Large “Transgender (Bio Male)” Student Brutally Assaults Much Smaller Girl at New York High School While Fellow Pupils Film Attack – Bomb Threat Sent to School (VIDEO)

A horrifying video has emerged showing a large transgender (biological male) student attacking a smaller and weaker girl in a New York high school women’s restroom, which resulted in a bomb threat being sent to the institution after the clip was discovered online.

While the assault at Greece Arcadia High School in Rochester reportedly took place in February, it was only uncovered on Thursday by the feminist website Reduxx. The outlet also noted the school refused to share any details regarding the awful beating.

The clip captured by Reduxx shows the transgender teen storming into a restroom stall and laying a beatdown on the innocent girl while other students record the assault on their cell phones.

The trans student then grabs the helpless girl by her hair and violently drags her out along the floor and into the hallway. The victim can be heard screaming in terror.

The transgender teen lands several more punches on his victim before a school staff member finally arrives to help break up the one-sided fight. Another person then picks the girl up and carries her away.

According to another student at the school, the attacker is a boy who identifies as a girl. He was allegedly retaliating for perceived insults.

WXXI News reported the school received an “anti-transgender” bomb threat loaded with profanity just after 6 a.m. on Friday, the day after the video went viral.

According to WHEC, the threat message accused Greece Arcadia High School of failing to ensure a safe learning environment. It also claimed the district was encouraging “mentally ill” and “degenerate” behavior in students, explicitly referencing the brawl.

School officials evacuated both Greece Arcadia High and Middle schools following the threat. Classes were delayed from opening for two hours as police investigated the bomb threat.

Superintendent Kathleen Graupman called the bomb threat a hate crime and claimed outside forces were using the brutal assault to advance an agenda.

“It is clear that this is being used for an agenda, whether it’s a personal or political agenda, it is being used. That fight that occurred was significant and very, very upsetting and disturbing, and also, I want to be very clear: it involved minors, and it involved minors that deserve respect and privacy. We don’t get to share videos and names and peoples’ personal identities out there,” Graupman said.

As WHEC notes, Graupman went on to say the school district is helping authorities find and prosecute the individual or individuals who sent the bomb threat.

There is no word on whether the vicious attack on the innocent girl by the transgender student will be investigated and prosecuted, however.

Here We Go… Farmworker Gets Bird Flu in First Reported Case of Transmission from Farm Animals to Humans

By: Jim Hoft — May 4th 2024 at 10:40
The first reported case of bird flu was reported in Texas from a farm animal to a human. There is no evidence yet that the virus will spread among humans. via NBC

A Texas dairy farmer suffered the first reported case of bird flu transmitted to humans from farm animals.

The man developed pink eye but no respiratory symptoms.

The Mirror reported:

The first image of a Texas dairy farmer who caught bird flu from a cow – with his eyeballs seen bleeding.

Thankfully, the man had “very mild” symptoms after contracting HSN1 virus, but the stark image shows how the virus caused bleeding on the surface of his eyeballs. This is because the blood vessels in his eyes popped.

Experts at the CDC say that they think he caught the virus from an infected cow in March. In an official case report, published on Friday, the CDC said that they found “strong evidence” through genetic data that pointed them to this conclusion.

This revelation shows the first sign of HSN1 virus spreading from mammals to humans. The World Health Organisation said that this is a “milestone” that is of “enormous concern.” The images of the patient, plus further details about his case, were published in a report in the New England Journal of Medicine.

So far, nearly 900 people in 23 countries have been infected with the H5N1 strain of avian flu over the last 20 years. However, they were all linked to wild or kept birds.

TOO BIG TO RIG?… Trump Crushes Joe Biden in New Rasmussen Poll, 48%-36%

By: Jim Hoft — May 4th 2024 at 10:20

Have you EVER seen a presidential poll worth its salt with this large of a gap between candidates?

Rasmussen reported this morning – President Trump’s 12 point lead over Joe Biden may be TOO BIG TO RIG!

With a 12-point lead, is Trump’s impending victory now “too big to rig?”

We explore it in detail.

Plus Biden loses the youth vote and the @BLS_gov is probably lying about unemployment.

Here:https://t.co/w29CxPxnth pic.twitter.com/wXkYmmeJ79

— Rasmussen Reports (@Rasmussen_Poll) May 3, 2024

Mark Mitchell, the head pollster at Rasmussen Reports, released the following video to go with this thermonuclear poll.

Mark Mitchell: Today we’re going to be covering this month’s new Thermonuclear 2024 presidential election result. And those results show Donald Trump increasing his lead to almost insurmountable numbers. But if your name is Joseph Robinette Biden or you’re one of his supporters, there’s news for you in here, too. Unfortunately, it’s not good. Joe Biden has the lowest support he’s ever had amongst 18 to 39-year-old voters. And that’s really big news since they usually vote left…

…If you look at Democrats, only 70 % of Democrats say that they would vote Joe Biden today, and That’s 10 points less than the Republicans who would vote Trump. And 16 % of Democrats say they would vote for Donald Trump. So that adds up to a 16 point crossover advantage for Donald Trump, which is stunningly large. But check out that independent line… Joe Biden is only getting 26% of independents. That’s an 18 point lead for Trump, which is quite a bit bigger than we’ve seen in our recent polling…

…Joe Biden is losing by two points among 18 to 39-year-olds. Now, a good portion of them are going Kennedy, and Trump only has 36 % of the vote. But that 34 % number from Biden is the lowest he’s had this cycle. And again, 18 to 39-year-olds are usually all in for Democrats.

Watch the video here.

UNC Frat Bros Update: John Rich Promises to Perform at “Flagstock”

By: Margaret Flavin — May 4th 2024 at 10:00

On Wednesday morning,  The Gateway Pundit reported on the heroic University of North Carolina fraternity brothers who protected a fallen American flag from a pro-Hamas mob despite a violent onslaught from the radicals.

Their patriotic actions inspired Americans across the country.

A GoFundMe was started with the modest goal of throwing these young men an ‘epic rager.’

But their actions resonated so profoundly with their fellow Americans that that goal was epically surpassed. The fundraiser raised more than $500,000 in 24 hours.

Country music legend John Rich announced his plans to join the brothers for the upcoming party dubbed ‘Flagstock.’

Rich shared, “I just wanted to give you a little update on the free concert offer I made to the folks at UNC, to those students for their bravery and their patriotism by not allowing our United States flag to hit the ground.”

“They stood there while they were being hit with bottles, and rocks, and sticks, and they just stood there.  They did not let Old Glory touch the ground.”

“So we are going to find a date to do this show, we are calling it ‘Flagstock.’  I’ll keep you posted.”

— John Rich (@johnrich) May 2, 2024

An update on the GoFundMe page shares, “We have been overwhelmed by the sheer force of patriotism on display here. What started as a modest request to buy a few kegs for some great young guys has ballooned into an American cultural moment, with millions of people paying attention: blue and red, left and right, all of the above.”

“First, people should understand that we organized this fundraiser independently. That has been misreported by certain press outlets. We aren’t brothers ourselves: just Americans who admire young people like the men of UNC fraternities — members from at least eight different houses, by our count, many of whom we’ve now met.”

The organizer also shared that funds will be distributed to multiple fraternities involved in protecting Old Glory from protestors to support charitable causes “that are consistent with the fundraiser’s patriotic theme.”

The willingness of these young men to stand up to the destructive forces has been echoed on college campuses across the country.

