheers and applause from a large crowd of Trump supporters.
“When we got there, lots of anti-Trump folks (mostly RFK supporters) were passing out kazoos and squeaky chickens while folks waited in the security line and said they were going to use them to disrupt the president’s speech,” said Wilson.
DC Young Republicans shared the following clip from Saturday night on X, commenting, “Regime Libertarians try to get security to kick DCYRs out of seats at the Libertarian Convention”:

The rabid Never-Trumpers who tried to kick DCYRs out of the convention also booed Utah GOP Senator Mike Lee off of the stage as he closed his speech encouraging attendees to vote for Donald Trump:
“There was obviously a lot of anti-Trump agitators in the crowd, and those folks were perhaps most aggressively telling us to get out of the seats,” said Wilson. “A lot of the people that were trying to block our view and obstruct us were people who had anti-Trump signs that were like ‘screw Trump'”
“We were very proud to be there and stand with [Trump], but definitely a lot of hostility from the Libertarian Convention, especially the organizers and various agitators throughout the crowd,” Wilson added, noting that “It was cool to see Trump go into a hostile environment like that, and really make his case to the Libertarian Party and say basically, ‘come with me and win or keep getting 3%.’”
Wilson also noted that the DC Young Republicans “deal with this kind of hostility on a daily basis, so we’re accustomed to it, and we’re happy to stand with President Trump because he does the same thing.”
Despite RFK Jr. and his supporters’ attempts to sabotage Trump at the convention, it was still a success for the president.
President Trump seemingly won over the crowd of libertarians when he promised the Libertarian Party that he would include a Libertarian in his cabinet and would place Libertarians in his administration. He was also met with thunderous applause and cheers when he announced that he would commute the sentence of Silk Road creator Ross Ulbricht on day one.
Wilson told The Gateway Pundit that in the end, it was “half and half,” with many Libertarians being “very open to Voting for President Trump,” especially after vowing to commute Ulbricht’s sentence. “But there were certainly some, I would say, in my conversations that just had severe TDS, just totally deranged, and had no interest in supporting President Trump really no matter the concessions or promises or olive branches that he extended to them,” Wilson added.
The Gateway Pundit reported that RFK was booted from the Libertarian Party’s nomination process during Sunday’s first round of voting after receiving just 19 votes, which represents about two percent. Instead, the Libertarian Party nominated Chase Oliver, a woke 38-year-old openly gay former Democrat, who supports the Marxist terror group Black Lives Matter, medical mandates, drag queen story hours, open borders, and Big Tech censorship.
As President Trump told the crowd, “Keep getting your 3% every four years.”

The Louisiana House of Representatives last week, by a vote of 74-23, passed State Senator Valarie Hodges’ bill that will allow police to arrest illegal aliens.
Per NOLA, “SB 388 needs one procedural approval from the Senate, which passed the proposal before the House amended it.”
“If SB 388 takes effect, violating the statute would be punishable by up to one year in prison and a $4,000 fine for a first offense, with harsher penalties for a second offense.”
The Governor is reportedly likely going to sign this bill into law.
A similar proposal was brought to the desk of Katie Hobbs earlier this year, and she vetoed the bill calling it “Anti-immigrant legislation.”

Louisiana is slated to join Texas and Iowa in putting American citizens before illegal immigrants who have no right to be in this Country.

Lawmakers in the House passed a bill that would make it a crime to be in Louisiana if a person entered the country illegally and allow state law enforcement to detain them. It carries penalties up to two years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
It’s similar to a controversial Texas law that’s being challenged in court for undermining the federal government’s authority on immigration law.
The proposal also allows Louisiana to form a compact with Texas to secure the U.S. southern border.
Gov. Jeff Landry already approved sending Louisiana National Guard troops to Texas earlier this year to stop immigrants from crossing the border illegally.

As New York is completely overrun with illegals from Biden’s invasion, Mayor Eric Adams is reportedly working with ICE to “get around” sanctuary city laws that protect violent illegal alien criminals.
It was reported today that multiple illegals have stabbed each other to death in New York City’s taxpayer-funded shelters.
The New York Post reported,
A migrant was stabbed to death on Sunday morning after getting into an argument with another man outside the East Harlem migrant shelter where they both lived, police said.
The 29-year-old victim got into a dispute with a fellow migrant, 30, when he was stabbed in the chest at around 4:02 a.m. on Third Avenue and East 97th Street, New York City police said.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This isn’t the first time a dispute broke out into a fatal stabbing at one of the new migrant shelters in the city, with another man stabbed to death on Jan. 7 at the nearby Randall’s Island shelter.
Per the report, police have installed security cameras around the illegal immigrant shelters as the number of violent incidents grew.

This came after Governor Kathy Hochul proudly announced that the New York State Department of Labor is working with nearly 400 employers across the state to put illegals ahead of Americans. The campaign to spread the news and fill a “critical role” across the state would provide opportunities to help asylum seekers and migrants who have obtained work authorizations find employment.
New York will help dangerous illegals, but New Yorkers are on their own with rampant crime, rising taxes, and a fleeing population.
After Trump's MASSIVE rally in the Bronx and surging support in minority communities, the millions of illegal immigrants and illegal voters are the Democrats' only hope for another "win" in 2024.
However, according to the New York Post, it's gotten so bad that Mayor Eric Adams is trying to help ICE bypass MYC's sanctuary city laws.

Leftist politicians and groups are calling for Conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito to recuse himself over an upside-down flag that was flown over his home.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito flew an upside-down American flag at his Alexandria, Virginia home after the fraudulent 2020 presidential election.
According to detailed reports by far-left The New York Times, photographs and eyewitness accounts from neighbors confirm that Justice Alito’s home displayed the inverted flag on January 17, 2021—just days after the January 6 Capitol event and shortly before Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Justice Alito, in a statement to The New York Times, denied any personal involvement with the flag’s flying, attributing it to his wife, Martha-Ann Alito.
According to Alito, the flag was a reaction to “F*ck Trump” yard signs posted by neighbors and verbal attacks toward his wife rather than a political statement.
The Gateway Pundit further reported that after nasty leftist neighbors bombarded her with harassment and vulgar language and called her a “c*nt,” Mrs. Alito was so distraught that she hung the flag upside down for a short time.
Now, the leftists are upset and want Alito recused from any case that relates to January 6 and Trump, claiming that he violated the code of conduct. In reality, they just don’t want a conservative justice overseeing these cases and will do anything to get rid of him.
This also comes as SCOTUS recently signaled that they may consider for the first time granting Russell Alford, one of the few J6 defendants to refuse a plea deal, his petition for writ of certiorari, a move that only happens for roughly 1% of cases brought to SCOTUS.

