A low-life career criminal paid the ultimate price after breaking into a Florida man’s home and shooting his wife.
WESH reported that Highland County police officers responded to a suspicious incident at a home in Avon Park at roughly 8:30 p.m. Once deputies arrived on the scene, they found a male and female with severe injuries. Both were revealed to be 69-years-old.
In addition to the wounded couple, cops found there was a dead man not related to the couple inside the residence. Police identified the person as 62-year-old Lindsey Glenn and said he broke into the residence and shot the female victim in the face.
Highlands County Sheriff Paul Blackman told reporters Glenn gained entry into the couple’s home under a scam that involved the woman’s job as a notary.
After the male victim witnessed Glenn try to kill his wife, Blackman said the man grabbed a seven-inch garden knife and went to work on the intruder. Glenn ended up dying brutally as a result.
Blackman revealed the thug was “cut to pieces” and “very much deceased” when deputies found him. The sheriff thanked the male victim for his heroic actions.
“I would like to commend the male victim for his bravery and quick action in defending his wife and their home,” Blackman said. “This investigation is still very active and ongoing.”
Blackman went on to call the male victim, who is retired from Pride Industries, an “upstanding citizen.”
WFLA reported that it’s unknown whether the victims and the alleged perpetrator knew each other before the assault. The motive also remains unclear, but the sheriff’s office thinks that Glenn believed the notary would have cash on hand.
WESH revealed the female victim was transported to a trauma center and is expected to survive her horrific injury. The man was sent to a local hospital and has since been released.
Glenn has a long rap sheet with at least 12 different felonies according to Blackman. The crimes include robbery and burglary.
Blackman added that Glenn has been sent to state prison at least six times.

NBCUniversal’s Peacock announced Thursday they will be releasing a new documentary series shoving the left’s LGBTQ agenda in America’s face with a twist.
The documentary, titled “Queer Planet,” promises to showcase the full-spectrum” of homosexual behavior in the animal kingdom. The series is scheduled to stream on June 6 as part of the radical-left network’s commemoration of PRIDE month.
“Queer Planet” is narrated by openly gay actor Andrew Rannells. He released a statement bragging how “Queer Planet” opened his eyes to “to the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ behaviors across the natural world” and that he was “excited” to be part of the new series.
“We’ve all heard of gay penguins, but this film really opened my eyes to the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ behaviors across the natural world,” said Rannells.
“And what could be more natural than being who you are?” he continued. “I’m excited to be part of ‘Queer Planet,’ especially during Pride Month, and on Peacock, surely the most colorful and glamorous of all the streaming services.”
Indiewire revealsreveals, the documentary features different “hidden LGBTQ+ communities among animals that have unconventional sexualities and genders” and showcases everything from homosexual penguins, bisexual lions, pansexual primates, and sex-changing clownfish. It will even explore the fauna realm with “multi-gendered mushrooms.”
Per the official synopsis, the series “looks at extraordinary creatures, witnesses amazing behaviors, and introduces the scientists questioning the traditional concept of what’s natural when it comes to sex and gender.”
Below is the official trailer for “Queer Planet.” It opens with a voiceover telling viewers that the “animal kingdom isn’t as simple as black and white” before flashing to a still photo showing a male lion humping another male lion.
A bald individual then appears and asserts, “Everything you were taught as a kid was wrong!” before the trailer continues showcasing supposed LGBTQ animals.
The voiceover boasts, “The idea of having two fixed sexes is clearly out of style,” while an unnamed woman claims, “Mother Nature is pretty open-minded.”

In addition to Rannells, IndieWire reports scientists and experts such as author and naturalist Bradley Trevor Greive, ornithologist Dr. Martin Stervander, biologist Dr. Christine Wilkinson, science historian Dr. Ross Brooks, primatologist Dr. Amy Parish, The Vagina Museum director Florence Schechter appear in the documentary.

At least four people were killed Thursday night in Houston, Texas, as powerful storms swept through the city, causing severe flooding and extensive property damage.
Houston Fire Chief Samuel Peña revealed at a news briefing that two of the four people who died were killed by falling trees, while a third died when a crane blew over.
One resident told the WHSV that the damage to the city was so severe that “it looks like a bomb went off.”
Some Houston residents also claim they saw tornadoes amid the chaotic weather. NWS Houston will work to confirm these reports in the coming days.
The downtown area of Houston was hit particularly hard, and the aftermath looked like scenes from a horror movie. One video shows people working on a top building floor, screaming and fleeing in terror as the storm shatters the glass. Large debris is also seen flying up against and possibly into the building.

During the storms, winds gusted up to 100 miles per hour, knocking out power for almost 1 million residents.

The Houston Chronicle reports that restoring power to the worst-hit areas will take several days or longer.
Houston Mayor John Whitmire has warned residents to remain at home, noting the massive amount of debris and broken traffic lights.
“I can’t emphasize enough the danger of fallen trees and fallen utility wire, he said. “Downtown is a mess. It’s dangerous due to the glass and the lack of traffic lights, so stay at home.”
Texas Governor Greg Abbott said in a statement that the state is deploying resources to the impacted area. He also thanked the the first responders for the heroic efforts to protect Houston residents.

This news comes hours after Biden abused his power by asserting executive privilege over the audio tapes of the interview, which exposed the current White House occupant as nothing more than an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
Specifically, the written transcript of Hur’s interview previously revealed Biden brought up the subject of Beau’s death and had to rely on his handlers to remind him of the date his late son passed away.
The transcript also confirms Biden needed clarification about when he was vice president. As the National Pulse noted, Biden asked out loud in one exchange with Hur, “Was I still vice president? I was, wasn’t I? Yeah.”
Earlier this week, the House Judiciary Committee took steps to hold Garland in contempt for his corrupt actions in hiding the audio tapes from the public.
“There must be consequences for refusing to comply with lawful congressional subpoenas, and we will move to hold Attorney General Garland in contempt of Congress,” Rep. James Comer (R-KY) told the DailyMail.com in an interview on Monday.
“These audio recordings are important to our investigation of President Biden’s willful retention of classified documents and his fitness to be President of the United States.”
The House Oversight Committee will likely take action soon to hold Garland accountable as well. On Wednesday, Comer claimed in an interview with Just the News they had the votes to hold Garland in contempt.
The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees both were scheduled to consider a resolution on today and hold a vote.

A man’s attempted assault on a couple walking their dog quickly blew up in his face when they delivered a bloody and painful lesson he is sure never to forget.
As The New York Post reported, a man and woman were strolling the streets near 49th and Broadway in Woodside around 2:45 p.m. when the 37-year-old thug thought he spotted a pair of helpless victims and could perhaps make off with an easy score. The other man was riding in a scooter due to a foot injury.
Footage released by the New York Police Department (NYPD) shows the man sneaking up behind the couple as they strolled the streets with their pup. The suspect then throws his coat aside and pounces on the man in the scooter.
But things quickly go haywire for the assailant. The would-be victim immediately tosses the thug to the ground and starts raining blows at him.
The woman then starts pounding away at the man. They refuse to show any mercy even after the attacker seemingly tries to escape.

The Post reveals they finally separated but continued shouting at one another. The thug then reportedly backed up toward the security camera and had a significant bloody wound near the crown of his head.
Bystanders then put an end to the fight when by stepping between the couple and the man.
The New York Police Department revealed the perpetrator was taken to Elmhurst Hospital with multiple stab wounds. He is in stable condition at the moment.

Joe Biden has abused his power by asserting executive privilege over the audio tapes of his interview with ex-special counsel Robert Hur, which exposed the current White House occupant as nothing more than an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
The Associated Press notesthe dispute is at the center of a Republican effort to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for defying their request over access to the recordings.
But White House counsel Ed Siskel lashed out at the House GOP in an angry letter, accusing them of only wanting the recordings “to chop them up” and use them for political reasons.
“The absence of a legitimate need for the audio recordings lays bare your likely goal — to chop them up, distort them, and use them for partisan political purposes,” Ed Siskel wrote.
He added, “Demanding such sensitive and constitutionally protected law enforcement materials from the Executive Branch because you want to manipulate them for potential political gain is inappropriate.”

This event honors all of the fallen officers who laid down their lives for America. Biden, of course, makes a regular habit of disrespecting those in uniform and falsely portraying himself as a Gold Star Dad.
As the elderly White House occupantslowly walks up to the stage to spread his usual lies, he catches his foot on a step and trips. Fortunately for Biden, he somehow regains his balance and manages to make it to the podium without further incident.

Biden’s age and fitness are his top vulnerabilities with voters as he prepares for his rematch against President Donald Trump this November.
The embarrassing scene also comes just a few hours after Biden challenged Donald Trump to two separate debates, which the 45th President immediately accepted. CNN will host the first one on June 27 while ABC will welcome the two candidates on September 10.
Trump has accepted a third debate hosted by Fox News on October 2nd. Biden has yet to respond at the time of this writing.
As Gateway Pundit readers know, Biden has suffered balance issues since assuming power. Arguably the two most infamous incidents were when he collapsed several times going up the Air Force One stairs back in August 2021 and when he fell flat on his face in June 2023 while attending a graduation ceremony for the U.S. Air Force Academy in El Paso County, Colorado.
He cannot even manage to stay on his bike without having an accident!
At this point, it is fair to wonder whether Biden can make it to the debate stage without stumbling to the ground. Such an incident could end the election on the spot.

Tragedy struck as a former Obama campaign worker, and her wife lost their lives in a horrific car accident in California last week.
NBC Bay Area news reported Monday that Peggy Moore and her wife Hope Wood were killed while riding along in the Jeep pickup when it collided with a Chrysler sedan in rural San Diego County at about 11:15 p.m. Friday. The 60-year-old driver of the Jeep, along with the Chrysler’s driver, were also killed.
One passenger in the Jeep managed to survive the accident.
The medical examiner at the scene only identified Wood, 48, but a Facebook post on Sunday by the East Bay Stonewall Democratic Club revealed they died together in the crash. The 60-year-old Moore previously served as the president of the club.
“We at East Bay Stonewall Democratic Club are devastated to hear of the passing of our past President Peggy Moore and her wife, Hope Wood. Moore was a force of change in Oakland and the East Bay,” the post read.
According to her LinkedIn page, the 60-year-old Moore previously managed the 2014 campaign of former Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, worked as a senior consultant on Contra Costa County District Attorney Diana Becton’s campaign, and was the Political Director for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential primary campaign in California.
NBC Bay Area notes Moore and Wood met while campaigning for Barack Obama in 2008. Moore was working as the Northern California Deputy Field Director for the campaign at the time.
In 2019, the couple founded Hope Action Change, an organizational development consultancy and coaching firm.
Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) remembered Wood and Moore as “remarkable women” passionate about equality and social justice in an X post on Tuesday:
“Peggy Moore & Hope Wood were remarkable women who dedicated their lives to equality & justice,” Lee wrote. Their values brought them together & are the legacy they leave behind. Their family & friends are hurting, but we must remember we are all connected through the work they did every day.”

A former Florida elementary school principal previously accused of child molestation is facing several criminal charges after allegedly trapping a student inside a room for almost an hour and viciously assaulting the child.
As Click Orlando reported, 33-year-old Dontay Akeem Prophet, the principal at Destiny Leadership Academy in Ocala, was arrested Saturday on charges of aggravated child abuse and false imprisonment of a child under 13.
Shocking surveillance footage shared by police shows Prophet entrapping the little boy inside a classroom for over 40 minutes. The principal proceeds to grab the student by the arm before holding him down and placing him in a chokehold.
Prophet then starts using a charging cable to hit the child, causing the helpless student to fall. The horrifying assault only gets worse as the sick principal twists the child’s ankle, slaps him in the face, and subjected him to even more awful physical abuse.

While being confronted by police, Prophet was shocked to learn there was a camera in the room recording the assault.
“I don’t know if you know this or not, but there’s a security camera in that room,” a police deputy says in the security footage.
“There is?” Prophet asks.
Prophet pathetically claimed afterward that the despicable assault on the underage boy was an attempt to prevent the minor from self-harming. Unsurprisingly, the police did not buy his excuse.
He is being held without bond at the Marion County Jail according to WCJB.
This incident was not Prophet’s first horrifying alleged assault on a minor child, either. In 2019, Prophet was accused of sexually assaulting a minor child back when he was a behavior specialist at South Ocala Elementary. Police said he invited the young student into his home and started sexually touching him.
Prophet resigned from his position after being put on leave by the school but received only a slap on the wrist from the criminal justice system. Prosecutors negotiated a sweetheart plea deal of attempting to interfere with the custody of a child. Prophet violated his probation in 2023.

The Gateway Pundit reported Saturday that two large circular livestream portals were installed connecting New York City and Dublin, Ireland in a bizarre attempt to “bring the world together.”
However, just one day after the portals became operational, disaster unfolded. The Dublin portal displayed a stunning image of the Twin Towers on fire to viewers in New York, a painful reminder of the 9/11 terrorist attack. Now, the infamous invention has been shut down thanks to multiple explicit events, including one from a notorious “model.”
On Sunday, an Onlyfans star named Ava Louise forced the portal to shut down entirely after flashing her breasts as onlookers stared in shock.
Footage captured from the scene opens by showing her approaching the portal while brushing back her hair. Louise then lifts her tank top to expose her b**bs and wiggles them for several seconds while dancing around.