Thursday afternoon at Ole Miss, HUNDREDS of male students gathered at the Pro-Hamas camp and began singing the National Anthem.

Pro-America students at LSU drowned out pro-Hamas protesters with chants of  “USA! USA!”

Even students in liberal New Jersey at Rutgers University have had enough of the terrorist apologists as students countered the anti-Israel agitators on campus and waved the American flag, chanting, ‘USA! USA!’

In a twist no one was expecting, patriots rallied at the liberal hotbed of The University of Chicago.

Elite Universities Are Now Getting Hit with Yet Another Problem: Furious Parents

By: Jack Davis, The Western Journal — May 4th 2024 at 09:45

For $90,000 a year, parents of some elite school students expected more than hate.

A report in The Wall Street Journal says some parents are calling for tuition refunds and rethinking future enrollments.

“They are not getting the education they expected and paid for,” Zev Gewurz, a Boston real-estate lawyer whose daughter is a senior at New York City’s Barnard College. Barnard was founded as a women’s college adjacent to Columbia University. The cost of attendance at Barnard tops $90,000

Gewurz said Barnard gave an “inadequate response” to hate speech.

“I try to tell her that this is not her fault, and that she is living in a moment in history and needs to keep her head high,” he told the Journal.

Debra Lynn Eden, whose daughter is a junior at Princeton, complained, “It’s all a giant distraction to the students who are trying to complete their studies in a high-stress environment.”

Christopher Rim, founder and CEO of Command Education, which helps students complete applications, said parents of Columbia and University of California – Los Angeles students are calling for refunds.

“Physically blocking their child from attending class or a lecture hall is 100 percent not what they signed up for,” he said. “They are beyond upset at what’s going on.”

“I’ve had so many parents emailing, calling, asking me what they can do,” Rim told the London Times.

“There’s been protests, encampments and physical violence that has interrupted their education and they’re not happy. Fees at these sorts of schools are phenomenally high; parents want to feel like they are getting what they pay for and right now they don’t,” he said.

The lack of a commencement also galls parents.

Lana Shami’s daughter will graduate from the University of Southern California without a ceremony due to protests.

“There will be no celebration at the university where we paid an exorbitant amount of tuition for the past four years. It’s a huge letdown,” Shami said.

“This is not the experience that my freshman daughter should be having, that any of the students of any year should be having,” Amy Gallatin, whose daughter attends Barnard, said, according to  Fox News.

Gallatin said her daughter took a final exam Tuesday as protests were raging.

“My daughter is also frustrated [and] understandably so,” she said. “She had a final exam yesterday at 6 o’clock that she was taking from her dorm only to have the protesters on the street banging and clanging and chanting.”

Hearing chants interpreted as seeking the death of Jews was “a very unsettling experience,” Gallatin said, and “walking through all of those people is a scary thing.”

CNN reported that one Jewish high school senior, whose name was not used, ditched Barnard due to the protests.

The student chose Brandeis University in Massachusetts, in part due to its A rating from an Anti-Defamation League list of colleges that ranked their support for Jewish students.

“Barnard was my top choice. I was so dead set on going,” the student said. “But after seeing what is happening on campuses, I feel so glad I am going to Brandeis. I feel really happy and safe knowing they got an A.”

PBS Wonders Why College Protests Are Labeled Anti-Semitic

By: Alex Christy — May 4th 2024 at 10:02
The cast of Friday’s PBS NewsHour was greatly confused. Host William Brangham didn’t understand why the anti-Israel college demonstrators, on the whole, have been branded as anti-Semitic, while Washington Post associate editor Jonathan Capehart didn’t know why it is so hard for the demonstrators to protest Israel without degenerating into anti-Semitism. Brangham’s remarks came on the heels of New York Times columnist David Brooks warning that the protests are toxic for Democrats, “I think if the protests continue to veer in the direction they're veering, you could see some pretty serious repercussions, which is why Biden is speaking, which is why Chuck Schumer is speaking, trying to distance themselves from what the protesters are doing.”     Claiming his first-hand look at the protests disproved the idea that they are rampant with anti-Semitism, Brangham wondered, “I mean, Jonathan, a lot of the critics of these protests like to say that it's all anti-Semitism, just a hot stew of anti-Israeli bias. I was at one of the NYU protests earlier this week, and there is some of that, for sure. But it's mostly young people, as you were describing, who are despairing over what is happening in Gaza. How is it that people who care deeply about this issue can't — can somehow protest and not be risked being branded as anti-Semities?” Capehart began by correcting him, “So, there's anti-Semitism, but then you anti — you said anti-Israeli,” to which Brangham apologized, “I'm even conflating it myself here.” That settled, Capehart proceeded, “Exactly. And that is the issue. It is possible to criticize the government of Israel, the state of Israel, the prime minister of Israel, the policies, what he says, his actions, without veering into ugly anti-Semitism. If you don't like what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is doing in Gaza, not allowing enough humanitarian aid to go through, that is a legitimate criticism.” He then added, “But to then go into all the ugliness, some of the ugliness that we have heard, that's not okay. I don't understand how — why it's so hard to state your objections without being bigoted about it.” Perhaps we can help both Brangham and Capehart out. If you listen to what the leaders of the movement say, they talk about defeating Zionism which is simply the belief that Israel should exist. That is not criticism of Netanyahu and is an anti-Semitic position, according to President Barack Obama’s State Department. As your typical liberal, Capehart believes that there should be a ceasefire leading to two states for two peoples and that Netanyahu is an obstacle to this, but he and his fellow liberals keep projecting their liberalism onto Marxists and others who do not want such an outcome by refusing to acknowledge that the problem is with the group’s leaders and professors, not a handful of bad actors who corrupted a genuine anti-war, pro-peace movement.  Here is a transcript for the May 3 show: PBS NewsHour 5/3/2024 7:36 PM ET DAVID BROOKS: And, so I think if the protests continue to veer in the direction they're veering, you could see some pretty serious repercussions, which is why Biden is speaking, which is why Chuck Schumer is speaking, trying to distance themselves from what the protesters are doing. WILLIAM BRANGHAM: I mean, Jonathan, a lot of the critics of these protests like to say that it's all anti-Semitism, just a hot stew of anti-Israeli bias. I was at one of the NYU protests earlier this week, and there is some of that, for sure. But it's mostly young people, as you were describing, who are despairing over what is happening in Gaza. How is it that people who care deeply about this issue can't — can somehow protest and not be risked being branded as anti-Semities? JONATHAN CAPEHART: Okay, what — excuse me. So, there's anti-Semitism, but then you anti — you said anti-Israeli. BRANGHAM: I'm even conflating it myself here. CAPHEART: Exactly. And that is the issue. It is possible to criticize the government of Israel, the state of Israel, the prime minister of Israel, the policies, what he says, his actions, without veering into ugly anti-Semitism. If you don't like what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is doing in Gaza, not allowing enough humanitarian aid to go through, that is a legitimate criticism. Leftist Journos and Hollywood Celebs Trash Trump But Praise Pro-Hamas Protests