Walton, a SITTING JUDGE, also weighed in on Trump’s statements defending himself against Judge Merchan, his conflicted daughter Loren Merchan, and the latest gag order. These people are total hypocrites.
Congresswoman Madeleine Dean (D-PA) took to the House Floor last week to express how "sickened" she was and called the act "disrespectful." Meanwhile, this woman comes from the same party that encourages American flag burning and kneeling during the National Anthem. She further claimed, "Justice Alito has failed to avoid impropriety and even the appearance of impropriety itself." However, if this were a leftist Justice flying the flag upside down in the aftermath of January 6, the Democrats would likely rush to their defense, claiming that our country was under attack by "right-wing extremists."

Later, the leftist group, Citizens for Ethics reported that they "sent a letter to Chief Justice Roberts calling on him to immediately create an enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court Code of Conduct and to encourage Justice Alito to recuse from January 6 and election related cases."

The letter to the Chief Justice cites the American Flag and an “Appeal to Heaven” flag flown outside Alito's vacation home. According to the letter, the flag "has been associated with a far-right religious sect of the “Stop the Steal” movement."
However, according to Americanflags.com, "This iconic emblem, also known as the Pine Tree flag, holds a special place in the hearts of those who cherish American values and the relentless pursuit of liberty."
The letter also states that these apparent "significant ethical lapses" have "raised significant concerns as to whether public corruption has so infected the Supreme Court that it will undermine public confidence in democracy itself." And Joe Biden's 81 million votes doesn't raise any issues with public confidence... right?
The leftist group further asked Roberts to disqualify Justice Alito.

Newsom’s California is actually a national model for money laundering and funding the “homelessness industrial complex.”
In March 2023, Newsome promised to house the homeless with 1,200 tiny homes, but over one year later, only 150 had been purchased.

California hasn’t provided any of the tiny homes that Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom promised homeless residents last year, according to a new report.
Newsom promised in March 2023 to send 1,200 tiny homes to four cities across the state, but so far only 150 have been purchased, Cal Matters reported. It’s unclear exactly what’s caused the repeated delays, with the state at times blaming local governments, even though local officials in some cases were quick to approve projects.
“Gov. Gavin Newsom said he’d send tiny homes to San Jose, Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego County. Why haven’t any materialized yet?” the outlet asked in its report.
As CalMatters noted, Newsom’s March 2023 plan involved the state buying 500 tiny homes for Los Angeles, 350 for Sacramento, 200 for San Jose, and 150 for San Diego. Once each area bought the homes, “The California National Guard would help prepare and deliver them.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported last month, an audit has found that California has spent $24 billion on homeless programs, yet the problem persists and, in some places, is getting worse.
Gavin Newsom is once again facing a recall effort, the second in three years, as a conservative group initiates a new campaign to oust him from office. According to Ballotpedia, the group must obtain 1,311,963 signatures by September 3 to force a recall election.

Waterfront Partnership, a Baltimore, Maryland non-profit “dedicated to enhancing and promoting the waterfront district, parks, and public spaces” is set to host an event in the Baltimore harbor promoting public swimming in the water near downtown Baltimore.
Supposedly, elected officials, including leftist Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, plan to start the event with a ceremonial jump on June 23. “We must start swimming,” although work to clean up the harbor is “far from over,” said the Waterfront Partnership’s Healthy Harbor Initiative chairman, Michael Hankin. According to the Healthy Harbor Initiative’s annual report card, water quality in the harbor is only safe for swimming “most of the time in dry weather.”

Waterfront Partnership will host a public “Harbor Splash” swimming event on Sunday, June 23, 2024, and registration opens on May 29 for all “Harbor Splash” newsletter subscribers who would like to take the dive!
A group of key partners and elected officials, including Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott and Maryland Comptroller Brooke Lierman, will start the event with a ceremonial jump at 9:20 a.m. from a floating dock at Bond Street Wharf in Fells Point.
The event is made possible by over a decade of work by the Healthy Harbor Initiative championing the goal of a “swimmable, fishable” Baltimore Harbor. Healthy Harbor has worked with numerous partners including nonprofits, educational institutions, the local government, business leaders, volunteers, and of course, the Trash Wheel Family to make the Inner Harbor clean enough to swim in.
“We know our work is far from over, but we must start swimming. It’s a commitment to keep working to ensure that our ecosystem thrives and that swimming in the harbor becomes a routine occurrence,” said Michael Hankin, president and CEO of Brown Advisory and chairman of Waterfront Partnership’s Healthy Harbor Initiative. “We had an ambitious goal and, with a lot of hard work and people believing we could do it; we are finally realizing our vision.”
This area is just miles away from where a cargo ship collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge at the southern end of the Baltimore Harbor. As The Gateway Pundit reported, as many as 1.8 million gallons of fuel and other hazardous materials likely spilled into the water, and authorities suspended their search-and-rescue mission for the six bridge workers who fell into the water and were presumed dead. There still remain two missing bodies out of the eight who were victims of the collapse.

In 2010, Michael Hankin, CEO of Brown Advisory Baltimore, launched a campaign to make the harbor “swimmable and fishable.” Since then, there has been an array of problems.
As recently as last month, the body of a missing man was found in the harbor in the neighborhood next to Bond Street Wharf in Fells Point, where people are encouraged to swim. Several other reports of bodies being fished out of the harbor in recent years can be found online.
In 2021, “major maintenance and operational problems at the city’s two wastewater treatment plants were discovered, with high bacteria levels routinely detected in the discharge to the harbor from the Patapsco River facility.”
The state urges people “especially children and women of child-bearing age — to limit consumption of locally caught crabs and some fish because they have toxic contaminants picked up from past industrial activity.”
To deal with some of the visible pollution, Mr. Trash Wheel was instituted to be the first “trash interceptor of its kind” and has so far removed “millions of pounds of debris from the Inner Harbor.”
Overflowing trash in the harbor is coupled with "persistent sewer leaks throughout Baltimore City" and an "overflow-prone sewer system." After the city reportedly dumped more than $1 billion into fixing the sewer system, "there’s been a 75% decline in the volume of untreated sewage overflowing into the harbor since 2021." According to Lindquist, the deadline for sewer repairs is not until 2030.
It is unclear why there would be such a heavy push to start putting people in this water or why they "must start swimming," as Waterfront Partnership's Michael Hankin put it.