Louise bragged about shutting down the portal in a subsequent Instagram post. “I thought the people of Dublin deserved to see my two New York homegrown potatoes!” she exclaimed.
Louise then posted footage of her boyfriend speaking with security while she raced off. One staffer told him the portal would be down “for some time” and that “it’s very unfortunate that people are not acting in the best way.”
This is not the first time Louise, a native of New Jersey, has orchestrated a NSFW stunt. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, she achieved worldwide notoriety when she posted a video of herself licking a toilet seat on an airplane as part of a “coronavirus challenge.”
She told Business Insider at the time that her goal was to “capitalize off this pandemic” and achieve “a whole new level of fame.”
Louise’s madness can perhaps be best explained by her appearance on the Dr. Phil show in 2019, when she told the television personality that “the world needs” a celebrity such as herself. She revealed her desire to become a “skinny legend” and to become “Insta famous.”
She also said she would rather “die hot than live ugly.”
The New York Post reports several other vile incidents in addition to Louise’s occurred within the last week, mainly on Ireland’s side. For example, one Irish man was seen holding up a swastika while another was seen snorting cocaine.
The Daily Mail reports another video Dublin’s side of the portal showed a woman being dragged away by police after grinding against the screen.

In a nation marred by negligent individuals in the government and the general populace, there are occasional moments that help restore one’s faith in humanity. The People’s Republic of San Francisco, of all places, provided one such moment a few days ago.
As NBC Bay Area News reported, a group of Good Samaritans inside a cafe refused to sit idly by when a cowardly thug tried to steal a woman’s laptop. The outlet notes that the attempted theft happened at Sana’a Cafe near the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
An employee of the cafe told NBC Bay Area that the would-be thief strolled into the back of the cafe and promptly snatched the woman’s Apple MacBook before racing out of the front door, thinking he was home free.
But unlike so many citizens, customers inside the cafe sprang into action. Video footage captured from the incident shows one man, who KRON 4 News identified as Henry Flynn, rush out of the cafe and make a brilliant tackle in taking the thief to the ground.
Other customers then join in to assist Flynn. They proceed to grab the perp’s arms and legs to hold him down until the police arrive.
San Francisco police arrested the suspect, 19-year-old Zachary Morris-Dadzie of Suisun City. The footage concludes with Flynn explaining to officers afterward what occurred.

Flynn told KRON 4 News that he learned from the police that the man had grabbed the laptop from a woman sitting inside. The computer was later returned to the woman thanks to Flynn and the other brave customers who helped.
Flynn also revealed that his phone’s screen broke while he was taking care of the thug, but the victim and her husband offered to pay him for the repair. Flynn did not say whether he took them up on the offer.
Despite his courageous actions, Flynn does not see himself as a hero. “Most people want to do the right thing,” he explained. It just takes one person to really get ahead of it, and everyone else will follow,”
Flynn, a fourth-generation San Franciscan, also told KRON 4 News that he is raising money to run for mayor this November.
“I see myself representing the silenced majority of the city – the working class, the bread and butter of the city, said Flynn. “I think what we need right now is the same thing that happened at that cafe where everyone came together.
“We need that citywide,” he continued. “We need everyone coming together who’s invested in the heart and soul of the city.”
KRON 4 reports Morris-Dadzie escaped the attack unharmed. He was booked into jail and charged with grand theft and second-degree burglary.

One government climate scientist made the mistake of blurting out the real end-game of so many radical environmental activists in a bid to preserve the planet: Killing off the human population.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this week that Youtuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy uncovered what appeared to be an attempt by a veteran Hollywood producer to engage inappropriately with an underage girl. Now, he, along with his collaborators DJ Deorro and fellow YouTuber Bradley Martyn, also reportedly busted an illegal alien looking to engage in even more severe predatory activity before the cops ruined the day.
During Vitaly’s most recent sting operation Friday in Los Angeles, which is part of a new series titled “Catching Child Predators,” four fifteen-year-old boys connect with an alleged p*dophile in the country illegally who is looking to party and sleep with minors. Vitaly helps guide the children through the process to ensure the sting goes smoothly and they are kept safe.
The boys check with the illegal, whom they call “Papi,” and make sure he is okay with them being fifteen. He replies in Spanish that he is, but that nobody can know.
The footage then cuts to the illegal partying with the children for several minutes before the lights suddenly come on, to the illegal’s surprise. Vitaly and his crew humiliate him by greeting him with a mock birthday celebration with confetti.
The camera then shifts to Vitaly announcing they just caught an illegal alien pedophile. The Youtuber also discovers that the alleged pervert was carrying crystal meth in a possible effort to drug his victims.

Horrifying video footage has captured the moment a transgender individual mowed down a helpless 64-year-old man named Steven Anderson twice and then fatally stabbed him earlier this month in Houston, Texas.
As The Daily Mail reported Saturday, the incident occurred on Woodridge Square Drive on May 3 in broad daylight. Police identified the suspect as 20-year-old Karon Fisher.
Fisher is identified in court records as a male, but the Houston Police Department (HPD) referred to the suspect as a female in a Monday statement. The author of this article will be using male pronouns to describe Fisher.
The footage starts with Fisher racing toward Anderson in his Dodge Challenger as the elderly man walks to get his mail. He proceeds to hit Anderson, then puts the car in reverse and runs him over again.
While horrified neighbors watch, Fisher returns to the scene with a knife. He proceeds to straddle and kiss Anderson before flipping him over and stabbing him at least nine times as the witnesses fail to intervene.

Police officers say Anderson died as a result of the knife wounds, not after getting hit by the car. It is unknown at this point whether the two men knew each other.
Houston police eventually caught up to Anderson and arrested him. They credited the neighbors for their detailed description of the crime and suspect.
Neighbors who spoke to ABC 13 News told the outlet they were disturbed by the horrifying incident and stunned it happened in broad daylight right in front of them.
“It’s very disturbing. I have kids here; they could have been out here playing, and imagine them,” one neighbor told ABC13.
“Broad daylight. People around every time, and it happened right under our noses,” said another neighbor.
Other witnesses refused to talk to ABC 13 News due to the graphic nature of the crime.
Fisher has been charged with murder and is being held behind bars on a $2 million bond. The murder suspect was previously arrested by the HPD in 2022 for an unspecified disturbance 30 minutes away from last week’s murder.

A Virginia school district has voted to rename two Virginia schools after historic Confederate leaders four years after they were originally changed.
As USA Today reported, the Shenandoah County School Board in Virginia voted 5-1 in a meeting Thursday to reverse the names of Mountain View High School and Honey Run Elementary School back to Stonewall Jackson High School and Ashby-Lee Elementary School. Shenandoah County is a predominantly rural jurisdiction with a population of just over 44,000, and is located about 100 miles west of the nation’s capital.
This vote reverses a hasty decision by the school board in 2020, a time when school systems across the South were removing Confederate names from schools in response to the Marxist Black Lives Matter movement.
Thursday’s vote was brought on by a group called the Coalition for Better Schools. AS WJLA reported, the group wrote in a letter that restoring the names would “demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity, respect for history, and responsiveness to community feedback.”
A previous effort in 2022 to restore the schools’ original names failed in a 3-3 vote. The three who rejected the move have all been replaced on the school board.
The New York Post notes that Board member Gloria Carlineo said during the meeting that those who oppose Confederate names should “stop bringing racism and prejudice into everything.” She argued this “detracts from true cases of racism.”
The sole dissenter, Kyle Gutshall, claimed that while he respects both sides of the debate, he believes that a majority of residents in his district wanted to leave the Mountain View and Honey Run names alone but noted it was a “complex issue.”
“I don’t judge anybody or look down on anybody for the decision they’re making,” he said. “It’s a complex issue.”
WJLA notes that private donations must be provided to implement the school name changes following the board’s approval.
Following the May 2020 murder of George Floyd and the subsequent BLM riots, Virginia and several other states attempted to appease the mob and removed Confederate statues from public spaces.
Then-Democratic Governor Ralph Northam wrote a letter to school board chairs across the state, demanding they change school names and mascots named after Confederate figures and sympathizers. The Shenandoah County School Board caved just three days later, voting to rename Stonewall Jackson High as Mountain View High and Ashby-Lee Elementary as Honey Run Elementary.
The schools were originally named after legendary Confederate generals Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson, and cavalry commander Turner Ashby.

A G4 severe geomagnetic storm is forecast to impact Earth later today, according to The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This marks the first time in nearly two decades that officials have warned such an event could occur.
NOAA decided to issue a watch for the storm after forecasters observed multiple earth-directed coronal mass ejections (CME’s) earlier this week.
The agency notes these earth-directed coronal mass ejections could arrive as early as midday Friday, May 10, 2024, and persist through Sunday, May 12, 2024, in what they call an “unusual event.”
As the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) notes, CME’s are “large expulsions of plasma and magnetized particles from the Sun’s corona.” They can explode in size as they approach the Earth’s surface and cause geomagnetic storms upon arrival.
According to SWPC, the particles ejected by the sun cause disruptions in Earth’s magnetosphere during a geomagnetic storm. The center notes powerful storms can even affect the Earth’s ionosphere by adding energy in the form of heat. This heat can “increase the density and distribution of density in the upper atmosphere, causing extra drag on satellites in low Earth orbit.”
Because of this, significant disruptions in navigation systems, radio communications, internet outages and power grid blackouts are all possible. This can potentially affect the daily lives of millions of people around the globe.
Space.com reports one flare peaked in the early hours this morning (May 10) at 2:54 a.m. (0654 GMT) and triggered either temporary or complete loss of high frequency (HF) radio signals across Asia, eastern Europe, and eastern Africa.
Officials say a supercharged Northern Lights spectacle is a likely impact from this storm from late Friday and into Saturday. During the storm, auroras are forecast to be visible across the United States, even as far south as Alabama.
CBS News notes the true strength of the storm will be known until approximately 8 p.m. ET on Friday when the CMEs are about a million miles from Earth.
Shawn Dahl, service coordinator at the Space Weather Prediction Center, said officials expect a ” big shock arrival” when the CMEs hit Earth. As CBS News reported, Dahl said that while officials aren’t predicting a G5 storm (the most potent possible geomagnetic storm), they are not ruling out a “low-end G5 event.”
This marks the first time a storm watch has been issued for a G4 since January 2005. CBS News notes there are about 100 severe geomagnetic storms every solar cycle, but only three have been noticed in the most recent cycle that began in December 2019.
The last time there was a G5 or extreme geomagnetic storm was in October 2003. This storm caused power outages in Sweden and damaged transformers in South Africa.

During a recent performance at The Laugh Factory in Chicago, comedian Josh Ocean Thomas was on stage when he briefly ditched his comedy routine after eliciting a political confession from a person in the audience. The audience member, calling himself “Nick,” made a major mistake when he revealed to Thomas that he worked for the Biden regime.
Thomas is a Tunisian stand-up comedian who moved to Chicago from San Diego to pursue his career. Laugh Factory notes that he was a child magician before making the switch to comedy.
A dumbfounded Thomas could not believe what he was hearing and mockingly asked “Nick” what he does for Biden. After not getting an initial response, Thomas tells “Nick” he would have been prouder if he said he was a hooker.
When “Nick” says he travels to the South to persuade people to back Biden, Thomas ratchets his mockery even further while the audience erupts in hysterical laughter. He colorfully says “Nick” is short on brain cells and queries how quickly he’s ready to lose his job.

A fearless patriot brutally trolled an anti-America, pro-Hamas encampment late Monday night at Harvard University.
As Gateway Pundit readers know, Harvard is just one of the many universities up north that have struggled to contain the violent pro-Hamas protests across their campuses.
In contrast, students at Southern colleges have humiliated the loony agitators. These actions include hijacking protests to sing patriotic songs and voice support for President Trump.
Fortunately, Harvard has started to get a little fed up. Outkick.com notes that Harvard interim president Alan Garber released a statement vowing to hold those who refuse to vacate the encampment accountable.
I write today with this simple message: The continuation of the encampment presents a significant risk to the educational environment of the University. Those who participate in or perpetuate its continuation will be referred for involuntary leave from their Schools.
Among other implications, students placed on involuntary leave may not be able to sit for exams, may not continue to reside in Harvard housing, and must cease to be present on campus until reinstated.
Garber got some much-needed assistance from a student who decided to give the foul-smelling, lazy agitators a rude wake-up call. The Daily Wire’s Kassy Akiva posted a video shortly after midnight eastern of the national anthem loudly blasting outside of the encampment as the protesters tried to sleep.