By: Geoffrey Dickens — May 4th 2024 at 09:39
It’s an odd state of affairs when a former President of the United States is called a threat to the “bedrock tenets of democracy,” the “rule of law itself” and is compared to Adolf Hitler but pro-Hamas/anti-Semitic protestors are praised for “singing prayers of peace.” Yet that is where the leftist press and their Hollywood friends are right now. Yikes! This past month saw ABC’s Good Morning America co-host and This Week moderator George Stephanopoulos warning his audience that Donald Trump was testing the “bedrock tenets of our democracy” in a way “we haven’t seen since the Civil War.”  MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace feared she would be out of a job after a Trump victory because of his “outward disdain” for a “free press.” Meanwhile Wallace’s MSNBC colleague Joy Reid came out spinning for the pro-Hamas protestors who took over college campuses as she claimed they weren’t hurling anti-Semitic slurs but rather “singing words of peace.”  Over on CNN, podcaster Kara Swisher waved her finger at the critics of the college kids: “Not to support them, is sort of anti-American.” Hollywood celebrities spouted crazy exaggerations about Trump too. ABC’s Black-ish actress Jenifer Lewis feared that “Hitler” Trump “will punish everybody that didn’t vote for him,” put “us in camps.” While actress and talk show host Drew Barrymore begged Vice President Kamala Harris to be the “Momala of the country.” The following are the most obnoxious outbursts by leftist journalists and celebrities during the month of April:  [LANGUAGE WARNING]   Trump Is Testing the “Bedrock Tenets” of “Democracy”     “Until now, no American presidential race has been more defined on what’s happening in courtrooms than what is happening on the campaign trail. Until now. The scale of the abnormality is so staggering that it can actually become numbing. It’s all too easy to fall into reflective habits — to treat this as a normal campaign where both sides embrace the rule of law, where both sides are dedicated to a debate based on facts and the peaceful transfer of power. But that is not what’s happening this election year. Those bedrock tenets of our democracy are being tested in a way we haven’t seen since the Civil War. It’s a test for the candidates, for those of us in the media, and for all of us as citizens.”— Moderator George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s This Week, April 28.   A Trump Win Could Lead to the End of a “Free Press,” and “The Rule of Law Itself” “Depending what happens in November — seven months from right now — this time next year, I might not be sitting here. There might not be a White House Correspondents Dinner or a free press. While our democracy won’t exactly fall apart immediately without it, the real threat looms larger. A candidate with outward disdain not just for a free press but for all of our freedoms and the rule of law itself.” — Host Nicolle Wallace on MSNBC’s Deadline: White House, April 29.   Protesters Aren’t Hurling Anti-Semitic Insults, They’re “Singing Words of Peace”     “I saw….these students singing and singing about peace and singing salaam, singing words of peace. So, it just didn’t square with what I was even hearing on television and television commentators saying was shrieking anti-Semitism, I didn’t hear it.”— Host Joy Reid on MSNBC’s The ReidOut, April 22.    “Anti-American” To Oppose Young Pro-Hamas Protesters “The question is, are you for order and against chaos, or for protests and the right to free speech?...All the free-speech warriors are suddenly like, order, order, we must have order. And so there are heinous things that are said, but there is a line where you have to support also young people, especially when they do things that they do badly. Not to support them, is sort of anti-American in a way.”— Podcast host/former New York Magazine contributing editor Kara Swisher on CNN’s The Chris Wallace Show, April 27.   Netanyahu = Stalin     “It is increasingly looking like Benjamin Netanyahu had a plan to force famine on the Palestinian people, on the Gazan people, to amp up the pressure on Hamas….You’re starving women and children in Gaza….They’re now having to grind up dog food and cat food and….drink salt water….It’s savage conditions, and it’s calculated….It’s calculated just like Stalin’s starvation of Ukrainians was calculated.”   — Co-host Joe Scarborough on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, April 5.    If You Vote for Trump, You Are Not a “Patriot” “There’s a patriotic duty to support President Biden against Donald Trump, for this reason: Patriotism is allegiance to an idea. It’s not just an allegiance to your own kind. That’s nationalism. Trump is a nationalist. President Biden is a patriot.”— MSNBC contributor/presidential historian Jon Meacham on HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, April 19.   Fretting That Trump’s Trials May Hurt Biden      “These legal cases have only helped him fundraising….energized his base….He’s risen in the polls with every indictment….The problem for Joe Biden and the Democrats is….the trial is crowding out everything else. So Joe Biden goes out and does policy things….But everything else is crowded out….That’s what happened in 2016 to Hillary Clinton and that could be replicated this year.”— NBC chief foreign correspondent and MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell on NBC’s Meet the Press, April 21.   “Wonderfully Poetic!” Joy Reid Cheers “My DEIs” for Prosecuting Trump     “The first person to actually criminally prosecute Donald Trump is a black Harvard grad....He came out and graduated and he’s prosecuting you, Donald. And a black woman is doing the same exact thing in Georgia. And a black woman forced you to pay a $175 million fine….Trump is being held to account by the very multicultural, multiracial democracy that he’s trying to dismantle. There Will Be A Surge In Audits, According To The IRS

By: Sharika Soal — May 4th 2024 at 09:30
IRS/CBS News

Due to the Biden administration’s significant funding boost, the Internal Revenue Service plans to dramatically increase audit procedures for big corporations, partnerships, and multimillionaires over the next three years.

In a recent press release, the IRS said it aims to nearly triple its audit rate to 22.6% for corporations with upwards of $250 million worth of assets in the 2026 tax year.

Audits in 2019 were 8.8%, a steep decrease over the 9.0% in 2018.

The New York Post reports,

For complex partnerships with assets topping $10 million, the IRS said it intends to increase audit rates nearly 10-fold, to 1% in tax year 2026 — up from 0.1% in 2019.

The IRS also said it is targeting a 50% increase in audit rates for individuals with a total positive annual income exceeding $10 million.

By the 2026 tax year, 16.5% of these wealthy individuals will be subject to an audit — up from 11% in 2019.

Why did I leave the IRS? In 2017, they took away my stack of rich person audits and gave me a stack of poor people audits. I couldn’t stomach auditing poor people. My health collapsed. I tried to keep going, but finally after weekly hospital visits I quit. #taxtwitter

— Howard Knudsen CPA (@howard_knudsen) May 3, 2024

In a blatant display of leftist pandering, the IRS has shamelessly revealed that it won’t dare to hike up audit rates for hardworking individuals and small businesses making under $400,000. While it sounds nice, this plan fits right in with President Biden’s socialist agenda of coddling the masses and punishing achievement. It’s just another step towards the destruction of our economy and the disintegration of Christian values.

As the owner of a #SmallBiz, you understand the importance of getting things right for your employees. #IRS changes made under the SECURE 2.0 Act may affect the amounts you need to report on your Forms W-2. For details: https://t.co/0p1uW7P4cx

— IRSnews (@IRSnews) May 2, 2024

The federal agency was bolstered by $80 billion in new funding directed by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which Biden signed into law in 2022.

When the IRS conducts an audit, individuals or heads of businesses must meet with an auditor, who then reviews that a federal tax return was filed correctly. The official may ask for additional documentation to support the claims like reductions and credits cited in the return.

If there’s discrepancies, consequences can include tax evasion charges, which carry a civil fraud penalty of 75% of the understated tax and in the worst cases, the possibility of jail time.

The forthcoming changes were outlined as part of the IRS’s update on its so-called “strategic operating plan” in funding from the Inflation Reduction Act, which vowed to modernize the IRS’s antiquated computer systems, improve taxpayer services and ramp up enforcement to close the “tax gap” between taxes owed and those collected.

According to the IRS, a total of $7.25 billion will be spent from these funds in fiscal 2024, up from $3.4 billion last year.