“By no means are we saying mission accomplished, we can all go home,” Lindquist said. The city’s sewer repairs are expected to continue for several more years, with a 2030 deadline, he noted. “By making a splash,” he added, “we are also taking a stand, [saying] that cleaning up the harbor is important, and we need to keep working on it.”
The sampling shows that water quality in Baltimore’s harbor is closely connected to rainfall, which washes animal waste off pavement and causes sewer overflows, Lindquist said.
Despite all the problems, the time has come for people to jump in and make a splash. Some sensible individuals have expressed their concerns on social media.
One, who says they are a former environmental scientist, said, "It's incredibly dangerous and irresponsible" for these organizations to encourage people to swim in the water "filled with fecal bacteria, lifetime pollutants, and more." Other commenters roasted the idea and joked that you'd need a vat of antibacterial soap or that you would come out glowing:
Another noted that the water smells like the taste of "yak piss." They continued, "Make sure to yank out all the heroin needles you'll get stuck with."

The Judge in Hunter Biden’s federal gun case ruled on Friday that prosecutors can use evidence from Hunter Biden’s laptop to sway jury members.
However, according to Fox, “prosecutors on Special Counsel David Weiss’ team cannot use some salacious evidence in the first son’s criminal trial next month, including references to his U.S. Navy discharge and the child support case for his out-of-wedlock daughter in Arkansas.”
In September, Hunter Biden was indicted on federal gun charges. He was indicted in a Delaware court on three counts related to his possession of a firearm while using drugs.
Hunter pleaded not guilty to all three felony gun charges in October.
Separately, Hunter Biden was hit with a 9-count indictment filed in the Central District of California: Tax evasion, failure to file/pay taxes, and false/fraudulent tax return.
Jury selection in the gun case begins on June 3, and they will be presented with evidence of illegal drug use from the laptop.

John Paul Mac Isaac’s life changed in April 2019 when a visibly drunk Hunter Biden stopped by his computer repair shop with three damaged MacBook Pro laptops and left one with Isaac to fix. After many failed attempts to reach Hunter Biden, John Paul Mac Isaac took lawful ownership of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.
Discovered on the laptop were photos, videos, and email evidence of Hunter Biden’s illicit drug and prostitute usage as well as criminal foreign business dealings.
Now, after denying the laptop is even his, Hunter Biden is now claiming in civil lawsuits and his gun case that the data has been manipulated.

Five years and one month after first son Hunter Biden dropped off three damaged laptops at a repair shop in Wilmington, Del., and never returned to pick them up, a Delaware federal judge ruled that jurors at the 54-year-old’s upcoming trial on weapons charges can be shown damaging evidence about his illegal drug use taken from his hard drive, his iPhone and iPad and his own memoir.
As Hunter looked on in court — one day after attending a White House state dinner — US District Judge Maryellen Noreika in Wilmington ruled that the “laptop from hell” could not be barred out of hand based on his legal team’s claim it had been hacked and seeded with false information.
However, Noreika did rule that the first son’s attorneys can object to the introduction of specific pieces of information from the laptop as prosecutors — who say there is no evidence that the computer was ever compromised — seek to raise them during trial, which begins with jury selection June 3.
The Biden scion — who didn’t answer questions from the media on his way in and out of court — is accused of three counts related to illegal ownership of a gun while addicted to crack cocaine. He faces up to 25 years behind bars if convicted on all charges.
Now we wait and see if justice will truly be served against Hunter or if he will get away with the privilege of being a Biden.

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a Black man, died while in police custody. Video footage showed Officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck for over nine minutes. This led to widespread rioting and looting across the United States under the “Black Lives Matter” banner in the summer before the rigged 2020 election.
It can be recalled that the BLM mobs caused billions of dollars in damage across the nation, killed or injured over 700 police officers in their riots, and captured the attention of the nation watching in fear as Democrats rigged the election. As the Fake News Media fails to report, The medical examiner who examined George Floyd’s death believed that Floyd had a lethal amount of fentanyl in his system when he died.
Among documents that were later discovered, Amy Sweasy, a top prosecutor in Hennepin County, Minnesota, discussed a crucial conversation she had with Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker the day after Floyd’s death.
Dr. Baker reportedly said that there were “no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”
This point is critical because it directly challenges the mainstream narrative that George Floyd was “murdered” due to asphyxiation from the knee-to-neck restraint.
George Floyd, according to the official autopsy, was not murdered. He died instead of what we used to call natural causes, which in his case would include decades of drug use, as well as the fatal concentration of fentanyl that was in his system on his final day. So this was not a killing, it was yet another narcotics OD in a country that records more than 100,000 of them every year. The medical examiner clearly understood that and, in fact, articulated it,” Tucker Carlson said in a podcast late last year.
However, Derek Chauvin, who pled guilty to federal charges in the 2020 death of 46-year-old George Floyd, was convicted of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. He was sentenced to 21 years in prison. He was later stabbed 22 times and nearly murdered by former FBI informant John Turscak while incarcerated.