Pro-Hamas protesters took out their frustration on Old Glory and American heroes from World War I with no police in sight after failing to disrupt the Met Gala Monday night.
As the New York Post reported, the agitators vandalized a 107th Infantry Memorial in Central Park. The base was defaced with hideous graffiti reading “Gaza” in large black letters.
Other terror supporters vandalized the statue’s soldiers with stickers of the Palestinian flag that read “Stop the Genocide. End the apartheid. Free Palestine.” Some of the agitators climbed atop the infantrymen and draped the flag of terrorism over the figures.
But the most vile action by the agitators occurred when one in a keffiyeh bandana decided to burn an American flag to a crisp while other smirking protesters gawked and filmed.

The Post reports that all of this unfolded without a single police officer in sight because they were too worried about protecting the far-left celebrities at arguably the most overrated fashion event in the world.

A brave female darts player decided to forfeit her chance at glory and money in the name of fair play in sports.
As Reduxx reported, British darts star Deta Hedman refused to play against the Netherlands’s Noa-Lynn Van Leuven during Saturday’s Denmark Open quarter-final in Esbjerg. As a result, Van Leuven received a free pass to the semi-finals.
“I’m not playing against a man in a women’s event,” Hedman told German newspaper Bild.
As the Daily Mail notes, the 64-year-old Hedman is one of the most prominent figures in the women’s darts scene. She is a three-time World Darts Federation (WDF) World Champion runner-up and has been a presence in women’s darts since the 1980s.
Reduxx notes Hedman also has been outspoken on the issue of keeping sports single-sex for several years. In 2023, Hedman named Van Leuven in a statement she wrote on the issue for Darts World.
For many months, I’ve struggled with transgenders playing in the women’s world-ranked events. I have thought this is wrong since day one.
I’m not close to Noa-Lynn in darts but in fairness seems a lovely person, at Lakeside I met Victoria Monaghan and must admit she is a right character we had banter and a fair few laughs, but my personal view is trans shouldn’t be playing in women’s ranked events.
Just a few days before her match against Van Leuven, Hedman also posted a message on her Facebook page denouncing biological men in female sports.

Earlier Monday, Hamas claimed they informed Qatari and Egyptian mediators that it had accepted their proposal for a new Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal with the Jewish State. According to the BBC, the basis of the agreement was a weeks-long pause in fighting with Hamas agreeing to release dozens of hostages.
As the New York Post notes, the announcement came shortly after Israel’s war cabinet unanimously voted to go ahead with the strike on Hamas’ final stronghold “with the goal of making progress on freeing the hostages and the other war aims.” These presumably include ensuring Hamas’ ultimate demise.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also said Hamas’ latest “truce offer” as “far from Israel’s obligatory demands.”

An Ole Miss fraternity has decided to boot a student after a video of him viciously mocking a morbidly obese pro-Hamas protester went viral online.
As Jim Hoft previously reported, hundreds of student students gathered at a pro-Hamas protest on Thursday and began singing the National Anthem. But another video clip of students consisting of fraternity brothers taunting a portly agitator whom police officers were holding back also emerged that same day.
CNN identified the agitator as 24-year-old journalism and media graduate student Jaylin Smith. She confirmed to the outlet she was the woman in the video.
Roughly nine seconds into the video clip, a male can be seen apparently making monkey noises toward Smith while jumping up and down. The young individual was later connected to the fraternity Phi Delta Theta.
The other students refrain from making ape-like sounds. They stick to cheering the officers and shouting provocative statements such as “Lock her up!”

Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters is aware of the video regarding the student protest at the University of Mississippi. The racist actions in the video were those of an individual and are antithetical to the values of Phi Delta Theta and the Mississippi Alpha chapter.
The responsible individual was removed from membership on Friday, May 3.

President Trump went off on his enemies colorfully and discussed potential VP picks during a fiery speech at the Mar-A-Lago Saturday afternoon.
As the Daily Mail reported, Trump hosted around 400 donors and lawmakers for a $ 40,000-a-head fundraising lunch at his home. NBC News notes this luncheon was part of the Republican National Committee’s spring retreat.
Trump slammed Special Counsel Jack Smith as a “f**king a**hole” for trying to throw him in prison for speech crimes.
He then went on to blast Smith as an “evil thug” and “deranged.”
He also brutally mocked Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as a “real beauty” and “Mrs. Wade” during his speech. The latter is particularly biting because of her notorious and corrupt affair with former Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Trump also compared the Biden regime to Nazi Germany, accusing them of running a “Gestapo administration.”
However, the 45th President was not content to slam his political opponents. He also took time to tease who might select as his running mate.
NBC notes that several potential GOP vice presidential candidates are in attendance for the retreat. These include South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, New York Rep. Elise Stefanik, North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Florida Rep. Byron Donalds, and South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem.
“I’ve got 50 people calling me, begging me, ‘I’ll cut off my right arm, sir,'” Trump said. “‘ Please, I want to be the vice president.'”
Trump gave a shoutout to Stefanik, who fiercely defended him during his impeachment trials and completely destroyed woke Ivy League presidents over their handling of anti-Semitism on their campuses.
“Everybody said she’s going to be the vice-presidential candidate,” Trump teased.
Trump previously described Stefanik as a “real killer” during a Mar-A-Lago dinner back in January.
But the 45th President also praised several other rumored candidates. He described former presidential “rival” Scott as “one of the greatest surrogates” and called Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) “incredible.”
He also had kind words for Burgum, another former “rival” during the GOP Presidential primary, calling him “really impressive.” Trump went on to praise Rubio as a “talented guy.”
Trump also offered to let donors come up on the stage if they donated $1 million on the spot. Two donors took Trump up on his offer, and one told the crowd, ‘Donald J Trump is the person that God has chosen.’

A horrifying video has emerged showing a large transgender (biological male) student attacking a smaller and weaker girl in a New York high school women’s restroom, which resulted in a bomb threat being sent to the institution after the clip was discovered online.
While the assault at Greece Arcadia High School in Rochester reportedly took place in February, it was only uncovered on Thursday by the feminist website Reduxx. The outlet also noted the school refused to share any details regarding the awful beating.
The clip captured by Reduxx shows the transgender teen storming into a restroom stall and laying a beatdown on the innocent girl while other students record the assault on their cell phones.
The trans student then grabs the helpless girl by her hair and violently drags her out along the floor and into the hallway. The victim can be heard screaming in terror.
The transgender teen lands several more punches on his victim before a school staff member finally arrives to help break up the one-sided fight. Another person then picks the girl up and carries her away.

WXXI News reported the school received an “anti-transgender” bomb threat loaded with profanity just after 6 a.m. on Friday, the day after the video went viral.
According to WHEC, the threat message accused Greece Arcadia High School of failing to ensure a safe learning environment. It also claimed the district was encouraging “mentally ill” and “degenerate” behavior in students, explicitly referencing the brawl.
School officials evacuated both Greece Arcadia High and Middle schools following the threat. Classes were delayed from opening for two hours as police investigated the bomb threat.
Superintendent Kathleen Graupman called the bomb threat a hate crime and claimed outside forces were using the brutal assault to advance an agenda.
“It is clear that this is being used for an agenda, whether it’s a personal or political agenda, it is being used. That fight that occurred was significant and very, very upsetting and disturbing, and also, I want to be very clear: it involved minors, and it involved minors that deserve respect and privacy. We don’t get to share videos and names and peoples’ personal identities out there,” Graupman said.
As WHEC notes, Graupman went on to say the school district is helping authorities find and prosecute the individual or individuals who sent the bomb threat.
There is no word on whether the vicious attack on the innocent girl by the transgender student will be investigated and prosecuted, however.

Wilson’s words have now proved prophetic. On Friday, the Biden regime issued a final rule change to expand Obamacare coverage to younger illegals (Dreamers) who have been allowed to stay in the United States under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
As Gateway Pundit readers know, DACA was illegally created in 2012 by the Obama regime in a ploy to win over Hispanic voters in the 2012 Presidential election. The program provided work permits to illegals who entered the U.S. illegals while still minors.
Roughly 500,000 illegal aliens were protected from deportation thanks to DACA, but none received healthcare coverage until now.
The White House issued a news release that illegals covered by DACA can start applying for coverage in Obamacare and state healthcare marketplaces in November, just in time for the 2024 election.
They also boasted that more than 100,000 illegals would qualify for the program while bragging about the unconstitutional DACA policy.
Today, the Biden-Harris Administration is expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare coverage to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients. In 2012, President Obama and then Vice President Biden created the DACA policy to transform the lives of eligible Dreamers – young people who came to this country as children—allowing them to live and work lawfully in our country. Over the last decade, DACA has brought stability, possibility, and progress to hundreds of thousands of Dreamers.
While President Biden continues to call on Congress to provide a pathway to citizenship to Dreamers and others, he is committed to protecting and preserving DACA and providing Dreamers with the opportunities and support they need to succeed, including access to affordable, quality health care coverage. Thanks to the Biden-Harris Administration’s actions, today’s final rule will remove the prohibition on DACA recipients’ eligibility for Affordable Care Act coverage for the first time, and is projected to help more than 100,000 young people gain health insurance. The New York Post estimates the unconstitutional rule change will cost taxpayers up to $300 million. All of this while our southern border remains open and millions of Americans struggle to keep a roof over their heads.

But footage quickly emerged showing hordes of students hijacking the pro-Hamas protest and overwhelming the agitators in short order.

The field hearing, “Victims of Violent Crime in Philadelphia,” was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and headed by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH). The purpose of the hearing was to examine how Soros-backed Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s soft-on-crime policies embolden criminals at the expense of innocent Philadelphia residents.
As The Gateway Pundit readers know, Soros-funded prosecutors across America have declared war on law-abiding citizens by refusing to prosecute violent criminals and allowing this country’s famous cities to resemble scenes from “The Purge.”
During the hearing, Gaetz began reading headlines about these pro-crime district attorneys letting bad guys off the hook when Nadler opened his mouth. He loudly accused Gaetz of promoting anti-semitism by mentioning Soros, who is culturally Jewish but does not believe in God, in connection to violent crime.
Gaetz calmly responded to Nadler’s outburst by giving him a simple reality check: Not everything about Soros is anti-semitic, and these critiques focus on matters of public policy that affect everyday Americans.
Moreover, Gaetz said he did not know anything about Soros’s faith.

Horrifying video footage emerged this week showing the moment an employee viciously assaulted a helpless autistic child inside an autism center in Burnsville, Minnesota.
The video shows the three-year-old boy at Sunrise Autism Center playing in the corner before the employee suddenly approaches him. She grabs the child by his shoulder and shoves him to the floor.
The woman then shoves the kid down again when he tries to get up. The child lands on his back and starts screaming in pain.
The assault ends with the woman lifting the boy with both hands and throwing him to the floor.

WCCO on Thursday identified, the perpetrator in the video as 25-year-old Arianna Williams. She has been charged with malicious punishment of a child.
Farhiya, the little boy’s mother, spoke with WCCO in Somali following the incident. She told the network she cried and screamed when she first saw the video.
The mom, who is Somali-American, explained that her son was diagnosed with autism last year, and she hoped that enrolling him in the center for a week would get him the speech and occupational therapy he needed. She said her son could not tell her what happened and called Williams heartless.
“You would think she doesn’t have a heart,” Farhiya said in Somali.
Sunrise Autism Center told WCCO they fired Williams immediately and called the police. Charging documents say Williams was a new hire at the center.
Charging documents also show that the incident was on the first day Williams was allowed with children unsupervised. After being fired, Williams reportedly sent a text to a co-worker, claiming “I’d never purposely hurt anyone I was just having a really bad start to the week.”
WCCO reports Williams is scheduled to next appear in court on June 20.

As Fox News reported, the 45th President spent most of the day cooped up inside a Manhattan courtroom to witness testimony and cross-examination regarding the bogus criminal charges against him. Corrupt Judge Juan Merchan also heard arguments from prosecutors and Trump’s defense team on whether Trump violated the unconstitutional gag order imposed upon him.
Media outlets captured footage of Trump hand-delivering pizzas and posing for photos alongside the firefighters. The visit lasted roughly 10 minutes, and Trump did not address the media afterward.
Look how thrilled the firefighters are to see a man taking time to honor them. Compare this to a so-called “president” who regularly spits on those who serve.

Fire Department of New York (FDNY) spokesperson Jim Long told Politico that Trump wanted to thank the firefighters for their heroic work and that they were the absolute best. Long also said the Trump campaign asked to visit and paid for the pizza.

A Florida man was arrested for a crime that could be mistaken for a headline in the Onion or the Babylon Bee.
As the Smoking Gun reported, 20-year-old Khanye Edrayieze Medley was arrested on Monday by Clearwater Police on a domestic battery charge. He allegedly got into a verbal altercation with his sister, who he lives with, that turned physical in a most unusual way.
The police affidavit shows that Medley grabbed a bag of chicken from his sister and began hurling pieces at her during an argument on Sunday. One piece of chicken hit her in the back and left debris on her shoulders.