“The changes outlined in this report are a stark contrast to the years of under-funding that deteriorated taxpayer service and tax enforcement, frustrating taxpayers, the tax community and IRS employees alike,” IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said in a statement.

With Inflation Reduction Act funds, the IRS hired 13,661 employees in fiscal 2023, including 10,518 taxpayer services employees and 495 enforcement personnel.

The number of hires is expected to increase to 16,314 in fiscal 2024, including 4,088 enforcement personnel.

RIP LONDON: Leftist Sadiq Khan Wins Third Term as Mayor, Defeats Pro-Trump Opponent By 10 Points

By: Ben Kew — May 4th 2024 at 09:15

London’s leftist Mayor Sadiq Khan has won a third term in office, according to exit polls.

Khan, who is known for his ties to Islamism and far-left rhetoric, defeated his Conservative rival Susan Hall by a comfortable margin.

The Financial Times reports:

Labour has claimed victory in the London mayoral contest with Sadiq Khan set to comfortably win a third term in office, adding to the electoral gloom hanging over Rishi Sunak’s Conservatives.

Early results from different parts of the capital suggested that Khan had comfortably seen off a challenge from his Tory rival Susan Hall, in spite of rumours the contest could be tight. With counting complete in four out of 14 areas at 2pm, Khan had secured 52 per cent of the vote compared with Hall’s 24 per cent, prompting Labour to claim victory.

There had been speculation that Hall could pull off a shock win in the contest after figures showed that voter turnout was higher in the capital’s outer boroughs, where Tory support is strongest.

The results are another bitter blow to those who love the city of London, which has been effectively ruined by mass immigration, high levels of crime and astronomical prices.

Unlike most in the British Conservative Party, Tory candidate Susan Hall was a supporter of President Donald Trump and openly admired the controversial politician Enoch Powell.

Come on Donald Trump- make sure you win and wipe the smile of this man’s face @realDonaldTrump @SebGorka https://t.co/6yqflClQhA

— Susan Hall AM (@Councillorsuzie) November 4, 2020

Khan, meanwhile, has repeatedly attacked Trump since he first ran for office in 2015. Just this week, Khan responded to Trump’s comments that London is now “unrecognizable” under his leadership.

“Today is an opportunity to show Donald Trump and my Tory opponent that London will always choose hope over fear and unity over division,” he said this week.

“I’m happy to meet President Trump and to explain to him, in a respectful, courteous manner where I think he’s wrong on a number of issues, to hear him out, see what his explanation is for holding me responsible for the attacks we saw in London last year,” he later told HuffPost.

Americans Want Congress to Act on Border Security. Will They?

By: Guest Contributor — May 4th 2024 at 09:00

This story originally was published by Real Clear Wire

By Chris Clem
Real Clear Wire

If the majority of Americans agree on something, you may want to pause and learn more. If almost 90% of Americans agree, that’s a gamechanger. When it comes to border security and immigration, Americans are much more united than you might think.

A new poll commissioned by Americans for Prosperity, where I’m an advisor on border security, reveals 87% of Americans say they would like to see immigration policy that:

  1. Secures our borders and ports,
  2. Increases American competitiveness within the global economy,
  3. Establishes clear and predictable rules for our immigration system, and,
  4. Increases the transparency and accountability in our enforcement processes.

As a former border patrol agent with over 27 years of service under my belt, I believe in each and every one of these reforms, and know that without them, our southern border will continue to be in a state of crisis.

In nearly three decades of service, I’ve never seen Americans so concerned about their border. And there’s a reason why. Since President Biden took office, over 8 million people illegally crossed the southern border, creating an unprecedented crisis for the country.

Immigration reform isn’t a Republican or Democrat issue. It’s an American issue. Clearly Americans from all points of the political spectrum are fed up with the status quo and ready for meaningful reforms. Over 80% are pessimistic about the security of our southern border. Yet, like me, they are fairly optimistic about the options available to turn things around.

According to the poll, Americans nearly universally support improving inspections at ports of entry, increasing screenings of the guardians of young migrants, and improving Border Patrol agents’ working conditions. The poll also found specific legislation, like making it easier for foreign doctors who studied in the U.S. to stay in the U.S., garners 90% support from all Americans.

While these actions may seem more obviously nonpartisan, actions to secure the southern border aren’t partisan either. In the poll, 89% of Americans said they would like to see the U.S. government hire more Border Patrol agents and raise their pay. Additionally, 85% supported hiring civilian personnel to monitor asylum seekers so Border Patrol can focus on securing the border itself. And 90% want to see monthly data on the number of migrants appearing on the Terrorist Screening Database.

Clearly, what the American electorate wants is immigration reform that benefits both American citizens and immigrants coming into the U.S. What’s holding up meaningful immigration reform isn’t a lack of solutions— it’s inaction by Congress and lack of leadership from the White House. President Biden loves to blame everybody but himself for this border crisis. But I remember his 100-day deportation moratorium and cessation of all border wall construction on Day 1 of his presidency. And I also remember the message his actions and rhetoric sent to migrants – come on in, the border is open. It’s no surprise that there were almost 100,000 more apprehensions in March of 2021 than there were in January of that year.

But Congress has also turned a deaf ear to the concerns of their constituents, not only by failing to pass these specific reforms but also by standing idly by as the dysfunctional system helps cartels and smugglers at the expense of everybody else. For example, Congress hasn’t demanded that DHS disclose the number of migrants it has lost track of within the US or that it disclose the number of people who have evaded border patrol (known colloquially as “gotaways”), even though the vast majority of Americans want these statistics publicly shared every month.

If Congress can’t hold the executive branch accountable to reforms that are as basic as sharing monthly data or pass solutions that nearly all Americans can agree on, are they really working for the American electorate?

This new polling reveals what I and others in this space already knew – border security and immigration aren’t nearly as divisive as politicians and the media would have us believe. The majority of Americans are united on securing our borders, reforming immigration rules to be clearer and more predictable, and creating a system that benefits the United States and those who want to come contribute, while removing threats to our security and the rule of law.

We will be a stronger, safer, more prosperous country for having those reforms in place.

It’s high time Congress listens to the American people by securing the border, by being transparent about the crisis, and by making meaningful, lasting reforms to the immigration system.

Chief Chris Clem is a retired Chief Patrol Agent who served as a U.S. border patrol agent for over 27 years.

East Palestine, Ohio, Abandoned by the Biden Regime, Gets Help from Blue Line Moving CEO

By: Margaret Flavin — May 4th 2024 at 08:45
Blue Line Moving CEO John Rourke.

John Rourke, a veteran and the CEO of Blue Line Moving, has stepped forward to help the citizens of East Palestine, Ohio, something the Biden Regime does not seem eager or willing to do.

Rourke has pledged to bring a water filtration system unit to every single home in East Palestine after the ecological disaster that struck the small town.

Rourke is working with Sentryh20 , and the company is donating the 2000 systems needed to help the community.

It took Biden a year to visit the community where a Norfolk Southern train derailed near the Ohio border with Pennsylvania.

At least 11 of the train cars that derailed contained hazardous materials. Several cars were carrying vinyl chloride, a cancer-causing substance.

During his February 2024 visit, Biden was greeted by angry protestors.

Rourke joined Daniel Baldwin on OANN to discuss the motivation and details of his remarkable pledge telling Baldwin, “The reason why I want to do this is because I am just tired of people not putting America first and Americans first.”