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu on Thursday slammed California Governor Gavin Newsom as “a prick,” former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo as “a jackass,” and both of them as “two real Governors that really nobody liked.”
“Even the Democrats, they won’t tell you out loud, but behind closed doors, they’re like, ‘Oh God, look who’s coming,'” Sununu said of Newsom, whose state looks like a third-world sh*t hole country with rampant homelessness and crime.
Sununu called Cuomo, who resigned in 2021 amid sexual harassment scandals, a “jackass” who “nobody liked.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump is addressing the Libertarian National Convention on Saturday night, courting a segment of mostly conservative voters that has often been skeptical of the Republican former president while trying to ensure attendees aren’t drawn to independent White House hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
The Libertarian Party will pick its presidential nominee during the gathering at a Washington hotel that wraps up Sunday. Kennedy, who ran in the Democratic primary before switching to an independent bid, addressed the convention Friday but has indicated he’s not interested in being the Libertarian nominee.
Having previously praised Kennedy and once considered him for a commission on vaccination safety, Trump has changed his tone. He suggested on social media that a vote for Kennedy would be a “wasted protest vote” and that he’d “even take Biden over Junior.”
In his own speech at the Libertarian convention Friday, Kennedy accused Trump and Biden alike of trampling on personal liberties in response to the pandemic that spanned their presidencies. Trump bowed to pressure from public health officials and shut down businesses, he said, while Biden was wrong to mandate vaccines for millions of workers.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), the unqualified low-IQ congresswoman from New York, got slapped down by none other than God on Thursday after apparently doing a rain dance ahead of Trump’s Bronx rally.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, thousands of voters turned out in the Bronx despite fears of violence from Democrats, who had a minimal presence at the rally despite 15 or more politicians and groups trying to disrupt the rally with their weak protest.
Before Trump’s speech and during, supporters were lining up around the block awaiting entry to the maxed-out rally, and thousands had to watch and listen to Trump’s speech in the overflow crowd.

There was also a presence of GOP Congressional candidate Tina Forte supporters with a banner that read “FireAOC.com.” Forte is running against AOC in the General Election for New York’s 14th congressional district.
Forte previously pointed out AOC’s weak turnout at an event in the Bronx, which looked like a socially distanced Joe Biden rally:

In the morning, pouring rain struck the Manhattan area, but that’s never stopped Trump from pulling in a massive crowd to one of his rallies.
The rain had subsided around 11 am, likely making angry leftists like AOC even angrier.
Leftist Politico’s Jeff Coltin posted a video of this rain at approximately 10 am, claiming that Crotona Park, where the historic rally was held, “is going to be a muddy MESS.” However, there was hardly any mud. Coltin’s post was FAKE NEWS!
“God is Good,” responded AOC on X with a prayer emoji 30 minutes later, just before the rain stopped. Catturd commented back after the rain stopped, predicting the rally would be huge and slamming AOC, who “wouldn’t draw 50 people” in the Bronx.

A 2022 clip of Democrat Senate Leader Chuck Schumer calling for amnesty for “all” illegals resurfaced recently on social media, with many, including Elon Musk, pointing out the Democrats’ obvious agenda to steal elections and replace our American identity.
“Our ultimate goal is to help the dreamers but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are,” said Schumer. The actual number of illegals was far greater than 11 million at the time of these remarks, and it has continued to climb with the Democrats’ open borders agenda and House RINOs’ refusal to take action and use their leverage as the majority to shut the border down.
Schumer said another quiet part out loud, stating, “We have a population that is not reproducing it on its own with the same level that it used to.” Meanwhile, he is a member of the same party that supports unlimited abortion up to the moment of birth.
This is just an excuse for mass unvetted migration so that the Democrats can continue to destroy America and register millions more new voters.
That’s the only hope the Democrats have at a so-called victory this November after thousands of black, Hispanic, and Asian voters turned out for Trump in the Bronx, New York, the bluest of New York City boroughs, where Biden allegedly “won” 83% of the vote in 2020. Elon Musk previously chimed in on the Great Replacement Theory in response to Dutch conservative commentator Eva Vlaardinbroek’s fiery speech at CPAC Hungary, noting that countries are, in fact, “shrinking away” due to low birth rates.
However, Musk commented on Friday, “The goal of citizenship for all illegals is very clearly stated by the leader of the Senate. For some reason, a lot of people still think this is some crazy conspiracy theory!”

It is unclear if Musk was referring to the Great Replacement agenda or the obvious tactics by Democrats to hand over citizenship to “all of them” and steal elections.

After the rally, a guest on CBS admitted that the rally looked “a lot like America.”
She added, “There was a lot of Asian voters there, there were a lot of Hispanic voters, a lot of Black voters there.” However, she then lied, saying that this is not a typical sight at Trump rallies.
Every single Trump rally this author has attended since 2019 has looked like America, with people of all races, religions, and walks of life turning out to support Donald Trump.

Spears shared a video on Instagram late Wednesday night that shows her naked and laying face down in shallow water along the shore of an undisclosed beach. She sticks her bare behind up in the air as she smiles, wearing only a necklace and a pair of sunglasses.
Spears originally wrote a different caption, noting that she "raised my a-- a little higher so I have more booty." She also said she has been "thinking of getting injections on my a-- to make it fuller like that.”
A quick scroll through the 42-year-old pop superstar's recently shared photos and videos reveals a slew of images in which she is seen sporting bikinis and dancing -- or wearing little to no clothes.
She made headlines in September for posting a video of her dancing while holding large knives. At the time, she claimed the knives weren't real.
It can be recalled that Spears was involuntarily placed under a conservatorship by her father in 2008, which was terminated in 2021 after a long and heavily publicized court battle.
Leading up to the termination, many used the hashtag #FreeBritney to voice their support for Britney’s freedom.
Once the conservatorship was dissolved, Britney gained her freedom. However, her social media posts sharing both nude images and concerning captions have left fans wondering if she truly did go crazy.
On October 24, 2024, Brittney published a book called “The Woman in Me” Per NY Times, "She has said that completing the recently published book — an account of her journey from Louisiana to the top of the pop charts and on to a conservatorship that denied her control of her career and finances — required an enormous amount of therapy."