The chicken Medley used in the attack was reportedly from Church’s Texas Chicken, which has a location close to their residence.
When questioned by police, Medley allegedly confessed to throwing two pieces of chicken at his sister.
When asked why he launched the bizarre attack, Medley reportedly replied he did it because “he had not eaten and did not want the piece of chicken the victim offered him, so he became upset.” He actually used the hunger defense as an excuse for his actions.
Yahoo News reports Medley was released from Pinellas County jail the next day on recognizance.
This is not Medley’s first run-in with the law or his first alleged assault on his sister. The Smoking Gun reveals that earlier this year; he was arrested for allegedly biting and strangling his sister, slamming a door on her arm, and striking her with a piece of “wooden decor.”
The State Attorney declined to press charges against Medley after Medley’s sister said she did not want him prosecuted.

A video has emerged showing the moment a pro-Hamas agitator got more than he bargained for after attempting an awkward charge toward police officers during a protest at Portland State University.
As Fox News reported, protesters took over the student library (Millar Library) in downtown Portland on Monday and have stayed there since. Only now has the city finally started to take action to end the madness.
On Thursday, local Portland TV station KPTV captured footage of a small group of protesters carrying makeshift shields made out of trash cans streaming out of the library as the crowd cheered them on.
A police officer quickly warns the protesters that they will be placed under arrest. One agitator fails to heed the warning and is quickly overpowered by a cop and knocked to the ground.
After getting up, the protester is promptly apprehended by the police and dragged along the ground.

Police released a statement saying they are working to clear the Millar Library and told Fox News that several arrests have been made.
“The Portland Police Bureau is actively collaborating with Portland State University to address the illegal activities at the university’s Millar Library,” the statement reads.
“After a group of protesters departed from a peaceful First Amendment gathering and unlawfully entered the campus building on Monday, the PPB has been working in partnership with city leaders, other municipal bureaus, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, and Portland State University to ensure a safe resolution.”
Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt pledged this week that he expects felony charges to be filed against the pro-Hamas agitators. These will reportedly include burglary and felony criminal mischief, along with possible misdemeanor charges.
Given that this protest is occurring in one of the most liberal cities in the country, one should be skeptical of this promise, however. The agitators clearly have no fear of authority.

Senator J.D. Vance schooled and shut down CNN leftist Kaitlan Collins after she tried to ambush him with gotcha questions on the garbage criminal prosecutions of President Trump.
On Wednesday evening, Vance was a guest on Collins’s eponymous show, The Source with Kaitlan Collins, to discuss various topics, including the pro-Hamas protests on college campuses across America and whether he would serve as Trump’s vice president. However, things got heated when the subject turned to Trump’s political prosecutions.
After one leading question from Collins, Vance unloaded on Biden’s Department of Injustice. He pointed out how “unusual” it was for the DOJ to collude with communist Manhattan DA Alkving Bragg’s office to bring a nonsense case against a political opponent. Moreover, Vance railed against corrupt Judge Juan Merchan while pointing out his donations to Biden.
He then warned how damaging the prosecutions of Trump are to America’s judicial system. Collins could only sit there in silence after thinking about interrupting him toward the end.
“This is a real threat to Americans’ trust in the legal system,” Vance said. “We are destroying the American system of law and order to bring down Joe Biden’s political opponent.”

Undeterred, Collins asked another misleading question regarding whether Trump could order the military to stage a coup. Trump previously claimed he was immune from prosecution for official acts as president.
Liberal Justice Elena Kagan previously posed this hypothetical question to Trump lawyer D. John Sauer during arguments in the immunity hearing last month. Sauer said it depended on the circumstances, but impeachment and conviction must occur before any criminal prosecution.
Vance pointed out this fact during his response to Collins. Then he posed a pointed question to illustrate the slippery slope the Biden regime is embarking on: Should Barack Obama be prosecuted for killing an American citizen via a drone strike?” He then pointed out that if the Regime got its way, the next president would find it impossible to enforce the laws of this country.
After Collins tried to interrupt Vance toward the end, he completely shut her down.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) is famous in the U.S. Senate for his incisive wit and dry sense of humor. He has displayed these talents during his time as an elected official, whether by stumping unqualified Biden nominees or in interviews with reporters.
During a Senate Budget Committee hearing on Wednesday, a radical-left climate professor named Geoffrey Supran became his latest victim over posts he made on X/Twitter. As the Daily Caller reported, Budget Chairman Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) had invited Supran, an associate professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at the University of Miami, to testify as a so-called “expert” on “Denial, Disinformation, and Doublespeak: Big Oil’s Evolving Efforts to Avoid Accountability for Climate Change.”
The Daily Caller notes that Supran, in December, retweeted several posts by a group called Climate Defiance, including one targeting Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV). As the Gateway Pundit reported, the group claimed victory after calling Manchin a “sick f**k” during a March meeting at the Harvard Kennedy School despite one of their protesters getting leveled after interrupting the event.

After exposing the connection between Supran and Climate Defiance, The Caller reports Kennedy grilled him on the Manchin reposts along with ones calling Senator Lisa Murkowski (RINO-AK) a “murderer” in April and telling Exxon CEO and Chairman Darren Woods to “eat sh*t” in December. Supran responded by denying responsibility, which brought derisive scorn from Kennedy.
“I’m not responsible for the statements of other people,” Supran said.
“Nice group you’re hanging around with, doc. Here’s what your tweet says,” Kennedy sneered. He then read a despicable December 14 tweet, the first Supran endorsed by the organization.

After reading more vile tweets, the professor tried to distance himself again by saying these were not his words despite posting the group’s statements on his X account.
Kennedy then delivered the finishing blow to Supran toward the end of the hearing after he again tried to dissociate himself from the posts lamely and accused Kennedy of defaming his character. But Kennedy blew him up with one final question: Are you gonna call me a sick f**k?!”
Not even Whitehouse’s attempted intervention could save Supran.

President Trump revealed what actions he will take in November if he falls short of winning the 2024 Presidential election.
As the Daily Mail reported, Trump spoke to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel regarding issues around election integrity in an interview following Wednesday’s rally in Waukesha. Trump focused most of his comments during the rally on Biden’s garbage economic record and the illegal alien invasion along America’s southern border.
Trump explained in his interview that he could take two paths after the election: one would be to accept the results if they were just. But in the event of an unfair election, he would spare no expense going to battle.
“If everything’s honest, I’ll gladly accept the results. I don’t change on that,” Trump told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “If it’s not, you have to fight for the right of the country.”
This is a brave stance for Trump to take, considering he is currently being prosecuted for daring to exercise his First Amendment rights by questioning the results of the last presidential election.
At the time of this writing, Trump is leading Joe Biden in EVERY swing state. As Gateway Pundit readers know, these states are Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Trump also said during his interview with the outlet that he won Wisconsin the last time. Official results showed Biden secured 1,630,866 votes compared to Trump’s 1,610,184, a margin of 20,682 votes, though multiple reports have called the vote totals into question.
“If you go back and look at all of the things that had been found out, it showed that I won the election in Wisconsin,” Trump claimed. “It also showed I won the election in other locations.”
Given the current trends, a Biden “victory” would undoubtedly appear suspicious in the eyes of millions of Americans, especially given the nonexistent election integrity laws in so many states. If it is close, Trump will have every justifiable right to contest the election.
Hopefully, a large voter turnout of Americans furious over Biden’s failed “leadership” will render this unnecessary.

Video footage shared by NYPD Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry shows the police officers tearing down the unwanted flag of terrorists before throwing it to the ground like a piece of trash.
The officers then raised Old Glory in its place during a ceremony while Daughtry gave a speech.
“An incredible scene and proud moment as we have assisted in restoring order on campus, culminating in raising Old Glory once again on their campus flagpole,” Daughtry wrote.

Four Florida teens, including a high school football star, were killed in a high-speed chase earlier this month after allegedly stealing a vehicle.
WLBT reported Saturday that the April 20 pursuit started with a Honda CRV that was reported stolen out of Gainesville and ended in the Waldo area. A license plate reader had detected the alleged theft hours later.
A deputy followed the stolen vehicle while waiting for backup to arrive. Once backup officers arrived to help, they tried to pull the SUV over, but it slowed down and then sped off.
“We confirmed with the Gainesville Police Department that they still had that car entered as stolen, and the officer waited until he had three backup units with him before he initiated the traffic stop,” Bradford County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Brad Smith said. “They did start to pull over on the shoulder of the road, but before they came to a complete stop, they accelerated again, and that is when the chase was on.”
WLBT revealed that Bradford County deputies reached speeds of 111 mph during the chase, but they were unable to match the speed of the SUV. Police officials said deputies pulled back, and a Florida Highway Patrol trooper continued the chase.
The trooper was able to ram the vehicle and used a PIT maneuver. This caused the SUV to roll over and slam into a cement pole.

Authorities revealed two of the teenagers occupying the SUV wore ankle monitors, and three had active warrants for their arrests.
Two teens were pronounced dead on the scene, while the other two perished at the hospital. All of those killed in the crash were between the ages of 14 and 16.
The Main Street Daily News identified two of the deceased youths as Newberry High School students, Jabril Cheevers and Lawrence McClendon Jr. The latter was a star sophomore defensive back for the football team.
Ed Johnson, Newbury’s head football coach, mourned the loss of one of his top players.
Lawrence was a great kid to be around and have in our program. As a football player, he was competitive, talented, and relentless, with a knack for making big plays.

Residents in Louisiana’s Democrat-run capital city have won a historic battle to secede and create their own city following a lengthy court battle.
As the New York Times reported, the Louisiana Supreme Court cleared the way on Friday for a group of mostly-white, affluent residents of Baton Rouge to secede and form the new city of St. George. This is the first city incorporated in the Pelican State in almost two decades.
In the 4-3 ruling, the justices found that lower courts were wrong in blocking St George’s creation over concerns of its financial viability.
Andrew Murrell, one of the leaders of the St. George movement, released the following statement after the Louisiana Supreme Court’s decision.
This is the culmination of citizens exercising their constitutional rights. We voted and we won.
Whether you are for or you are against St. George, now is your opportunity, a historic opportunity, to create a city from the beginning, from the ground up. It’s your ideas, it’s your policies, it’s your way of life and now you can come together and put those out there and have someone accountable to you.
Now, we begin the process of delivering on our promises of a better city. We welcome both our friends and foes to the table to create St. George.
The Times reported that in 2015, supporters failed to collect enough signatures to bring their proposal up for a vote but prevailed in 2019 before a lengthy court battle stalled the initiative.
The New York Post notes that Sharon Weston Broome, the mayor-president who leads the combined Baton Rouge and East Baton Rouge Parish governments, previously sued the St. George organizers. She whined that the secession would suck more than $48 million in yearly tax revenue from the local government.
St. George will be Louisiana’s sixth largest city in terms of population, with nearly 100,000 people.
St. George will likely be a GOP stronghold as well, given its heavily white population. In 2020, white Louisianans supported President Trump by a 77%–22% margin while blacks supported Joe Biden by 88%–10%.
While Broome committed to serving the residents of St. George following the vote, others fumed. The local NAACP released a statement slamming the new town and warning the development would negatively impact Baton Rouge’s education system and “community representation.”
The St. George plan poses significant risks to our education system, threatens the continuity of critical programs, and challenges community representation. The creation of a new municipality introduces considerable uncertainty around funding allocation for our schools, jeopardizing the cornerstone of our community’s future: education.

As the New York Post reported Monday, 26-year-old Reagan Gray was apprehended earlier this month after it was learned she had allegedly been assaulting the minor boy since 2020 while volunteering for the student ministry at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock.
THV11 reported the child’s parents uncovered several text messages on their child’s phone at the time and told Gray to leave him alone. The parents next reported Gray to the senior pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church.
The outlet also revealed the church’s head pastor confronted Gray about the messages between her and the boy. She claimed the relationship was not physical.
But Gray returned and began volunteering in the ministry once again shortly after being dismissed. Moreover, contact between her and the boy resumed, according to THV11.
Authorities got involved in February upon learning this information. They interviewed the head pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church that month, who said Gray admitted to him during a counseling session last fall that her relationship with the minor back in 2020 was sexual.
During his interviews with federal agents, the 15-year-old allegedly revealed Gray had given him oral sex but they didn’t have intercourse because she wanted him to “stay pure,” according to the Post.
The boy said that Gray received his phone number through the group chat for the church’s music program. Gray also allegedly sent nude photos of herself to the minor daily and wanted nude images of him sent back to her.
Gray was charged with a single felony count of sexual assault on a teenager between September 2020 and May 2021. She was released on $20,000 bail after turning herself into Little Rock police on Wednesday.
The church leader stepped down from his position earlier this month after being criticized over his handling of the alleged sexual abuse.
Gray currently works at Sylvan Hills Middle School but has been on administrative leave since February 12, 2024.
Clinton’s ties to Immanuel Baptist Church run deep. He not only attended the church regularly but also noted how pivotal it was in preparing him for the presidency, as the LA Times notes in a 1993 article.
“Were it not for this church, I believe it would be virtually impossible that I would be going to Washington next week as president,” Clinton told congregants then. “And I am absolutely certain I would be less prepared for the job.”