He told The Gateway Pundit, “This Country needs to start putting Americans first.  We have to worry about East Palestine more than Palestine.”

In January, Rourke partnered with Big Dog Ranch Rescue and other rescue organizations to travel to Colony Ridge in Texas, an area is a sprawling development that’s become a magnet for illegals, to rescue animals facing inhumane conditions that have been abused, starved, and abandoned.

Rourke is also the founder of We Fund The Blue Foundation and the Great American Cleanup, which helps clean up the mess left by illegals in border towns.  The organization also provides disaster relief to areas across the country impacted by natural and man-made disasters.

Following a cleanup, the nonprofit raises funds to support, honor, and recognize the local law enforcement community.

Barefoot Britney Spears Escorted by Emergency Services Outside Hollywood Hotel — Clad in Underwear and Wrapped in a Blanket with Pillow in Hand

By: Jim Hᴏft — May 4th 2024 at 08:30

Pop icon Britney Spears was seen being escorted by emergency services outside the luxurious Montrose Hollywood Hotel in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Wearing only her underwear and wrapped in a blanket, the “Toxic” singer clutched a pillow tightly as she walked barefoot alongside paramedics, police officers, and her reported ex-boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz.

Eyewitnesses reported that Spears appeared disoriented but was compliant with the emergency personnel guiding her to an awaiting ambulance.

According to Daily Mail, a fight had allegedly broken out between Spears and Soliz, leading to the involvement of emergency services.

Paramedics were called to the hotel after a woman matching Spears’ description was said to be “harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests.”

However, when police arrived, they found no signs of trouble. Despite this, Spears appeared agitated and visibly upset as she left the hotel.

WATCH:

Daily Mail reported:

LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey told DailyMail.com: ‘Emergency services received a call at 12.42am with reports of an adult female injured.

‘At 1am an ambulance arrived on the premises. I can confirm no-one was transported. Services left the scene at 1.17am. The police department were not called.’

TMZ reports Spears arrived at the hotel late Wednesday night – with police called after a ‘disturbance’ with a woman matching the singer’s description reportedly ‘harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests.’

The pair then returned to their room around 11pm where they ‘partied and drank.’ They are said to have got into a ‘huge physical altercation in which Spears ‘may have hurt her leg.’

It was claimed Spears was ‘screaming and out of control in the hallway of her suite’ with and ‘several guests’ thinking she was having a mental breakdown, so paramedics were called.

Spears did not get into an ambulance and is said to have left with her security and without Soliz.

The troubling scene drew immediate comparisons to Spears’ well-documented mental health struggles in the past, including her highly publicized breakdown in 2008.

That incident led to the singer being placed under a conservatorship, which was only terminated in 2021 after 13 years.

In the aftermath of the hotel incident, Spears took to Instagram to address the situation, claiming the news was “fake” and that the photographs were of “body doubles.” She also alleged that paramedics had “showed up at [her] door illegally” and that she felt “completely harassed.”

Spears wrote:

Just to let people know … the news is fake !!! I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday !!! Truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie ??? Goddesses out there, I’m reaching my higher power and furthermore, I hope you guys are too !!! I need a new toothbrush right now. PS … I need an espresso!!! PSS …Not sure why I feel the need to share this … I guess I’m just a girl and I’m on my period so I’m bitchy … shit!!! I also twisted my ankle last night and paramedics showed up at my door illegally. They never came in my room but I felt completely harassed. I’m moving to Boston !!! Peace

WATCH:

This latest incident has once again raised concerns about Spears’ well-being, with some close to the singer reportedly claiming she is “completely dysfunctional” and in a worse mental and financial state than when she was under conservatorship.

“Abortion pill reversal,” or APR, has a mechanism of action which works by supplementing the pregnant woman with the hormone progesterone to outcompete the effects of mifepristone (the first drug in the abortion pill regimen). Mifepristone (brand name Mifeprex) starves the preborn child of the nutrients it needs to survive by inhibiting the pregnancy-sustaining action of the woman’s naturally occurring progesterone.

Progesterone has been used safely in pregnant women for decades. Live Action News has previously reported on APR’s safety and efficacy and has published numerousstories of women who were able to save their  children’s lives by following the APR protocol and also previously documented how the pro-abortion American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ACOG) and others within the abortion industry already know that progesterone can interfere with the action of the abortion pill.

CompassCare CEO Jim Harden wrote in a press release, “New York Attorney General Letitia James began a carbon-copy notice of litigation against Christian pro-life pregnancy centers. Ten pro-life pregnancy centers have been served so far for alleged “misleading statements or omissions in the advertising of the Abortion Pill Reversal (“APR”) protocol.” Similar allegations were filed against pro-life groups by abortion advocate and Attorney General Rob Bonta of California in the Fall of 2023.”

He continued, “This is only the most recent move by pro-abortion political extremists in a two-year, multi-layered, blue-state, pattern of attack against pro-life pregnancy centers—similar to Marxist-style allegations of misinformation leveled by Jane’s Revenge terrorist group against pro-lifers. The attacks on pregnancy centers began on June 7, 2022, with the firebombing of CompassCare’s medical office in Buffalo, injuring two firefighters. Firebombing of pro-life groups is now deemed domestic terror by the DOJ.  One week after the firebombing, NY Governor Kathy Hochul weaponized legislation by signing a bill to investigate the victims, alleging misinformation while referring to pro-life people as Neanderthals. Shortly after, New York Attorney General Letitia James conspired with big tech like Google to censure pro-life pregnancy centers, keeping women from finding them on map features. James applauded Google’s illegal compliance in August 2022. The timeline of attacks including vilification of pro-life pregnancy centers through negative PR and activist litigation can be found on CompassCare’s webpage.”

Harden added, “You know, being sued by New York State for ‘misinformation’ oddly gives us the platform to educate the nation concerning the stubborn facts abortion industry puppets, like AG James, seek to hide; abortion is attended with a 44% increased risk of breast cancer, a 52% increased risk of future preterm deliveries, and a 5-fold increased risk of suicide. If it takes being sued by Letitia James to save women and babies from being used and victimized by a mercenary abortion industry, come and get us!”

Now, Heartbeat International, CompassCare, and a collective of pregnancy help organizations, represented by Thomas More Society, are suing the AG to block the threatened prosecutions.

Thomas More Society attorneys are requesting court intervention against the Attorney General’s threatened legal action, to safeguard the constitutional rights of Heartbeat International and the collective of pregnancy help organizations—many of which are part of Heartbeat International’s Abortion Pill Rescue® Network, or otherwise provide information about APR. At its core, James’ threatened litigation seeks to illegally silence Heartbeat International and its network member organizations from sharing their science-based, life-affirming message about the benefits, success, effectiveness, and safety of APR.

Peter Breen, Thomas More Society Executive Vice President & Head of Litigation, said, “This is a political witch-hunt against small nonprofits that have selflessly served New York’s pregnant women and their children for over 50 years. Letitia James should be heralding these charities, not launching outrageously false claims against them under laws that don’t apply to their noncommercial speech. For decades, doctors have been prescribing supplemental progesterone for pregnant women at serious risk for miscarriage—but because this safe and long-established practice may actually reverse abortions, ideologues like Letitia James now want to squelch it. Ms. James’ Notices of Intention to Sue are a transparent attempt to harass small pro-life charities into silence, targeting her political opponents because of their beliefs, in flagrant violation of the First Amendment. We will fight back as long as it takes against Ms. James’ efforts to jeopardize the Christian and life-affirming missions of Heartbeat International, CompassCare, and all similar pro-life ministries in the State of New York.”