Their launch event on June 14 in Maimi, Florida will feature a performance by famous ‘No Hands’ rapper Waka Flocka Flame.
It can be recalled that co-founder LJ Fino had a hand in producing hit #1 songs, such as “Justice for All” featuring Donald Trump and the J6 Choir and Kari Lake’s “81 Million Votes my Ass,” as Mailman Media’s Head of Recorded Music Operations. Robinson: This speaks to a larger movement that is clearly going on in the minority community. There are now a lot of people who are not black artists, you know, and others who are not afraid to come out for Donald Trump anymore.
Conradson: It's really incredible what we're seeing. It's exciting what was just announced this morning, that Waka Flocka Flame is going to be hosting a concert with New Gen 47 PAC in Miami. New Gen 47 PAC is a new political action committee; they're pro-Trump. They're trying to turn out, as you said, low-propensity, minority, and young voters, who otherwise would have voted Democrat, for President Trump and other conservative candidates this November. I mean, it's not that surprising that when you've got a so-called president who says ‘you're not black’ if you don't vote for me, makes racist comments all the time, can't even find his way onto or off of the stage, as our country is in ruins, it's not very surprising to me that people are waking up. And, you know, Waka Flocka is just one of many rappers who have come out with support for President Trump.
Robinson: And not just as a part of Donald Trump, but there's been some who have explicitly kind of come out against the Bidens. In fact, let's take a look at Afroman’s revamp of his own hit. This is 'Hunter Got High... That first line just cracked me up. ‘He was gonna get his laptop fixed, but then he got high.’
Conradson: And, you know, it's just so in touch with everything that's going on. He's talking about the laptop, he references the White House is getting shut down ‘because Hunter got high’ with the cocaine scandal where they found cocaine in the West Wing. So, that was another hilarious song. That was produced by Baste Records, which is another very good, conservative kind of leaning production company that's trying to influence the culture like New Gen 47, like mailman media was with Donald Trump's ‘Justice for All’ song and Kari Lake’s ’81 million Votes My Ass,’ which both made it on Billboard charts. So I’m expecting we're gonna see more conservative leaning music coming out kind of making fun of the Bidens, expressing support for Trump from various artists, and I'm expecting more announcements for top A-list celebrities, A-list rap stars and pop stars, to come out and hold concerts with New Gen 47 on behalf of President Trump.
Robinson: Well, it sounds like Jordan, you just teased that you probably have some more fun exclusives coming soon that we'll be able to share with our viewers, which is nice, right in a new cycle that is so predominantly negative and can be overwhelming some days, it's nice to have a little fun. And look, you know, having a thought about it until we were listening to Hunter Got High again this time, that's a real appeal to the community because, I mean, hunter can get away with anything. Wyoming Congresswoman Harriet Hageman recently spoke to The Gateway Pundit about the NY v. Trump show trial and the Democrats behind President Trump’s persecution, including Judge Merchan whose “egregious” rulings aimed at convicting Trump only later to be overturned on appeal.
“In the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon,” said Hageman.
The Trump Defense rested its case on Tuesday and closing arguments are expected next week.
The Gateway Pundit reported on part one of our exclusive interview with Representative Hageman, where we discussed last week’s Congressional hearings to advance a resolution that will hold corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for his refusal to hand over audio tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Joe Biden.
The Gateway Pundit reported that last Thursday afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee voted to move forward with a resolution to hold corrupt Garland in contempt for refusing to provide the tapes from Hur’s interview, which exposed the current White House occupant as nothing more than an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
Later on Thursday evening, the House Oversight Committee also voted 24-20 to recommend that Garland be held in contempt of Congress.
Hageman slammed Garland for flouting the law “in order to protect Joe Biden and to further the Democrat agenda” by hiding Biden’s cognitive decline:

On Wednesday, Rep. Hageman went off on Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) in a Judiciary Committee Hearing for not only preparing liar Michael Cohen for his testimony but also having Merchan’s daughter’s consulting firm on his campaign’s payroll and giving her over $150,000 as her father oversees a sham election interference trial against the Democratic Party’s top political rival, Donald J. Trump.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, on Thursday outside the Manhattan courthouse during Trump's show trial, delivered similar criticisms of Goldman and Judge Juan Merchan's daughter:
Luna: "It is by no coincidence that you have Goldman, a member of House Oversight, who's a Democrat and prepared Cohen for his testimony, is also retained by the Judges daughter as a client. Does that seem like it's not a sham to you? It is corrupt lawfare. It's the Biden prosecutions, and Biden you're gonna lose this election cycle."
Rep. Hageman further slammed Goldman for working with liar Michael Cohen "in order to go after Donald Trump" and Judge Merchan's misconduct while presiding over this case in order to interfere with the 2024 election.
Hageman also slammed the Judge for reversible errors, including the gag order and restricting the testimony of Trump's star witness, former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith, who she describes as "one of the foremost experts in the United States on federal election law."
"It's almost as though he has intentionally committed the most egregious reversible error, knowing that if there is a conviction, it will be reversed on appeal. But in the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon," Hageman told The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson. "That's what this is about."

Former President Trump’s legal team was slated to call on a former commissioner of the Federal Election Commission to testify in the NY v. Trump case, but the expert’s testimony was not heard after the presiding judge curbed the scope of what he could discuss before the jury.
"Judge Merchan has so restricted my testimony that defense has decided not to call me. Now, it’s elementary that the judge instructs the jury on the law, so I understand his reluctance," former FEC Commissioner Bradley Smith posted on X on Monday.
"But the Federal Election Campaign Act is very complex. Even Antonin Scalia – a pretty smart guy, even you hate him – once said ‘this [campaign finance] law is so intricate that I can’t figure it out.’ Picture a jury in a product liability case trying to figure out if a complex machine was negligently designed, based only on a boilerplate recitation of the general definition of ‘negligence.’ They’d be lost without knowing technology & industry norms," he continued.
Smith is an election law expert who Trump has called the "Rolls-Royce" of experts in his field, but he will not testify after Judge Juan Merchan ruled that Smith could speak before the court on the basic definitions surrounding election law but not expand beyond that scope.