A beloved New York City firefighter and veteran passed away due to a heart attack after city officials fired him to help provide funding to care for illegal aliens. Now, his family is broke.
The New York Post reported Sunday that 36-year-old Derek Floyd suffered cardiac arrest and died on April 15. This was four months after the city canned him as part of a larger effort to trim staff and fund services for the tens of thousands of illegals invading the Big Apple.
The outlet reports NYC is aiming to cut the FDNY budget by $74 million by the end of 2025 to make way for even more spending on illegal aliens.
The Post reveals Floyd was dismissed weeks before Christmas. He had been a firefighter for four years and was one of roughly ten Fire Department employees on “long-term duty.”
Long-term duty means a firefighter was either injured on the job and given office work or is out sick for an extended period. Floyd was working in the chaplain’s office after suffering an earlier heart attack in 2019 while in the Fire Academy.
To make matters even worse, Floyd was just shy of vesting additional medical benefits for his family and more than $600,000 worth of death benefits when he was canned, leaving his family with nothing.
“If Derek would have stayed on, he would have had a life insurance policy with the FDNY,” Christine said. “That would have helped out financially because right now, it’s really bad. I’m honestly swimming in a lot of debt.” Floyd’s 34-year-old widow, Cristine, told The Post.
“I think it definitely took a toll once they let him go,” she added. “He always tried to, like, stay positive about it, and he wasn’t really angry.
After Floyd was terminated, he found a job with a nonprofit that helps veterans. The pay, however, was far less than what he made while working for the FDNY.
Moreover, he had limited benefits and the hours prevented him from spending time with his children.
Uniformed Firefighter Association president Andrew Ansbro blasted Derek’s firing in an interview with the Post, noting how unnecessary it was considering the FDNY is already understaffed.
“What disturbs me the most is that the FDNY is understaffed by hundreds of firefighters. Terminating Floyd was absolutely unnecessary,” Ansbro said.
“He had an important job, and the FDNY actually needed him in that unit,” Ansbro continued. “He was terminated so the department could prove that they were making cuts. He deserved better.”
In addition to his loyal service as an FDNY employee, Floyd served three tours of duty in the Middle East with the Marines.
He is survived by Christine and their two children, a 6-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl.

It appears the long-running feud between America’s top two Republicans has thawed.
As The Washington Post reported President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis met privately for several hours Sunday morning in Miami. Trump and DeSantis had not spoken since the end of the Republican primary, a bitter contest in which both men launched biting attacks at each other, which were often personal.
As Gateway Pundit readers know, DeSantis endorsed Trump the day he left the race in January.
Allies of both men brokered the meeting in hopes of a potential peace between the two. According to the Post, the meeting was the brainchild of prominent Florida real estate broker Steve Witkoff, an ally of both Trump and DeSantis.
Witkoff contacted Trump and asked him to meet with the Florida governor.
Both Trump and DeSantis spoke on friendly terms, according to the Post’s sources, and DeSantis agreed to help the 45th President. Trump’s team is hopeful such assistance will include the Florida governor helping raise money for the campaign, which is lagging behind Biden in fundraising.
The meeting will also produce renewed speculation that Trump is looking at tapping DeSantis as his running mate. Trump previously suggested that the Florida governor was on the list of people he was considering.
This seems like a long shot considering a good number of Trump’s staff still despise Ron DeSantis. After initial calm, DeSantis stirred up a hornet’s nest again in February when he slammed Trump’s campaign team in a private call with his supporters.
“I think he’s got people in his inner circle who were part of our orbit years ago that we fired, and I think some of that is they just have an ax to grind,” DeSantis said.
Chris LaCivita, a top aide to Trump, responded by calling DeSantis a “sad little man.”
But stranger things have happened. Back in 1960, John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson saw the political benefits of joining forces despite loathing each other. This partnership proved decisive in Kennedy’s controversial win over Richard Nixon in the 1960 Presidential election.
Regardless of who Trump picks as VP, helping him out is also in DeSantis’s interest because the Florda governor is widely expected to seek the 2028 GOP nomination for President in what will be a wide-open field. Avoiding Trump’s bad side is crucial because no politician has proven to be a better assassin in primaries than the Donald.

A New Mexico grandmother is speaking out after audio has emerged showing the moment she gave a career criminal a painful lesson for breaking into her home.
As KRQE reported Thursday, 45-year-old Albuquerque resident Anissa Tinnin was enjoying the evening watching the Taylor Swift Eras Tour movie with her 4-year-old granddaughter last month when she came face to face with a career criminal, who was identified as 32-year-old Joseph Rivera, running away from police.
“We had our popcorn and M&M’s, dancing and singing along, when our lives were about to suddenly change,” she wrote on Facebook.
Tinnen managed to chase Rivera away from her residence at first, but he broke in a second time and threatened to harm her and her granddaughter.
“I jumped over this couch, and we met there by the front door. That’s when he grabbed me and was upset and said to give him my keys. He said he didn’t want to go to jail. He did threaten to hurt my granddaughter and me,” Tinnin told KRQE.
Tinnin said she tried to obtain more information from the suspect, but he had no interest in the conversation. She then looked for her keys as she dialed 911.
Rivera then grabbed her key fob and attempted to break into her car. He then made his way back toward the house after failing to do so.
KRQE obtained the audio of the 911 call, which they played during their interview with Tinnin. During the call, Tinnin reveals to the dispatcher that the thug broke into her house and tried to take her car. She begs for assistance.

She then turns to her sobbing granddaughter and tells her to be “brave” and to stay in the bedroom.
Tinnin: “I need you to be really brave right now. I got to go. Stay right here in the bedroom.”
“It’s okay, baby.” “It’s okay. It’s okay.”
Tinnin next grabbed her gun to check if the suspect had left, but he hadn’t yet. Rivera can be heard banging on the door before kicking it in.
She shoots him after an initial warning, leaving him shocked.
Tinnin: “Get back. Get back. I have a gun. Get back. Get back. I will f**king shoot you.”
(Gunfire)
Dispatcher: “What did you do?”
Rivera: “Why did you shoot me?”
Tinnin: “Because you’re in my f****** house!”
The grandmother then renders aid to the wounded thug but warns him that if he tries anything sinister, she will shoot him again.
Tinnin: “I will give you water, but if you f**king hurt me, I’m going to shoot you again.”
Tinnin then begs the dispatcher for help and demands to know why the police have not arrived yet.
Tinnin: “This is not happening… where are the police?”
A few minutes later, the police finally arrived to drag Rivera out of the house.
Following the incident, Rivera was charged with burglary, attempting to commit a felony, and auto theft. He previously had five previous felony convictions for other burglaries and auto thefts.
Tinnin told KRQE that she wanted the district attorney to throw the book at Rivera. “I would like for him to be held to the fullest extent,” she said. “I absolutely do not want the District Attorney’s Office giving him a plea deal. He belongs in jail.”
Tinnin also told the outlet she felt God helped protect her family throughout the ordeal.
“I do believe we had a guardian angel here with us, and I do firmly believe that God was watching over us,” said Tinnin.

Things went south in a hurry for roughly 40 pro-Hamas protesting students at Florida State University Thursday morning, but they probably smell a little bit better after receiving a much-needed shower via the sprinklers.
As the Tallahassee Democrat reported, members of Tallahassee Students for a Democratic Society set up an encampment on Landis Green to protest Israel’s justifiable actions against Hamas. Other local organizations, such as The Freedom Road Socialist Organization, the Tallahassee Community Action Committee, and the Tallahassee Dissenters, reportedly joined the protest as well.
But campus police forced them to remove their tents, which were set up for only five minutes on the grassy space predawn due to a university rule that bars camping on university lands, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
“As an educational institution, Florida State University welcomes free inquiry, diverse thought, and rigorous debate,” FSU spokesperson Amy Farnum-Patronis told the outlet. “However, these expressions must comply with university regulation and the law.”
During the protest, the sprinklers unexpectedly turned on while the students protested, leaving them soaking wet. The agitators claimed the university deliberately set them off to discourage their protest.
A FSU spokesperson denied this saying the sprinklers turning on was a coincidence and “happens throughout the day.”
But an even more humorous thing happened when they tried to cover up the sprinklers.
One student fed up with the loony left clowns occupying the FSU campus noticed foul-smelling pro-Hamas losers trying to avoid a sprinkler shower and quickly rectified the problem.

Atlanta police officers showed no mercy Thursday as they laid down the law against unruly anti-Israel and anti-cop protesters at Emory University.
As Fox 5 Atlanta reported, several dozen agitators illegally set up a “Gaza Solidarity Encampment” on the lawn of the school and held signs.
FOX 5 Atlanta’s Billy Heath III noted that the protesters were approached by police, who gave them a minute to disperse, or they would be arrested for trespassing.

Video footage from the protest shows police officers getting physical with the spoiled brats after allegedly being attacked. the police reportedly had to resort to firing rubber bullets and spraying tear gas to restore order.

Atlanta News First’s Patrick Quinn reported witnessing at least 15 agitators being detained.

According to Mondowweiss.net, The protesters were demanding Emory school officials immediately divest from Israel and Cop City, a police and fire department training campus under construction near Atlanta. The latter has been a prime target for Antifa militants for months.
The article claims without evidence the protesters are students from “multiple Atlanta universities” and community members. Emory University was chosen because the Marxists protesting view it as “complicit in genocide and police militarization.”
Laura Diamond, assistant vice president of University Communications at Emory University, released a statement saying the agitators were “not members of our community” and had no right to disrupt school functions:
Several dozen protesters trespassed into Emory University’s campus early Thursday morning and set up tents on the Quad. These individuals are not members of our community.
They are activists attempting to disrupt our university as our students finish classes and prepare for finals. Emory does not tolerate vandalism or other criminal activity on campus. The Emory Police Department ordered the group to leave and contacted Atlanta Police for assistance.
But CNN reports at least two professors were among those arrested. One of these “educators” was Noelle McAfee, Chair of the Philosophy Department at Emory University.

Video footage captured the moment several migrants in New York City beat the tar out of each other earlier this week in broad daylight in Midtown.
The New York Post reported that over a dozen so-called asylum seekers faced off Sunday afternoon outside The Row Hotel on Eighth Avenue. An X user captured two separate brawl videos and posted them on his account.
The user who captured the videos identified them as Venezuelans, but this has not been confirmed.
The video opens with one migrant getting hit from behind with what appears to be a drink. They then start circling each other with two swinging their bats for several seconds.
The first part of the footage concludes with one of the fighters getting dragged to the ground and pounded one by three other migrants.

The second part of the video is arguably wilder, with the combatants using their own helmets as weapons in addition to bats. One migrant fighter is seen getting chased from the sidewalk to the street.
The footage also shows one yanked down onto the street in front of oncoming traffic. Four others kicked and hit him with bats while on the ground.
The final part shows a migrant being chased while being hit with the bats.

Joe Biden is strongly considering granting over one million illegal aliens amnesty by the stroke of a pen just in time for the 2024 Presidential election and amid the worst immigration crisis in American history.
The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that this executive order would grant legalization to illegals married to U.S. citizens who are barred from receiving green cards.
The pro-illegal alien FWD.us notes that 1.1 million illegal aliens are currently married to American citizens.
The Daily Mail reports that the primary reasons these illegals were denied citizenship in these cases are because the individual has repeatedly entered the country illegally or forged legal documentation in the past.
To get around this “problem,” the Biden regime is looking at a so-called “parole in place” program for spouses of U.S. citizens not initially granted citizenship.
This status would ensure illegal aliens could obtain work permits and a path toward U.S. citizenship.
It would mark yet another cave by Biden to his radical left base on this issue. Reuters notes a group of 86 leftist Democrats sent a letter to Biden and disgraced Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas last year to urge them to “protect” spouses of U.S. citizens and create a so-called family reunification process for those outside America.
Such a decision by Biden would also negate alleged plans by him to limit asylum claims by invaders, as previously reported by the Gateway Pundit. The actions he has been weighing somewhat resemble what President Trump did to secure the border before Biden dismantled them upon taking office.
A White House spokesperson declined to comment on the matter but did say they were evaluating all options.
“The administration remains committed to ensuring those who are eligible for relief can receive it quickly and to building an immigration system that is fairer and more humane,” the spokesperson said to the Wall Street Journal.
TGP previously revealed that Biden was considering granting legalization to illegal invaders who had lived in the U.S. for over 10 years or had citizen relatives who would “suffer” if shipped back. It’s not clear if Biden is also still pondering this scheme.
If he is, one can add millions more to the estimated 1.1 million under current consideration, potentially wreaking future havoc on American elections.
We all know how these future citizens will vote as well.

Morano cited an NBC News report indicating that if Biden declared a climate emergency, he would have COVID-like emergency powers. This would include the ability to implement the socialist Green New Deal along with up to 130 measures without approval from Congress.