You can read the Verified Complaint in Heartbeat International et al. v. Letitia James, filed by Thomas More Society here.

START THE COURT MARTIAL PROCEEDINGS: DC National Guard Whistleblower Alleges Trump’s Commander-in-Chief Powers Were Revoked by Military Brass During January 6 Capitol Riot

By: Jim Hᴏft — May 4th 2024 at 08:00
J6 National Guard whistleblowers: Command Sgt. Major Michael E. Brooks, Colonel Earl G. Matthews, Aaron Dean Retired, Captain Timothy Nick

in April the House Subcommittee on Oversight held a hearing with National Guard whistleblowers who stepped forward to correct the media lies and dishonest narrative by Democrats on the January 6 protests and riots.

Four members of the National Guard testified that they were ready to be deployed on January 6 but THE PENTAGON held them back!

This directly brings General Milley’s actions into question!

Kash Patel tipped us off last month that there were more reports like this coming.

National Guard whistleblowers: Command Sgt. Major Michael E. Brooks, Colonel Earl G. Matthews, Aaron Dean Retired, and Captain Timothy Nick stepped forward and testified before Congress to correct the record on January 6.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser were both warned about the security situation prior to January 6th, and both turned down National Guard troops at the US Capitol that day.

Pelosi and Mayor Muriel Bowser turned down thousands of National Guard troops at the Capitol on January 6 for political reasons.

Chris Wray’s FBI also refused to notify the Trump administration and his cabinet secretaries that they believed there could be violence like the mass protests at the Capitol that took place that day.

Nancy Pelosi also refused the National Guard at the US Capitol due to politics.

Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund said he asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup. But they both turned him down.

John Solomon from Just The News released an explosive report in 2022 that revealed Capitol Police were first warned about possible violence at the January 6th protests TWO WEEKS before the planned rallies.

Pelosi, Mayor Bowser, and other government officials turned down the National Guard anyway. It is clear they were counting on an “insurrection” to blame on President Trump when they were the ones who allowed the violence to occur and continue that day!

But now there is more disturbing news on the military leadership on January 6th.

Colonel Earl Matthews testifies before Congress that Nancy Pelosi and Military Brass refused to send in National Guard troops on January 6. This was after President Trump called for National Guard backup that day.

According to Colonel Earl Matthews, who testified before Congress in April, US military leaders revoked President Trump’s Commander-in-Chief powers that day and refused to move in the National Guard – because it might look bad.

These military leaders should have been arrested and court martialed.

The Daily Mail reported:

Donald Trump’s authority as commander-in-chief was ignored by senior military leadership on January 6, 2021, claims the chief legal advisor for D.C. National Guard on that day.

Colonel Earl Matthews came forward as a whistleblower to the House subcommittee reviewing the January 6 Select Committee’s investigation.

He sat down with DailyMail.com two weeks after the public hearing to explain what he saw happen that day.

He claims that Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time, and then-Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, were plotting to disobey any orders handed down by Trump because they ‘unreasonably’ assumed the then-president was going to break the law and try to use the D.C. National Guard (DCNG) to stop certification of the 2020 presidential election results.

A lot has been made about the breakdown in military and administration communication when it came to the timeline of deploying DCNG to the Capitol.

But Matthews claims senior military leadership was solely focused on getting the heat off of them and putting it back onto Trump.

The Select Committee on the January 6 Attack, Matthews claims, was more than happy to lean into this narrative and blame the entire ordeal on the then-president.

But Matthews says that senior military leadership essentially stripped the president of his authority as commander-in-chief by preemptively planning to go against orders because they didn’t like the optics of uniformed soldiers at the Capitol.

‘I think a very plausible argument can be made that through no fault of his own, President Trump’s command authority over both the D.C. National Guard and the U.S. Army itself had been surreptitiously curtailed by the senior leadership of the Army on January 6, 2021,’ Matthews told DailyMail.com.

He continued: ‘Army leadership had unreasonably anticipated an ‘unlawful order’ from the President, an order that the President had no plans to issue, and were preemptively seeking to curtail his discretion to issue such an order.’

Bishop Strickland’s Latest Letter Explores the ‘Confused Understanding of Authority’ That has Invaded the Catholic Church

By: Margaret Flavin — May 4th 2024 at 07:30

In November 2023, socialist Pope Francis removed Bishop Joseph Strickland of the Diocese of Tyler, Texas.

Strickland, appointed in 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI, had been vocal in his criticism of the Vatican’s approach towards LGBTQ issues, abortion, and the discussion around allowing priests to marry.

But despite Pope Francis’ efforts to silence him, Bishop Strickland continues to speak out.

On Friday, Bishop Strickland published his latest letter warning of a confused understanding of authority’ that has invaded the Catholic Church.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

“Roma locuta; causa finita est!” “Rome has spoken; the matter is finished!”

In these pastoral letters that I have been publishing, I have been writing about many issues that we are facing in what is an ever-growing crisis in the Church and in the world. As a Catholic bishop, my primary concern is always the Church—the Mystical Body of Christ—but it is clear that the present crisis in which we find ourselves touches not just the Church, but every aspect of humanity. When the Church is weak and her earthly leadership is seriously corrupted, it leaves every aspect of the human community vulnerable to evil, and we are seeing that vulnerability at every turn. As serious as all the issues are about which I have written, there is nothing more serious than the distorted understanding of authority and obedience which we now find so rampant. When we lack a clear understanding of the source from whence legitimate authority flows, then obedience is in grave danger of becoming arbitrary and compromised. When this happens, the very obedience which was divinely-instituted by God to point all people to truth may actually be weaponized by some to serve their own interests and to lead the unsuspecting away from truth.  Therefore, we must always remain in the truth and be on guard for such a deception.

The history of the Church is replete with accounts of incidents and events in which a conflict arose, and Rome, with the proper use of authority, spoke out and settled the matter. “Roma locuta; causa finita est.” Catholics have wisely held onto this anchor of divine authority in the Catholic Church. Divinely-created authority, which is fully present only within the Catholic Church, should be a refuge for the faithful. Obedience to divine authority is obedience to Christ, as He is the one who has called that person into that position of authority. Obedience to divine authority is necessary within the holy structure of the Church, and it is important in helping us to grow in holiness. Unfortunately, however, the fact that divine authority has been viewed as “a given” in the Church has also served in many cases to make the faithful lazy or complacent in their obedience, and many have forgotten that, as St. Thomas Aquinas declared, God is to be obeyed in ALL things, but human authorities are to be obeyed in CERTAIN things.

As significant as this erosion of authority is for the state, the family, and society in general, when it afflicts the Church it takes us to a whole new level of concern. The Catholic Church is established on the Truth that comes from Almighty God and is fully revealed in Jesus Christ, His Divine Son—Truth Incarnate. When a confused understanding of authority invades the Church, then the very foundations of civilization are shaken, and we are now witnessing these tremors every day.

Jesus Christ tells us that “all authority in heaven and on earth” has been granted unto Him; thus, we must recognize that all earthly authority must look to Christ for its light because ultimately this light flows from a single source—the One who is the source of all authority in heaven and on earth. Only with this proper understanding of authority can we establish a firm foundation for obedience. Simply put, all obedience must always find its source and its end in obedience to Christ and the truth that He reveals. Authentic obedience to truth ultimately brings us to God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—the ultimate authority. As we navigate the path of obedience, if we ignore the truth that Christ has revealed to us then we short-circuit the very meaning and essence of obedience.