Conradson: I saw you go off on Dan Goldman, the Democrat who's paying Judge Merchan’s daughter $150,000, as they carry through with this political persecution against the President, as a consultant. So whether that means helping his campaign or, you know, honestly, going after Donald Trump, who knows what that means?
Hageman: The hearing about yesterday, the irony of it was that the very topic was how our judicial system has become weaponized against Donald Trump and conservatives. And the whole idea is that we have to have equal protection under the law; whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, you should be treated the same. And what we're seeing is that our judicial system is going after conservatives and going after President Trump in order to stop them from succeeding. And so, that was what the purpose of the hearing was about. And then you listen to Dan Goldman, and he is just absolutely going off about this idea of how horrible Donald Trump is, and he's on trial, and he should be on trial and blah blah blah blah blah. I thought that everybody ought to know what his conflict was in terms of making those accusations. The primary one being that he is paying and he has paid Judge Merchan’s daughter $157,000 in consulting fees to help him get elected so that he can attack Republicans and Donald Trump. So, the irony of that was incredibly rich. The other thing is, is that he was on MSNBC earlier this week, explaining that he had actually helped prepare Cohen, the prosecutor’s star witness, the liar and perjurer, serial perjurer, Cohen! He actually at one time helped prepare him to get ready for testimony. So again, this is somebody who works with a known liar and known perjurer, in order to go after Donald Trump. I think it's pretty clear that our government is being weaponized against Donald Trump and conservatives.
Conradson: In all your years as an attorney, did you ever think this would be possible, such a conflicted judge, so many conflicts of interests outside of just the judge?
Hageman: No. And one of the points that I have repeatedly made is the judges know when they are making reversible error, and they try to avoid it. And the other thing that you'll see is when you go in for a trial, and you're trying to get an exhibit in, the judge may say, ‘Yeah, I'm not going to allow you to get this exhibit in but you can have this witness,’ and ‘no prosecution, you don't get to have this document in but you get to have this witness.’ They're going to balance the rulings in a way to try to make sure that they're fair to both parties. The other thing is that we had a gentleman testify in front of our committee yesterday, who worked for the Department of Justice for over 30 years as a prosecutor, and he testified he's never seen a gag order issued against a defendant. Gag orders might be issued against the prosecution so that they're not out there trying their case in the press and that they're not leaking information. There are gag orders, but they're typically applied against the prosecution, not the defendant. The defendant has a right to defend themselves. They have a First Amendment right to defend themselves, whether it is in the court of public opinion or in the court itself. And so, here you have a situation where every single ruling that Judge Merchan makes is against Donald Trump. He's not being fair at all. He's not even attempting to be fair at this point.
It's almost as though he has intentionally committed the most egregious reversible error, knowing that if there is a conviction, it will be reversed on appeal. But in the meantime, prior to the election, the Democrats can claim that Donald Trump is a convicted felon. That's what this is about. Because this judge has committed such an incredible reversible error. He is not going to allow one of the foremost experts in the United States on federal election law, he's not going to allow him to testify as an expert witness in Donald Trump's defense that Donald Trump did not violate federal election law. He is the former head of the FEC (Federal Election Commission). He has been hired by Donald Trump as an expert witness, and this judge has precluded him from testifying that Donald Trump did not violate federal election law. Well, that's the foundation of the prosecution's case. If you have the foremost expert in the world on that particular issue, coming in and giving an expert opinion, obviously we know what the verdict is going to be. This judge is excluding that testimony; it's egregious, it's clearly reversible error. And in addition to the fact, you’ve got the conflict of interest. His daughter has raised almost $100 million dollars for Democratic candidates who are then going out and attacking Republicans and Donald Trump. Clearly, again, a conflict of interest. And, you know, I look at his decisions. I looked at the rulings, the pretrial rulings that he's made, and I'm sorry, it is absolutely absurd, some of the decisions that he has made.

A new internal poll from JL Partners provided exclusively to The Gateway Pundit shows Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake still dominating GOP challengers in the July 30 primary for Arizona’s U.S. Senate seat.
However, it can be recalled The Gateway Pundit and Cygnal Polling conducted a poll of likely Republican voters weeks before Kari Lake’s August 2, 2022 Arizona gubernatorial primary, which found that she led competitors by double digits. Then, shenanigans in the primary election made Lake’s race a nail-biter.
When the polls opened across Maricopa County, the printers were not working, and some voters were reportedly handed slips of paper with a phone number to call. They were also told to visit a different polling location if they wanted to have their vote counted. Some voters were reportedly told that they had already voted.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that Pima County poll workers were illegally trained to give Republican ballots to Democratic voters and to illegally electioneer in the 2022 primary for governor.
In Pinal County, where Lake’s closest competitor, Mark Lamb, serves as Sheriff, they also ran out of ballots at polling locations and turned voters away from the polls. Prior to this, Pinal sent 63,000 erroneous ballots to voters leading up to the August 2nd Primary Election.
Many saw these issues as a trial run for the 2022 general election, in which 60% of machines in Maricopa County failed on election day, and other irregularities were detected statewide. Kari Lake reportedly lost the General Election by less than 1% to corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs, who oversaw the election as Secretary of State.
Yet Lamb, in a February 2023 Congressional Homeland Security Committee Hearing, said Trump lost his election, and he has “seen zero evidence” that election fraud had an impact in the 2020 election — even after the rigged midterms where the primary election was wrought with irregularities and 60% of machines failed in the general election.

It should be remembered that RINO Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, who oversaw early voting in Lake’s stolen 2022 election for governor, founded and operated the Pro-Democracy Republicans dark money PAC aimed at eliminating candidates with a MAGA agenda and admits to voting for Democrats last election cycle. Richer also sued Kari Lake, alleging defamation after she spoke out against him for the corrupt election and his serious conflicts of interest. He would apparently like nothing more than to see Kari Lake lose.
Despite all of these issues in Kari Lake’s primary for governor, The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Lake made a huge comeback, and the corrupt election officials stopped counting on election night after she became the clear winner. She was not officially declared the winner until August 4 at 7 pm, and they still had not counted all of the ballots. Lake was finally declared the winner in every Arizona County by only 4.9% despite leading in polls by nearly 12%.

Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) on Thursday spoke to The Gateway Pundit during the ongoing House Judiciary Committee hearing to advance measures to hold corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to hand over audio tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s audio interview with Joe Biden.
The Gateway Pundit reported that on Thursday afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee voted to move forward with a resolution to hold corrupt Garland in contempt for refusing to provide the tapes from Hur’s interview, which exposed the current White House occupant as nothing more than an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
Later on Thursday evening, the House Oversight Committee also voted 24-20 to recommend that Garland be held in contempt of Congress.
The transcript of Biden's interview with Hur, obtained by House Republicans, shows that Biden couldn’t even remember when he was Vice President or when his son Beau died of brain cancer.
Joe Biden kept classified documents next to his Corvette in his garage, but prosecutors refused to pursue criminal charges against him. Meanwhile, President Trump is facing 40 charges for “improperly” storing classified documents in his Mar-a-Lago home.
Visibly rattled by the efforts to hold him in contempt, Merrick Garland told reporters Thursday that the Justice Department does not need to comply with a congressional subpoena because the DOJ is “a fundamental institution of our democracy.”
This comes after a last-minute attempt by the Biden Regime to assert executive privilege over the audio tapes. As The Gateway Pundit reported, White House counsel Ed Siskel lashed out at the House GOP in an angry letter, accusing them of only wanting the recordings “to chop them up” and use them for political reasons. The truth is, they don't want the public to see exactly how braindead alleged 81 million vote-getter Joe Biden is leading up to the 2024 election.
"They don't get to give us the transcript, and then because the audio is so damning and shows Joe Biden as someone who's most likely too incompetent to be president, now, they're trying to say we don't get to have the audio or the video," Representative Hageman told The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson. Hageman: I think it's because so many of the institutions in Washington, DC are staffed with leftists as well. Merrick Garland is a hack. He's a political hack, and he's shown that over, and over, and over again. His willingness to ignore the law in order to protect Joe Biden and to further the Democrat agenda has been on display for the last several years. So, the reason we're seeking to hold him in contempt is we're trying to get a hold of the audio of the interview with Special Counsel Hur and Joe Biden. We already have the transcript. And now, they're trying to argue that there's some kind of executive privilege. Well, if they were going to argue that, they needed to argue it over the transcript. They don't get to give us the transcript, and then because the audio is so damning and shows Joe Biden as someone who's most likely too incompetent to be president, now, they're trying to say we don't get to have the audio or the video. So that's what this is about, because they don't get to determine in what, I guess mechanism, when we get the information. If they've already turned over the transcript, we're also entitled to the audio and video.
Conradson: I wanted to talk about that. Joe Biden tried to assert executive privilege over the audio. Are they again, trying to interfere in the election, make sure the American people can't hear him incoherently rambling?
Hageman: That is exactly what it is. They don't want the American public to see how Joe Biden is failing in terms of mental acuity. That's what this is about. We're trying to make sure that we have the audio because the finding of Mr. Hur was that he was essentially too incompetent to stand trial. That's what Mr. Hur found in his report. And if that's the case, then he's obviously too incompetent to be President of the United States. And so, reading a transcript, you're not going to see things like how often he paused, or how he looked confused, or how he slurred his words, all of those things, which I think are important, not only for our oversight responsibilities with the committee but also for the American public to see. They're entitled to see it.

Maricopa County Recorder candidate Justin Heap destroyed incumbent RINO Stephen Richer Wednesday with one question for the audience during a debate at the Palo Verde Republican Women’s Club’s May 15 luncheon.
Heap asked the crowd to “raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle,” and nearly half the attendees raised their hand!
Heap: The fundamental and most important job of the County Recorder has to be to clean and maintain our voter rolls. And I suspect that, despite what Mr. Richer says, that he is cleaning it, that we are not doing it.
Now let me try to illustrate that. Please raise your hand if you personally or someone you know received an extra ballot at your house during the last election cycle. I’ve done this with hundreds of Republican groups; never fails that half the hands or a third of the hands go up. How does that happen if we are cleaning and maintaining our voter rolls? That is a massive error, and this is the reason that people do not trust the system. We are clearly not doing an effective job as you all just witnessed. I will clean up the voter rolls.

The Maricopa County Recorder oversees early voting in the County. Heap will face Richer in Arizona’s July 30 primary.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on election fraud in Maricopa County relating to mail-in ballots. This includes missing chain of custody documentation and forged signatures on phony mail-in ballots and ballots sent to the wrong addresses or even vacant lots.
The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson reported after reviewing a few hundred mail-in ballot signatures for votes that were counted in the stolen 2022 election that roughly 10% of ballots had questionable or outright fraudulent signatures:
Stephen Richer, who ran in 2020 claiming that he would stop election fraud in Maricopa County, now claims that the elections are not fraudulent and has come to be viewed as disgraceful among Republican voters for suing Kari Lake over her fraud claims.

Attendees at the event used the opportunity to troll Richer in photos with the soon-to-be former County Recorder. Aubrey Savela, who, as The Gateway Pundit reported, received two mail-in ballots in the presidential preference election earlier this year, held up the peace sign "since [Richer] sent me 2 ballots back in March."