Marc Morano: This is the serious story of the day. NBC News has reported that if Joe Biden declared a national climate emergency, he would have COVID-like powers under that emergency, and NBC also compared the climate emergency powers to the 911 emergency powers. The Center for Biological Diversity has estimated Joe Biden would get about 130 wartime-like powers by which to bypass democracy and impose the Green New Deal on America without a single vote of Congress.
This is truly a Halloween story, not a story for Earth Day. This is a truly frightening story, and he might just be desperate enough to declare it.
Bloomberg reports the unchecked powers “could be used to curtail crude exports, suspend offshore drilling and curb greenhouse gas emissions.” The Biden regime believes this would enable them to meet climate targets with the stroke of a pen despite the deleterious impact it would have on millions of American jobs.
Bloomberg also notes that some White House officials believe that declaring a climate emergency would also energize leftist climate voters months before the election.
White House spokesman Angelo Fernandez Hernandez played coy when asked by Bloomberg about the possible climate declaration.

Irony struck in the Land of 10,000 Lakes on Monday when a Democrat politician was arrested for burglary after recently pushing to disarm citizens.
As the Minnesota Reformer reported, Minnesota State Senator Nicole Mitchell (DFL-Woodbury) was arrested Monday morning in Detroit Lakes and booked into the Becker County Jail for suspected first-degree burglary.
The Becker County Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing the report and has not determined yet whether Mitchell will be charged, according to KVRR.
Detroit Lakes Police Chief Steve Todd said at 4:45 a.m., a 911 dispatcher received a call from a startled homeowner on Granger Road who revealed that a burglar had broken into their house.
Officers proceeded to arrest Mitchell at the scene and transported her to prison, where she is listed on the jail’s roster.
Mitchell is in her first term as a DFL senator, having been elected in 2022. She serves as vice chair of the Senate State and Local Government and Veterans Committee.
Before entering public office, Mitchell was a TV meteorologist for KSTP and Minnesota Public Radio. She also served as a commander in the Air National Guard’s 126th Weather Flight.
Marc Kimball, the spokesman for the Senate DFL, released a curt statement saying he will not comment on Mitchell’s arrest.
The Senate DFL Caucus is aware of the situation and has no comment pending further information.
Before her arrest, Mitchell met with members of the far-left gun control group Moms Demand Action last Tuesday to push for “common-sense gun reform” and “safer communities.”

An exemplary student with a 100 GPA lost out on her dream school thanks to a racist and “subjective” DEI scheme rewarding less deserving students.
The New York Post reported Saturday that 14-year-old Kristina Raevsky, an eight-grade student in Queens, discovered on March 7 that she was rejected from Townsend Harris High School in Flushing because of a lottery system in NYC that placed her perfect test scores with kids who scored over 94.
She told the Post the news “shocked” her.
“I was shocked,” Raevsky said. “Everyone I told said, ‘How is this possible?’ And I told them, ‘I don’t know, it isn’t me that is the problem. The system is the problem.”
“Prior to the lottery, before COVID, my mindset was, ‘Well, I have a 100 average, I’m at the top of my class, I have perfect attendance, and I did well on the state tests,” she continued. “What could possibly go wrong?’”
Ravesky drew a lottery number that put her in the 72nd percentile of applicants despite her perfect grades. Former Mayor Bill De Blasio is primarily responsible for this.
The Post notes that before the COVID-19 pandemic, so-called screened schools like Townsend Harris utilized their own admissions criteria. They have traditionally used standards such as state tests, attendance, and letter grades when choosing their students.
However, in 2020, the communist de Blasio overrode their rights, canceling attendance, state tests, and letter grades as standards. Instead, he implemented a system where students with an 85 or above were entered into the same lottery pool to “diversify” selective schools.
Essays and video submissions became commonplace as a result.
In 2022, Mayor Eric Adams’s administration attempted a “fix” instead of abolishing the awful scheme altogether. They decided to narrow the top tier of kids to those with a 94 or above while restoring the screens, still leaving out impeccably qualified students like Raevsky.
During her interview with the Post, Raevsky astutely noted the difference between a 94 GPA student and a 100 one.
“I can tell you from experience that the difference between a 94 and a 100 is miles apart,” she told the outlet. “The 100 students are sitting there the moment something is assigned, thinking, ‘How am I going to complete this assignment? Let me start planning.’”
“The 94 student says, ‘Oh, I’ll come to the movies even though there’s a test two days away,’” she continued. “The 100 student says, ‘I’m sorry, but I can’t come. I’m studying.’”
In addition to being a world-class student, Raevsky has authored four books. Her latest, “Marriage or Espionage: Read Between the Lines,” is a fictional novel about a spy during the American Revolution.
Raevsky’s other books are “Fly Me to the Moon and Other Stories,” “A Sheep’s Tale – Young Patriot’s Guide to Saving America,” and “Wings.”
Raevsky told the Post she is now attending a private school, where she was offered a scholarship.
“I’m really glad I’m going to a private school,” Raevksy said. “I’m finally going to be in a place where I belong and am appreciated for my merit and my academic abilities.”

Wild and disgusting scenes were widespread during spring break at a popular island near Savannah, Georgia, with hordes of college-aged youths acting up.
As the Daily Mail reported, celebrations devolved into total mayhem at the annual Orange Crush gathering Saturday on Tybee Island, which is a barrier island and small city located 20 minutes from Savannah, as stunning videos show topless brawls and piles of garbage washing into the Atlantic Ocean.
The Orange Crush is an annual college spring break party on Tybee Island, which is held every April. It is popular with HBCU students, especially from nearby Savannah State University.
This year, more than 6,000 individuals, mostly HBCU students, flocked to the popular island to have fun, according to WSAV. There was also an increased police presence compared to recent years.
One video captured on X shows a huge fight erupting on the beach’s boardwalk as several young women violently slug and scratch each other while their tops fly off. Both men and women cheer on the combatants, with curse words flying.
Some young females stopped fighting at points and tried to put their tops back on. A lady in a green swimsuit continues to brawl even after her breasts are exposed.

A short female youth with orange hair appears to be the top instigator in the video. The woman can be seen yanking another one to the ground, exposing her breasts in the process, and starts hammering away. She also slugged the woman in a green bikini so viciously that her head snapped back.

Despite the despicable actions of so many party-goers, Georgia state officials described the overall behavior as “pretty good.”

Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) daughter Isra Hirsi was suspended from her inordinately expensive college after being arrested during a pro-Hamas protest at Columbia University last Thursday. Now, she’s homeless and hungry despite having a wealthy Democrat politician for a mother.
The 21-year-old Hirsi is a student at Barnard College, which costs $90,000 per year to attend. She calls herself an “angry black girl” with a communist hammer and sickle symbol in her X/Twitter profile.
Hirsi revealed during an interview with Teen Vogue that she has no place to sleep or stay after being evicted from Barnard campus housing and barred from using the dining hall.
“I was a little bit frantic, like, where am I going to sleep? Where am I gonna go?” complained Hirsi. “And also, all of my sh*t is thrown in a random lot. It’s pretty horrible.”
“I have like four shirts, two pairs of pants,” she continued. “I don’t know when I can go home, and I don’t know if I ever will be able to.”
Hirsi next told Teen Vogue she is having trouble finding food due to her suspension from Barnard College because she relies on the school for her meals.
“I sent them (Barnard administrators) an email like, ‘Hey, I rely on campus for my meals, I rely on my dining plan,’ and they were like, Oh, you can come pick up a prepackaged bag of food, a full 48 hours after I was suspended,” she whimpered. “There was no food support, no nothing.”
Hirsi further noted that she was zip-tied for several hours after being taken to 1 Police Plaza in Manhattan following her arrest.
“We had so many people who were born female in our group that they didn’t have enough space for us. It was a very slow process in getting everybody into the cells,” Hirsi whined. “I was zip-tied for about seven hours and wasn’t released for about eight.”
Hirsi also claimed Laura Rosenbury, the president of Barnard, was taking an overly aggressive approach to handling anti-Israel protesters compared to Columbia University’s president Minouche Shafik.
“I think it’s really on a school-by-school basis, and Barnard has decided to take a very egregious stand against us,” Hirsi said. “I think that they feel like there isn’t a big limelight on them right now and that they have the ability to do this because Shafik was on the congressional stage and is actively being harassed about what she’s doing, versus Laura Rosenbury, who has the ability to skirt what’s going on.”
Hirsi will remain without a home and will presumably be hungry until Monday. She is supposed to receive a hearing date from the school then.
“They told us that we would receive a date by Monday at noon, so I’m basically at least houseless until then,” she said.

A senior policy advisor in former president Barack Obama’s administration is facing potential jail time for crimes involving children.
The Daily Mail reported Sunday that 46-year-old Rahamim Shy was arrested by British police in Bedfordshire in late February. Court documents obtained by the Mail reveal Shy is accused of arranging the commission of a child sex offense.
Shy has also been charged with possession of two category C indecent images of children and possessing a prohibited image of a child.
The Mail reports he appeared at Luton Crown Court via video on Friday wearing a grey prison-issue tracksuit.
Shy is an American citizen who lives in New Jersey. He worked for the White House under Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. While working in the White House, Shy was responsible for directing the US government’s strategy to combat Islamist terrorists such as Al Qaeda and the Taliban.
Shy specifically worked in a senior role at the US Treasury Department from 2008 to 2014, advising officials on countering the financing of terrorism and assisting foreign governments to impose sanctions on hostile regimes. This probably explains why he was brought into contact with Clinton since the State Department imposes sanctions on foreign powers.
He also provided strategic policy analysis to chiefs of staff at the Department of Defense (DOD)according to to the Mail.
As part of his work with the DOD, he went to Afghanistan to provide “expertise” to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), a NATO-led group responsible for maintaining stability following America’s invasion more than two decades ago.
After leaving the White House, Shy went to work for Citi Bank, where he held a variety of top executive positions according to his Linkedin page. A spokesman at the bank told the Daily Mail that Shy is no longer employed there.
Like a typical woke leftist, Shy’s pronouns are proudly displayed in his LinkedIn bio, as one can see below.
The Mail reveals Shy has not entered a plea at this time and is currently in police custody ahead of hearing in June. He is scheduled to go on trial in August.

A horrifying video has emerged showing the moment an evil Michigan caregiver assaulted a 93-year-old dementia patient, and the victim’s daughter is speaking out.
According to WEYI, the incident occurred at Landings of Genesee Valley in Flint, Michigan on April 4, but the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office obtained and released footage of the assault Thursday during a press conference.
The sick footage shows the perpetrator repeatedly smashing a full diaper over the elderly woman’s head while she sits in her wheelchair and raises her arms.
The sinister caregiver then chokes the woman in the bathroom before violently slapping her in the mouth. The footage concludes with the young monster raising her fists and threatening her victim.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office identified Dontia Shawnra Arrington as the person who assaulted the innocent old woman.
During the press conference, Sheriff Chris Swanson said the patient had no clue what was happening due to her severe dementia.
“She has no idea what’s going on,” he said. “She can’t process what we process on a regular basis.”
“You see the vulnerability of the victim and the fact that she’s getting hit with a two-to-three-pound soiled diaper,” he continued. “But if that isn’t enough when she brought her hand across her throat in a chokehold, that can kill people, especially a 93-year-old.”
The heartbroken victim’s daughter also spoke at the press conference. She was puzzled about how anyone could be capable of such malice.
“I’m watching, and all I kept saying was, ‘Why are you doing this to my mom?’ she told the press. “She’s 93, 5-foot tall, a little 130-pound lady, never been in a fight her whole life.”
“Horrified. Just horrified,” she added.
The daughter then revealed how they caught the assault on tape. She explained that her family planted the nanny cam in the room back in December to discover why her mother had been suffering bruises. It took a few attempts to catch the abuse.
The camera also caught staff stealing from her mom, who was a patient at the facility for around five years.
She noted her mom has since been transferred to another facility where she is receiving proper treatment.
Arrington has been charged with torture with intent to cause cruel or extreme physical or mental pain and suffering. This carries a sentence of up to life in prison.
She is also charged with vulnerable adult abuse, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, and assault with intent to cause great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation. The latter carries a maximum penalty of 10 years.