Today we find ourselves immersed in a culture which, influenced by postmodernism, is unable or unwilling to recognize valid authority. We are in fact immersed in a culture influenced by Nihilism, and this can be traced back to the fall of our first parents in the Garden of Eden. Nihilism, a philosophy that proclaims all values are baseless, focuses on the use of the will to dominate. It is a rejection of absolute truth, and it puts forth the false idea that “truth” is merely the expression of the will, and pure & unadulterated truth does not exist. In this context, each person can make up truth as he sees fit, or he can determine that truth is whatever the authority figure he recognizes determines it to be. This deadly belief (or similarly, the belief that each individual is an authority unto himself) has even invaded the Church, and it has become a festering, purulent wound within the Mystical Body today.

This twisted view of authority and obedience has been a brilliant but deadly weapon of the fallen, for they have been able to influence men in the hierarchy of the Church to use their accompanying “authority” to cause immense harm to souls. By proclaiming that obedience is still due to these who serve falsehood and who have forfeited their God-given authority, obedience has been used as a weapon and has forced tolerance of situations such as the horrific sex abuse scandals that have so devastated the Church and have caused harm to so many individuals who have fallen victim to these men who abuse power.

One thing that has been lost in the confusion regarding authority and obedience is the fact that whenever the use of authority causes harm to a divine truth, such as when a priest or a bishop calls into question the Deposit of Faith (which includes the immutable Dogmas and Doctrines of the Church), then anyone has a right, in fact even a solemn duty, to resist that error—regardless of the potentially negative consequences they may face.  And rather than violating the Catholic tenet of obedience, this resistance to an abuse of authority actually solidifies and strengthens the tenet of obedience because it is obedience to the highest authority—Jesus Christ.

Something else that is often misunderstood regarding authority in the Church concerns papal infallibility and submission of faith. Papal infallibility is present only in the face of an infallible pronouncement regarding faith and morals which emanates from the Pope or from a doctrinal council with the approval of the reigning Pontiff. Such an infallible pronouncement is always, in simple terms, an affirmation of truth that is already a part of the Deposit of Faith—and to which there have been no additions or changes since the close of Public Revelation with the death of St. John in the First Century A.D. When an infallible pronouncement is made, such a proclamation requires submission of faith by the faithful, i.e., the faithful are assured of the truth of such a proclamation and are obliged to hold this belief as a matter of faith. Other statements made by the Pope, the bishops, or other authorities—though they may be true—do not fall under the very narrow charism of papal infallibility. As such, prudence dictates that we may and must evaluate all statements in light of the divinely revealed truths contained in the Sacred Deposit of Faith. If a statement from anyone appears to contradict these unchanging truths, we must first seek clarification. If clarification is not given, or worse, if error is confirmed, we must refute the error and look to the Deposit of Faith as our sure guide to truth.

When addressing the issues of authority and obedience in today’s Church, we must remember that the ultimate source of authority and truth is God. The dilemmas we face will always find their answer in the truth that God has revealed to us. We must constantly ask, “Is this authentic to Christ?” and “Does it correspond to what He and His Church have always taught?” When we answer these questions affirmatively, then we arrive at the truth we must obey. However, if one in “authority” has not received his authority from Christ, then no obedience is required. We should remember that authority is given by Christ to those in the hierarchy of the Church for the sake of the souls entrusted to their care. It is never given for the sake of the person himself who is in authority.

There have been many saints and doctors of the Church who have told us of a time that would come when it will be necessary for the faithful to oppose those who seem to be in “authority” within the hierarchy. If we complacently continue to obey without asking the source of the authority, then we will find ourselves in a dangerous place.

On October 13, 1973, our Blessed Mother appeared to Sister Agnes Sasagawa in Akita, Japan. This occurred on the 56th anniversary of our Blessed Mother’s final apparition at Fatima, Portugal in 1917. Our Blessed Mother spoke these words to Sister Sasagawa: “The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres… churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises . . . “

Archbishop Fulton Sheen said in 1948: “He will set up a counter church which will be the ape of the Church, because he, the Devil, is the ape of God. It will have all the notes and characteristics of the Church, but in reverse and emptied of its divine content. It will be a mystical body of the Antichrist that will in all externals resemble the mystical body of Christ . . .”

Pope St. John Paul II said in 1976: “We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-Church, of the Gospel versus the anti-Gospel.”

For those who might think this could occur in regard to the hierarchy of the Church but surely never in regard to a Pope, history reminds us of Pope Honorius I, who was pope from 625 to 638. The Council of Constantinople condemned him posthumously, and Pope Leo II condemned him by stating that Honorius “did not attempt to sanctify this Apostolic Church with the teaching of Apostolic tradition, but by profane treachery permitted its purity to be polluted.”

Therefore it is important to realize that it is possible that members of the Church’s hierarchy—which does not exclude even Popes—can indeed cause harm to the Church and the faithful, even if unintentionally. Furthermore, as we look to the words of saints, scholars, and in particular the words of our Blessed Mother in numerous Church-approved apparitions, we must also recognize the possibility that a member of the Church’s hierarchy could intentionally seek to destroy the Faith and the Church. For this reason, we MUST NOT become lazy or complacent in regard to authority and obedience, even when it involves the Holy Father.

Francisco de Vittoria, a Dominican friar, canonist, and theologian from the Sixteenth Century, stated: “If (a Pope) desired to hand over the treasury of the Church . . . if he desired to destroy the Church, or other similar things one should not permit him to act in such a manner, but one would have the obligation to resist him.  The reason for this is that he has not the power to destroy. Therefore, when it is known that he does so, it is licit to resist him.”

St. Robert Bellarmine wrote: “Just as it is licit to resist a Pontiff who attacks the body, so it is licit to resist him who attacks souls, or who disturbs the civil order, or, even more, who tries to destroy the Church. It is licit to resist him by not doing what he orders, and by impeding the execution of his will. It is not licit, however, to judge him, to punish him, or to dispose him, for such acts belong to a superior. Catholic obedience to a superior, therefore, should never be what has been called ‘blind obedience.’”

Also, just as we should be aware of the warnings we have been given about a counter church that will have been emptied of its divine content and over which the Anti-Christ will preside, we must also be aware of the possibility that at some point God may permit that an imposter might sit upon the chair of Peter. We must be on watch always that, should this occur, we obey Jesus Christ alone who is Truth Incarnate and who has revealed His Truth to us in the Sacred Deposit of Faith which is unchangeable. Authentic obedience dictates that we must not obey anyone who opposes Truth and whose desire is to destroy the Church. We can be assured though that even if this dire situation were to occur, the true Church will remain intact, although perhaps it will, for a time, return to the catacombs.

As we discuss the dangers of false authority and misplaced obedience, it is important to note that the laity in the Church do not exist for the sake of the clergy in the Church. The clergy exist to provide the sacraments necessary for salvation to the laity. The paramount concern of all clergy should always, ALWAYS, be the salvation of the souls entrusted to them.

I would also note that bishops are called by God to be shepherds of their flocks, as well as “fathers” to the priests. However, in a profound abuse of authority, we now see situations in which bishops attack and silence priests who are simply speaking truth and defending the Sacred Deposit of Faith. Consequently, many priests remain silent rather than preaching the fullness of Christ’s truth, and many have distrust and even fear of their bishops. We must always remember that a father is called to lead his family by love, not to rule over them by fear.