“Dominion has the pattern of seeking to prevent me from being an attorney for my clients because I know too much, and I understand too much.” – Stefanie Lambert in court on Thursday.
Michigan attorney Stefanie Lambert faced a disqualification hearing in Dominion’s defamation case against Patrick Byrne on Thursday after Dominion filed a Motion to Disqualify her from representing Byrne, alleging she violated a protective order in the case.
Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock, is being sued over his claims of election fraud.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Lambert was arrested in Washington, D.C., earlier this year following another court hearing in Byrne’s case after she allegedly gave “evidence of numerous crimes” to law enforcement.
The arrest came after Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf, who has been actively investigating claims of voter fraud from the 2020 election, obtained confidential documents from the case. Lambert later admitted to passing materials to Sheriff Leaf, asserting that she was reporting a crime to law enforcement.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf has made a bold move by sending a letter to U.S. Representative Jim Jordan, urging a congressional investigation into what he alleges is evidence of “foreign interference” in the 2020 election.
Lambert was also indicted last year by Michigan Democrat officials for attempting to investigate one of the state’s voting machines following the 2020 election, which Dominion attorneys referenced in their argument to disqualify her from this case. "Every time I enter my appearance on one of these cases, Dominion or the [Michigan] Attorney General comes up with a new sham accusation," Lambert told the Judge, who was uninterested in hearing about the separate cases against Lambert unless it was Dominion using the accusations.
During the hearing to remove Lambert from this case for the seemingly unprecedented reason of violating a court order, Dominion attorneys desperately tried to justify their request despite having no standard or legal precedence. They admitted that there was no prior case law and claimed that Lambert's previous and future actions "might actually hinder" Dominion attorneys' "ability to do their job" and prove that Patrick Byrne defamed them by saying the 2020 election was stolen.
At one point, the far-left Dominion attorneys even presented a tweet by Byrne, in which he critiqued Judge Juan Merchan's unconstitutional gag order against President Trump. They ridiculously claimed Byrne violated the gag order in Trump's case by sharing a post by Trump and "spreading the information himself" and that he cannot be trusted to follow the Court's orders.
When the Judge questioned Lambert, she pleaded that she did not violate the order by turning over evidence of crimes, including alleged perjury by Dominion CEO John Poulos, to law enforcement. "Everyone can go to law enforcement and report crimes, and I have an oath and an obligation to do that," Lambert told the Judge. The Judge requested in the future that Lambert seek relief from the Court's order to turn over evidence of criminal misconduct found in discovery to law enforcement, and Lambert agreed.
However, Dominion attorneys argued, "she says to you now that she'll come to the court if she finds new evidence of criminal activity because she doesn't have to anymore," claiming that Sheriff Dar Leaf could have every document in his possession already, while seemingly not disputing the claims of criminal activity.
In another hysterical rant by Dominion attorneys to the Judge, they questioned Lambert's explanation that she and Patrick Byrne never expected Dominion to hand over evidence of criminal acts in discovery and did not believe that turning this evidence over to law enforcement would violate the protective order. Without disputing the notion that evidence of criminal acts was discovered, the attorney said the idea that Lambert will now follow the rules is "not credible" because the documents showed "apparently exactly what she and her client have been saying the documents would show."
After a short recess, the Judge ordered Patrick Byrne and Stefanie Lambert to desist from sharing or discussing confidential discovery material and to come to the Court with future questions or requests for relief. When Lambert asked the Judge on Byrne's behalf how to proceed if Byrne is asked by Congress, the DOJ, or law enforcement to cooperate with an investigation, the Judge told them to follow the strict guidelines of the protective order and file a request before sharing any confidential information.
Finally, the Judge said she would take the matter under advisement to issue a ruling at a later date and asked Dominion to file their exhibits by the close of business on Friday.
"Every time I have been targeted as a result of representing clients related to election matters, I win. The process plays out; it takes time, but eventually, truth and justice always prevail. I've won in the past, and I'm going to continue winning," Lambert told The Gateway Pundit after the hearing, making it clear that she will abide by the Court's order.
Due to the D.C. Court's effort to silence her, she could not say more about the case or evidence in discovery. "Truth and justice will prevail, but we have to abide by the court's order," she added. "I'm very carefully not addressing anything the court told me not to address."
When asked why Democrats and Dominion are trying to remove Lambert from representing election-related court cases, Byrne said, "She's the best and knows more about this than any lawyer in America." He continued, "Where the rubber meets the road, Stephanie has been the most energetic and devoted lawyer and has put the pieces together before any other lawyer in America has put them together."
Byrne maintains that "I was right about everything I said in November 2020."

The Gateway Pundit recently reported on Trump’s mega rally and his plan to campaign in formerly blue states, including New Jersey, Minnesota, and Virginia, which he says will flip for him.

The last time the state went red was in 1972, when Republican Richard Nixon defeated Democrat George McGovern in a landslide win. But in 2016, Trump came remarkably close to taking the state, coming just 1.5 percentage points behind Hillary Clinton. The difference was less than 44,000 votes.
While Trump has said throughout his campaign that he will make a “heavy play” for blue states such as New York, New Jersey, New Mexico, Virginia, and Minnesota, he reiterated that point during a recent interview on KNSI Radio.
It’s not like, in my opinion, that blue,” he said of Minnesota. “We’re going to put a heavy move into Minnesota, I promise.”
A May KSTP/Survey USA poll showed Trump well within striking distance of President Biden in the North Star State, garnering 42 percent support to Biden’s 44 percent. Because Biden’s lead is within the survey’s ± 4.3 percent margin of error, it is a virtual tie.

The Democrats in Minnesota are so scared of Trump that they jumped on the trend of attempting to remove him from the ballot, citing the 14th Amendment. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the state Supreme Court rejected the attempt by disgruntled leftists to remove the leading political candidate from the ballot before the Primary Election.

Donalds, Mills, and Ramaswamy spoke to the press during the trial to condemn the weaponization of justice against Donald Trump and the testimony of convicted perjurer Michael Cohen.
Matt Gaetz and Anna Paulina Luna both gave fiery speeches condemning convicted perjurer Michael Cohen and the corrupt leftwing Judge's family, who is paid by Democrats, earlier during the show trial today.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday that Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) launched an all-out attack against Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) in a Judiciary Committee Hearing for not only preparing liar Michael Cohen for his testimony but also having Merchan's daughter's consulting firm on his campaign's payroll and giving her over $150,000 as her father oversees a sham election interference trial against the Democratic Party's top political rival, Donald J. Trump.

Gaetz: There is literally no branch of government that Michael Cohen has not lied to. He lied to investigators, he lied to the judge who sentenced him, he lied to the United States Congress, and he committed these lies for his own benefit. And while we're talking about what we saw in that courtroom going on for people's own benefit, we would be remiss if we did not mention this corrupt judge, this judge whose own family is making six figures off of Democrat politics and continues to gaslight the country that there's some sort of crime committed by President Trump.
This is a made-up crime. No other American in the country would be charged with this type of crime. It's like the Mr. Potato Head doll of crimes, where they had to stick together a bunch of things that did not belong together. Observing the jury, I could see that there was a great appreciation for the liar that Michael Cohen was, and we are not getting a fair shake in front of this judge. The prosecutors don't even have to seek a basis for their objections. He's agreeing with the prosecutors without even hearing the argument on these objections. And there should be evidence getting in about the depth and breadth of Michael Cohen's lies that we're not seeing entered into it. And so we're here voluntarily supporting our friend, President Trump, the leader of our movement, the leader of our party, and soon again, the leader of this great country.
Luna: I also want to point out that they're telling people that they can't have cameras in the courtroom, but if they have nothing to hide, and if they're truly being honest about this, why is it that you guys can't be in the courtroom and see exactly what we're seeing? Just because we're members of Congress does not mean we have authority more than you guys to know exactly what's happening in that courtroom. So, just an update: the President is doing well; he's in good spirits. We're here today because we know that this is nonsense and should not be happening in the United States of America.
Furthermore, to Cohen, who admitted to lying to members of Congress, that's contempt of Congress just so that you are tracking, and I want to follow it up by saying this: It is by no coincidence that you have Goldman, a member of House Oversight, who's a Democrat and prepared Cohen for his testimony, is also retained by the Judges daughter as a client. Does that seem like it's not a sham to you? It is corrupt lawfare. It's the Biden prosecutions, and Biden you're gonna lose this election cycle.