A brave school girl in Pennsylvania unleashed on cowardly school officials while revealing in graphic detail how they allowed a transgender (Bio-Male) student savagely beat her friend to the point of hospitalization while woke school officials did nothing to stop it.
As Reduxx reported, the brutal assault took place at Pennbrook Middle School in North Wales, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, when the 13-year-old trans student going by “Melanie” blindsided her 12-year-old female victim in the school cafeteria using a Stanley cup. He smacked several times on the head, creating an open wound and causing her to bleed.
The 7th-grade girl had to be hospitalized and receive staples to close the cuts in her head before undergoing concussion protocol according to the Daily Mail.
During a school board meeting on Thursday, School Superintendent Todd Bauer called the horrifying attack “deeply disturbing’ in a statement. But a young friend of the victim’s was not having his nonsense.
The unidentified girl revealed she and others warned several teachers on Wednesday morning the assault was going to occur at lunch that day. She also noted she was second on the trans student’s hit list.
The school counselor dismissed her, telling her nothing would happen. The girl received word she would not be seeing “Melanie” for the remainder of the day.
But this was a lie. The girl revealed she was at lunch when she heard screaming and “everyone running” in panic.
She then went on to describe the assault in graphic detail:

The girl revealed “Melanie” snuck up behind her friend and began smashing her head with the Stanley cup. The trans student also pulled her hair and hit her against the table.
“I just hear all this screaming and everybody running. All of a sudden, you hear these terrible loud bangs of the Stanley bouncing off her head,” the student explained. And then you see Mel grabbing her hair and hitting her against the table and just repeatedly hitting her with the Stanley.
“There was blood going everywhere, she continued. “We had to sit in there and watch them clean up the blood off those tables and ground, and we had to watch them take her out with blood dripping down her face, and I will never forget that.”
The 7th-grader also revealed “Melanie” screamed “I’m going to murder you!” to her friend during the beating.
The girl then went off on school officials for their negligence.
“You could’ve stopped it!” the brave young girl said. “It was five hours from when I told you it was going to happen. I don’t get how you couldn’t have stopped that.”
The girl added once the attack began, it lasted 28 minutes, despite the school board claiming it was just eight minutes.
“We had to watch her taken out with blood dripping down her face, and I will never forget that! Laying in bed last night, I just kept repeating it in my head.”
Reduxx reported the biological boy had only recently been transferred into the school where the assault, having been reportedly expelled from his last school due to violent behavior. He also maintained a long “hit list” of girls he wanted to assault.
The school was well aware of the boy’s violent tendencies thanks to student warnings and had him solo-escorted into school every day. Despite this, woke school officials allowed him to use the female restrooms at the school and never lifted a finger to intervene when he acted up.

A huge, bloody party boat brawl erupted Saturday in Brooklyn and left multiple people with injuries, including two stabbing victims.
The New York Post reported the disturbing incident occurred just after 5 p.m. at Pier 4 at the Brooklyn Army Terminal near 58th Street in Sunset Park. The individuals were onboard the yacht, Cornucopia Majesty.
Video footage shows the brawl beginning inside the party boat, with several unidentified individuals shoving and punching each other. One man can be heard shouting “Calm down!” and “Stop” multiple times in an effort to calm tensions. He then calls out for security.

A security guard steps in and attempts to pull the victim’s body away from the chaos. The video also shows a man with a ripped t-shirt and a female thrown to the floor.

The Post reports that after the stabbing, several bystanders were shrieking in horror upon seeing one wounded man bleeding profusely on the floor.
“Somebody pick him up!” one witness yells. “He got stabbed!”
Some bystanders then picked up the injured male. He was passed over the fence to a group of males who put him in the ambulance.
Police arrived at the yacht to find multiple injured people, two with knife wounds. One 32-year-old male had been stabbed in the torso and a 40-year-old man was left with several stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.
A 28-year-old male also had been bashed on top of his head with a bottle while an unidentified, injured female was also put on a stretcher and was put in the ambulance. Police then evacuated the yacht.
One passenger, who identified himself as Java, told the Post everyone was having “a good time” until the end.

The Post reports the three wounded men were taken to NYU Langone Hospital. All are reportedly in stable condition. There is no word on the female’s health, however.
The other injured people did not require hospitalization.
Police say the brawl started after an unknown argument and began after the boat docked at the pier.
According to the Post, no suspects have been identified at this point.

The legislation theoretically does give an out to TikTok if it divests from China and the social media company is given up to a year to find a non-Chinese company as its new owner.
But the Chinese government is opposed to a sale with no evidence that minds have changed. Thus, the 170 million TikTok users in the U.S. can kiss their favorite social media platform goodbye in the coming months, barring a miraculous turn of events.

Video footage captured the moment Seattle police unleashed a hailstorm of bullets in self-defense on an alleged p*dophile trying to meet up with two young girls at a hotel, killing him.
KIRO 7 News revealed the incident occurred in the DoubleTree hotel on Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila, a suburban city located just 11 miles south of Seattle, after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The brave police officers were conducting a sting operation against a 67-year-old man who was being investigated by the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, according to to FOX 13 Seattle.
The suspect, a 67-year-old man, arrived at the hotel believing he would be meeting up with two little girls, 7 and 11 years old. Instead, he came face-to-face with three police officers waiting inside the hotel room.
In the footage below released by the Seattle Police Department Friday evening, you can see the police orchestrate the clever sting operation. Once the police identify themselves, the suspect starts to take out a gun, which proves to be his final mistake.
One police officer can be heard screaming, “Gun!”
The police quickly fire multiple bullets into the suspect, killing the man instantly. It’s not clear how many shots are fired, but one officer is seen loading another magazine into his firearm as FOX 13 Seattle notes.

KIRO 7 News reported that one of the officers was injured during the fatal altercation but did not have to go to the hospital. The officer suffered a minor graze wound to the leg and was treated at the scene.

Before the final vote, the Senate defeated six amendments attempting to expand civil liberties in the process. This included an amendment offered by Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) requiring the federal government to obtain a warrant from the FISA Court before spying on Americans’ private communications, which failed 42-50.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) gave a gloating speech on the Senate floor after the despicable bill’s passage.
“In the nick of time, bipartisanship has prevailed here in the Senate,” Schumer crowed. “It wasn’t easy, people had many different views, but we all know one thing: letting FISA expire would have been dangerous.”
“It’s an important part of our national security to stop acts of terror, drug trafficking, and violent extremism,” he continued. “Thank you to all my Senate colleagues on both sides of the aisle for their good work in getting this done.”
As previously reported by Jim Hoft, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) revealed that Congress gave its members a special carve out in the FISA bill.
Via the legislation, here is the special gift that members of Congress are giving themselves:
Requirement: The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation shall promptly notify appropriate congressional leadership of any query conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation using a query term that is reasonably believed to be the name or other personally identifying information of a member of Congress, and shall also notify the member who is the subject of such query.
Congress gives itself a carve-out in the reauthorization of FISA 702 warrantless spying on Americans.
The bill requires the FBI to notify and seek consent from Congress before violating the privacy of Congressmen.

Residents of a California border town have kicked their woke trans mayor out of office amid the city’s struggles with serious social issues.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this week that 26-year-old Calexico mayor Raul Ureña, the first trans mayor in the Golden State, was facing a serious recall effort from residents fed-up with his so-called leadership. Calexico is a small, heavily Hispanic city in southern Imperial County that sits on the border of Mexico and California.
Calexico has experienced rampant crime rates and the emergence of homeless encampments. Ureña’s reign has left the downtown area in distress.
While a biological male, Ureña identifies as a transgender woman and uses she/they pronouns. He stopped using traditional suits as office attire in favor of low-cut dresses that showcase a still-hairy chest.
Ureña has described himself as “sexy as hell” on various occasions, according to the New York Post.
Now, he is probably feeling a little less self-confident. The Daily Mail revealed that nearly 74 percent of voters voted to recall Ureña on April 16, a massive landslide victory for sanity.
The news only got better when another radical-left Calexico politician also got the boot. The Daily Mail revealed Councilmember Gilberto Manzanarez, a supporter of Ureña, saw 73 percent of voters vote in favor of his recall.
4,933 total votes were cast in the recall, according to the outlet. What makes the landslide numbers against Ureña and Manzanarez more impressive is Republicans only make up 27 percent of the heavily Democrat city’s population.
58-year-old Maritza Hurtado, who worked as the former mayor for Calexico, led the recall of both Ureña and Manzanarez. She recently detailed a heartbreaking encounter on Facebook with a local business owner that was receiving no help despite the presence of drugged-up individuals hanging around her place of work.
I met another Calexico Downtown business owner yesterday who showed me these videos and, with tears in her eyes, asked, “What can we do?” These videos show two people in front of her store who are hunched over in a “zombie state” and frozen for a half hour! She got no help from the city.
I told her, ‘We are going to organize and push for a safer downtown TOGETHER.” I honor all my fellow downtown merchants who are struggling thru this nightmare situation, We have work to do! Vote YES on Recall!!! Vote SI.’
In response to the righteous backlash, Ureña refused to accept responsibility for his failures. Instead, he whipped out the transphobia card as the real reason behind the recall, citing alleged personal attacks and photos meant to discredit him.
“Predictable transphobia,” he whined.
Ureña also worried he might be more vulnerable if not in an elected position due to his “identity.”
“I might even be more vulnerable if I’m not in an elected position where people have elected me to represent a lot of people who don’t identify as LGBT,” he said.

West Virginia middle school girls on Thursday took a bold stand. They refused to compete against a biological male in a major track and field event just two days after the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked a law that mandated competing in the category that matches biological sex.
As previously reported by the Gateway Pundit’s Cassandra MacDonald, the federal appeals court claimed the law violated Title IX, the federal civil rights law that is supposed to protect female sports. The ruling was 2-1 and only applies to 13-year-old student Becky Pepper-Jackson, who supposedly began “transitioning” in third grade.
Outkick.com revealed that five teenage girls “stepped out” during a track and field meet at the 2024 Harrison County Middle School Championships on Thursday afternoon at Liberty High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to protest the inclusion of Pepper-Johnson. In doing so, they forfeited potential glory in exchange for fairness and justice.
Seven schools were at the meet: Bridgeport, Heritage Christian, Notre Dame, South Harrison, Lincoln, Mountaineer (Clarksburg), and Washington Irving. Pepper-Johnson competes for the Bridgeport Middle School girls’ track & field team in Bridgeport, West Virginia, specifically shot put and discus throwing.

In the video below, the five Lincoln girls’ team members step in and then step out to object to Pepper-Johnson’s inclusion during the shot put contest. They then did the same for the discus event.

Shocking footage captured the moment a vile woman brutally murdered a young mother in a downtown Seattle alley.
As KIRO News reported, 33-year-old Rickesha Overton overpowered her victim, 20-year-old Alisia DeCoteau and forced her down the stairs of the 3rd floor of the Ellis Court Apartments and into the alley where DeCoteau drew her last breath.
The violent murder occurred on March 3, just after 1 A.M.. However, a journalist named Jonathan Choe leaked video footage of the crime just yesterday.
The video shows Overton forcing a terrified and screaming DeCoteau down a flight of stairs with a gun to her head. While marching down the stairs, Overton tells DeCoteau, “I’ll blow your mouth! Say I won’t! Say I won’t!”
Overton then opens the door and shoves her sobbing victim into the alley before going back inside for a few seconds. Once Overton returns, she yells at DeCoteau before shooting her twice at close range, including once in the head.

Overton next tries to unload even more bullets but cannot do so. Police detectives say she ran out of ammunition.
The deranged woman then starts kicking a lifeless DeCoteau several times while screaming, “B**ch you dead, B**ch you dead!” But Overton, for some reason, begins to think her victim is still alive and exclaims that she is still breathing.
A crowd from the alleyway then starts screaming at her in the background. Overton tells the nearby crowd, “That b**ch is crazy; she tried to kill me!”
Overton is about to return inside before the crowd screams at her again. She turns around and rushes toward them with her gun while screaming obscenities.
The video footage ends with Overton once again screaming and pointing her gun at the crowd, yelling, “I’ll blow your mother f**king brains out!”
KIRO 7 News notes this is not the first time Overton allegedly attacked DeCoteau. Police revealed they were called to the same apartment building on January 1 at roughly 2:35 p.m. and arrested Overton for assaulting DeCoteau.
While court documents did not describe the relationship between Overton and DeCoteau, family members confirmed to KIRO 7 News the two were friends on Facebook.
Overton is charged with first-degree murder and second-degree assault. Her bail has been set at $5,000,000.
DeCoteau leaves behind a one-year-old daughter, Mariah, who is now being cared for by her older sister, Jessica Ceja.

All jurors, including the replacements and an alternate have been revealed in President Trump’s “Hush Money” trial.
As Jim Hoft reported, Fox News host Jesse Watters previously revealed seven of the jurors selected to serve in Trump’s “hush money” trial involving porn star Stormy Daniels. Two were dismissed after radical-left Judge Juan Merchan agreed they could not be fair to Trump.
But the jury pool is still tilted far to the left and even includes a woman who has called Trump “very selfish” and “self-serving.”
As Hoft notes, Merchan’s daughter is a top activist for Democrats and Joe Biden campaign. Judge Merchan is pushing charges against Trump that are not a crime. He needs jurors who believe like he does that Trump is guilty of a crime because he is still alive.
Here’s the FULL list of people deciding Trump’s fate. The following information is gathered from both Watters and The Daily Mail, which filled in the final details on the jurors:
The Foreman, juror number one, is an Irish immigrant who works as a salesman from West Harlem. He used to be a waiter, didn’t finish college, and loves the outdoors. He’s married with no kids.
He claims that he receives his news from the liberal New York Times, the Daily Mail, Fox News, and far-left MSNBC. Watters previously noted this was suspicious since he knew no one who watches both MSNBC and Fox News.
Juror Number Two. This is a replacement for one of the dismissed jurors, who admitted yesterday she could not be fair and impartial after being exposed by Watters.
This juror is a man who works as an investment banker, has an MBA in finance, and is similar to a liberal activist to an extent. He also has family members who are lawyers.
While he follows Trump on X/Twitter, he also follows Trump’s disgraced former lawyer Michael Cohen and his podcast and the leftist account Mueller She Wrote, which lionizes corrupt former FBI director Robert Mueller. He also closely follows news on Israel and Ukraine and receives his news from the New York Times.
The man enjoys hiking, music concerts, and exploring New York City in his spare time.
Juror Number Three is an Asian lawyer in his late 20s or 30s and is originally from Oregon. His corporate law firm features DEI on its homepage. He’s single, lives in Chelsea, and claims he’s not very familiar with Trump’s other charges.
He likes to hike and run and receives his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Google.
Juror Number Four. This is the second replacement. The previous one was dismissed after it was learned he was previously arrested in the 1990s for tearing down Republican campaign signs.
The new juror is a security engineer originally from California who now lives on the Upper West Side. He claims he listens to comedy podcasts and several news organizations, though he declined to go into detail.
His hobbies include “various things,” such as wood and metalworking, but he spends the most time caring for his three children.
Juror Number Five is a black woman in her 20s originally from Harlem who has a Master’s degree and works a teacher. She’s unmarried, has no kids, and lives with her brother. She gets her news from Google and TikTok and listens to the leftist podcast The Breakfast Club.
She was evasive when asked whether she had a strong opinion of Trump. She only said, “There was a divide in the country, and I can’t ignore that.”
Juror Number Six is a recent college graduate in her 20s who works for Woke Disney. She previously made the courtroom laugh because she wanted to know if the trial would be over before September because she’s a bridesmaid at her sister’s wedding. She’s unmarried, has no kids, and likes to dance.
She lives with three roommates and gets her news from leftist outlets like the New York Times, Google, Facebook, and TikTok. But she claims she doesn’t have strong feelings about Trump one way or the other.
Juror Number Seven is a middle-aged, balding white guy with a tan and glasses. He lives on the Upper East Side and is another lawyer whose firm is big into DEI and ESG.
He’s originally from North Carolina, married with two kids, and his wife works at a bank. He gets his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, the Washington Post, and NPR.
Regarding Trump, he said there were policies he agreed with and ones he disagreed with, but he didn’t have any particular opinions of the man personally. He says he is aware of the other lawsuits against Trump.
Juror Number Eight is a retired wealth manager who lives on the Upper East Side. He’s married with children.
His activities include using a flight machine, skiing, yoga, and meditation. His news sources are the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and the BBC.
When asked if he has strong opinions or firmly held beliefs about Trump, he was hesitant. He paused before answering yes but claimed he would be impartial during the trial.
Juror Number Nine is a young white woman who lives on the Upper East Side. She has undergraduate and master’s degrees and works as a speech therapist.
Her hobbies include hanging out with friends, watching TV, eating at restaurants, and going on walks.
She says she doesn’t watch the news too closely but follows liberal news sources such as CNN Five Things, NYTimes Morning, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The woman says she does not like most of Trump’s politics but asserts she can leave this “at the door” and be “fair and impartial.”
Juror Number 10 is a man who works in e-commerce for an eyewear company. He spends his time outdoors when not working.
The man says he doesn’t follow the news closely but reads the New York Times. He also listens to podcasts on behavioral psychology.
Juror Number 11 is a product development manager who lives in upper Manhattan and has blasted Trump as “very selfish” and “self-serving” but claims she can be impartial.
She pays attention to fashion publications for her job and also “watches” Google. Her hobbies include traveling and eating.
Juror Number 12 is a woman who has worked as a physical therapist for the past fifteen years. She runs, plays tennis, hikes, paddle boards, and listens to live music in her free time.
She receives her news from the New York Times, USAToday, and CNN.
The alternate juror is a woman who works as an investment analyst for an asset manager. In her spare time, she likes to run, hang out with friends and eat food.
She gets her news from the Wall Street Journal and New York Times.

Chinese hackers are preparing to launch a major attack on critical U.S. infrastructure and have already infiltrated multiple companies according to the FBI.
FBI Director Chris Wray revealed today China is developing the capability to cause significant damage to our critical infrastructure at a time of their choosing. The only question is the time to launch a catastrophic blow.
“China is developing the ability to physically wreak havoc on our critical infrastructure at a time of its choosing,” Wray said at the 2024 Vanderbilt Summit on Modern Conflict and Emerging Threats. “Its plan is to land low blows against civilian infrastructure to try to induce panic.”
According to Wray, an ongoing Chinese hacking campaign known as Volt Typhoon has successfully infiltrated several American companies in telecommunications, energy, water, and other critical sectors. 23 pipeline operators are being targeted.
According to Reuters, Wray went on to note that China’s hackers operated a series of botnets, which are constellations of compromised personal computers and servers around the globe to hide their nefarious cyber actions. Private sector American technology and cybersecurity companies previously attributed Volt Typhoon to China, including reports by security researchers with Microsoft and Google.
Reuters reports that a Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson claimed the Volt Typhoon was unrelated to China’s government but is a criminal ransomware group.
China’s Embassy in Washington released the following statement in response to the MFA spokesperson’s comment.
Some in the US have been using origin-tracing of cyberattacks as a tool to hit and frame China, claiming the US to be the victim while it’s the other way around, and politicizing cybersecurity issues.
Some would argue that the operation may already be underway. Early this morning, there was a widespread outage involving 911 emergency numbers in four states: Nebraska, South Dakota, Nevada, and Texas.
Moreover, investigative journalist Lara Logan revealed that reliable intelligence sources have told her the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore, Maryland last month was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure.

A transgender high school student (biological female) was arrested Wednesday for plotting a mass shooting at a high school in Maryland.
As WJLA reported, 18-year-old Andrea Ye, who identifies as “Alex,” was stopped by Montgomery County Police (MCPD) and federal officials after they discovered she was planning to shoot up Wootton High School in Rockville.
Police revealed that they discovered that Ye had authored a 129-page manifesto outlining how she would carry out this horrendous act of violence. Ye called the manifesto her memoir.
Below are sections of the manifesto from the charging document, which was obtained by Brad Bell of 7 News DC. It contains several sick statements, including Ye bragging about pacing around her room “like an evil mastermind” and revealing why she thinks high schools are the easiest targets for mass shootings.
She also boasts about wanting to set the world record for most kills in a mass shooting.

The manifesto was reportedly shared with Baltimore police on March 3 by a person who became acquainted with Ye at a psychiatric facility in Maryland. WJLA reports Ye began receiving mental health treatment in December of 2022 after multiple alleged threats.
In addition to the manifesto, police say they also discovered several internet searches that led them to arrest Ye. Moreover, she previously considered targeting an elementary school.
Montgomery County Public Schools released the following statement noting the “close collaboration” with the MCPD. They also revealed Ye had not physically attended an MCPS school since the fall of 2022.
The charges are extremely serious, involving alleged threats to harm others. We value and appreciate the close collaboration between Montgomery County Public Schools and MCPD in this matter, which is an example of our shared commitment to identify and address potential threats with due process before they materialize.
The student, who has not physically attended an MCPS school since the fall of 2022, has been actively participating in lessons through a virtual program called Online Pathways to Graduation.
Ye has been charged with threat of mass violence and is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Center without bond.

The show’s producers then played a CNN news clip showing Trump leading Biden by six points among Hispanics in one poll. This was the moment Leguizamo completely lost it.
“Excuse me for a second, please,” said Leguizamo as he grabbed a small piñata underneath his desk and dropped a flurry of Spanish curse words.
“Coño! Coño! P*ta! P*ta madre!” he yelled as he pounded and tore apart the inanimate object.

After finally calming down somewhat, Leguizamo warned the Democrats were in trouble for one big reason: Bidenflation.
“It looks like the Democrats are in trouble. And you might be thinking, how is this possible? Donald Trump is winning Latinos? ‘Build the wall’ Donald Trump? ‘Mass deportations’ Donald Trump?” he said.

As the Gateway Pundit reported earlier, the Senate, at Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s urging, voted to dismiss both articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, who has presided over the worst border crisis in American history. In doing so, they upset 227 years of congressional precedent.
Both articles were rejected on a party-line vote, though Senator Lisa Murkowski (RINO-AK) voted present on the first one. The final vote to adjourn proceedings was also on a party-line vote.
Schumer absurdly argued before the votes that the articles of impeachment against Mayorkas violated the U.S. Constitution. He claimed they did not “allege conduct that rises to the level of a high crime or misdemeanor” as required under Article 2 of the Constitution.
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), however, was not having any of Schumer’s nonsense. Drawing on his extensive legal expertise, he destroyed the loudmouth New Yorker’s asinine argument against impeaching Mayorkas.

Madam President, as wrong as the Majority Leader was moments ago in making this particular point of order as to Article I of the impeachment articles, Article I, remember, refers to the willful defiance by Sec. Mayorkas of the law.
As wrong as he was in making that as to Article I, and he was very wrong for the reasons articulated moments ago by the Senator from Texas, he is even more wrong – far more so – with respect to Article II, because Article II accuses him of knowingly making false statements.
This is a violation of 18 USC Section 1001, a felony offense. If this is not a high crime and misdemeanor, what is? If this is not impeachable, what is? What precedent will we be setting? We need to address this; we need to discuss it in a closed session.
For that reason, Madam President, I move that the Senate proceed with a closed session to allow for deliberation on this very consequential point of order that he’s just made that violates hundreds of years of Anglo-American legal precedent and understanding on the question required by impeachment rule 24.
Following the Senate’s dismissal of the charges, Lee warned the Democrats by insinuating that turnabout would be fair play.
Today, Senate Democrats refused to do their constitutional duty. They let Mayorkas off for destroying our border, with no trial, throwing out over two centuries of precedent—and creating a new one.

House Education and Workforce Committee held a hearing beginning at 10:15 A.M. this morning titled “Columbia in Crisis: Columbia University’s Response to Antisemitism.” As the name suggests, the hearing focused on Columbia’s lackluster response to the threats Jewish students face on campus.
Columbia University’s president, Nemat Shafik, served as the star witness. She was originally asked to testify at the House Education and Workforce Committee’s hearing in December but had to back out allegedly due to “scheduling conflicts.”
Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) stole the show when he showcased a guidebook the school used that deliberately spelled the word “folks” f-o-l-x. This misspelled word is a so-called “gender inclusive” term used by the woke left to “appeal” to the transgender community.
He also pointed out that the term “folx” was used in the school of social work, making this a university term.
When he asked Shafik about this, she was left completely stunned and befuddled. The only thing she could think of was that perhaps the authors did not know how to spell and nervously laughed.
She then laughably tried to deny this was an official document, but Banks would not let her off the hook. She eventually agreed with him that the term was inappropriate but continued to deny the school officially uses the term.

The United States Senate was supposed to hold the impeachment trial of Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas beginning at 1 PM Eastern Wednesday. It actually proved to be a historically rapid dismissal by the Democrats.
As The Washington Post reported, the Senate at Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) urging voted to dismiss both articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, who has presided over the worst border crisis in America history.
Democrats voted along party lines on the first article of impeachment which charges Mayorkas with “willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law,” finding the charge unconstitutional. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (RINO-Alaska) voted present.

Democrats then found the second article charging Mayorkas with “breach of public trust” to be unconstitutional. Murkowski voted with her GOP colleagues this time.

As Townhall.com’s Spencer Brown notes, this move by the Senate upset 227 years of congressional history. Only once was an actual trial not held when an individual was impeached, and that was because an impeached judge resigned before the trial began.

Last week, 43 Republican members of the United States signed a letter to Schumer highlighting the upper chamber’s “constitutional duty” that “requires the Senate to hold a trial.”
“In every previous congressional impeachment of the past 227 years, Congress has been faithful to the process set out by the framers,” the letter emphasized. “Never before has the Senate abandoned this duty, even when certain members believed the basis for impeachment was tenuous at best.”
“Since 1797, twenty-one individuals have been impeached by the House of Representatives,” the Senate Republicans’ letter further recounted. “Trials were held in every single instance, except once when an impeached judge resigned from office before the trial commenced. Absent Secretary Mayorkas’ immediate resignation, this impeachment should remain faithful to Senatorial precedent,” senators wrote.

A student earlier this week was caught on tape assaulting a North Carolina high school teacher during a vulgar diatribe. But the pupil is only being charged with misdemeanors despite the violent act.
The short video of the assault, which The North Carolina Beat first obtained, shows the youth confronting the teacher inside Parkland High School in Winston-Salem before viciously slapping her twice. He can be heard calling the teacher a “b*tch,” taunts her multiple times, and even drops the N-word.
The students behind the camera can be heard ooohing and laughing while the assault takes place.
Surprisingly, the teacher keeps her cool despite the pupil’s horrific behavior.

The North Carolina Beat identified the youth as Aquavious ‘Quavo’ Hickman.
The New York Post reports Hickman was charged with one count of Communicating Threats and two counts of Misdemeanor Assault, all misdemeanors.
The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Superintendent Tricia McManus released a statement condemning Hickman’s actions.
This behavior will not be tolerated. At no time is it acceptable for students to put their hands on a teacher in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools.
My focus now is on making sure that our teacher is taken care of and has the support needed to navigate through the lasting effects of this incident.