Furthermore, we have recently seen situations where religious communities throughout the world have been put under duress by their bishops in what sometimes even has the appearance of a “land grab” or a desire to control, rather than a genuine concern for the souls in their care. We have also seen situations where bishops, in being notified about purported messages and locutions from heaven being given in certain locations and communities within their dioceses, immediately attempt to shut down these communities and declare messages false without a thorough and proper investigation. In many of these cases, the lack of proper investigation has given rise to questions regarding authority and disobedience. We must pray that bishops—with prudence and discernment, but also with hearts of supernatural faith—prayerfully and dutifully perform thorough investigations when such situations arise so that the faithful will have a sure guide and know they can look to their shepherds with trust and confidence.

In closing, let us pray without ceasing for the Church, the prelates who lead her, and the faithful who belong to her Mystical Body. May we seek authentic obedience to the authoritative truth that Jesus Christ has revealed to us, and may we recognize and resist any authority that has not Christ as its source as we walk always in profound obedience to Our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Coast Guard Academy’s Newest DEI Push

DEI is a bad idea. It is divisive, racist, and anti-meritocratic. Coleman Hughes, Ayaan Hirsi Ali , Elon Musk, and a host of other first-rate minds have vigorously come out against it.  Yet, our Coast Guard leadership continues to promote it without discussion or debate. For an objective observer, that should be the first clue that something is very, very wrong.

Supporters of this ideology are fond of the term ‘cultural competence,’ which they seem to believe is obtainable in a seminar or a classroom, but there are other paths to knowledge. For example, I enjoyed twenty-eight years in federal law enforcement, which, among other things, afforded me familiarity with the inside of a crack-house. Here are are some things I learned first-hand:

(1) Underclass black America is indeed suffering unacceptable levels of violence and generational poverty;

(2) Malcolm X was absolutely correct when he identified white liberals as an impediment to the progress of black America;

(3) the most pernicious condition afflicting underclass black America, yielding drug use, poverty and crime, is the lack of fathers in the home; and

(4) the dominance of the progressive/postmodern agenda, of which DEI is a cornerstone, is almost solely to blame for the pitiful state of our urban poor.

For the first hundred years after the Civil War, black America made the astonishing transition from chattel slavery to the beginning of a thriving middle class. This amazing achievement hit a stone wall, concurrent with the advent of Lyndon Johnson’s welfare state. Eminent economist Dr. Thomas Sowell documents how, after a century of black families remaining basically intact, the 1960s saw a sharp (and continuing) decline in the number of black, two parent families.  Dr. Sowell could not put it more clearly when he says, “The welfare state is no favor to the blacks.

Tragic fact #1:

The original manifesto of Black Lives Matter specifically stated, “We disrupt the Western prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages.’”

Our credentialed DEI experts, products all of the grievance studies pipeline in academia, are promoting a deeply flawed narrative.  The bedrock assumption upon which all their ideas rest is that certain communities of color are being held back (oppressed) by patriarchal white supremacy. As per philosopher Eric Hoffer, a movement can succeed without a god, but not without a devil.

As it turns out, their guiding belief melts in the presence of the little-known fact that black immigrants from Nigeria are outperforming the U.S. national average both in terms of education and earned income.  There are also compelling claims that they’re underrepresented in the prison system.

Additionally, using the same criteria of educational achievement and earned income, of the six main ethnic/racial groups in the U.S.: whites, Hispanics, blacks, East Asians, West Asians (Indians & Pakistanis), and Native Americans, whites do not even land in the top two.

One would expect so-called advocates for underclass black America to trumpet these facts from the mountaintops, as they clearly and thoroughly destroy any suggestion of racial superiority of whites, but that would only apply if said advocates were actually interested in the welfare of the people they claim to care about. The boogey-man of white supremacy is a terrific gravy-train.

Tragic fact #2:

At the University of Virginia in 2023, the Chief Diversity Officer and the VP for DEI both received annual compensation packages valued in excess of at $520,000.

To demonstrate the degree of scholarly rigor in the DEI community, I draw on the Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association.  It maintains a website with a DEI section.  Despite my repeated complaints over a period of years about factual and grammatical failings in said website, one can still find the following definitions:

Systemic Racism: Systems and structures that have procedures or processes that disadvantages (sic) African Americans(.)”

Minoritized:  …  As used by the Coast Guard Academy, an adverb (sic) deliberately used to describe cadets of color or underrepresented minorities (URM) that refers to the actions (intended or unintended) taken by institutions that lead to the socially constructed minoritization of racial and gender and other groups that make up our diverse community.”

Race: A social construct, meaning the notion of race was created by people. As a scientific tool for categorizing different types of human beings’ “race” has no value (sic). …”

Tragic fact #3

According to the Centers for Disease Control, the sickle cell anemia trait is inherited, and is present in babies born of Sub-Saharan African heritage (i.e. black) at a rate over ten times higher than babies of Hispanic heritage, over twenty times higher than babies born of European (white) heritage, and over thirty times greater than babies born of Asian heritage.  Apparently, our DEI experts do not know medical research qualifies as science.

(And, finally, this nugget that our social justice experts mysteriously believe belongs on the DEI portion of the website.)

Intrusive Leadership:  A leadership style that is not about analyzing your direct reports and reading them and jumping to conclusions. It is simply about getting to know them. This is a skill but can be developed with practice. It is important to be patient because you are also establishing trust and rapport with them. Intrusive leadership is not about analyzing your direct reports and reading them and jumping to conclusions. It is simply about getting to know them (sic).”

These examples are not offered merely to show that many of our social justice experts could not pass for competent fourth graders, but also to highlight how the magical stamp of ‘DEI’ inoculates flawed scholarship from being challenged. Cue the Coast Guard Academy’s new initiative, the CGA Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan 2024-2026.  It runs the gamut from cringe-comedy to disturbing.

A line edit would have helped – there are instances of inconsistent spelling and capitalization. Small ideas are camouflaged with academic buzzwords such as, “effective modalities” and “robust pedagogies.”

The real humor, however, is how too much DEI is never enough. Every conceivable component of the academy is relentlessly tasked with making DEI a prime objective. Finally, we’ll have an “Athletic Cultural Competence Initiative.”  In addition to mysteriously demanding input from academy components not directly involved in sports, it will require coaches to hold “Cultural Competence sessions.”   No, really: in the plural. I’m trying to picture how this would go. “Hey guys, I mean, ‘team,’ I’ve been noticing how some of you come in different colors, which is okay because we’re inclusively inclusive, and diverse diversity is our strength, and also really diverse, which we all know is an imperative for victory.  And equity. We’re all about equity. Lots and lots of equity. Any questions?”  One thing for certain, it won’t be awkward.

Just kidding. It’s going to be awful. Only someone pitifully disconnected from reality could think this is a good idea. Much of private industry is already backing away from ad nauseum diversity training because it has been shown they make interracial relations worse, not better.

The CGA initiative is suffering from a common failing among the over-educated, and that is confusing quantifiable effort with progress.

But amidst the clown-like silliness, the plan turns dark. In addition to setting a goal of attracting prospective cadets who are “DEI-mature” (whatever that’s supposed to mean), it states that candidates for prospective faculty positions shall be assessed “on cultural competence including their diversity, equity & inclusion philosophy.”

Stalin and Mao would laughingly recognize this demand for intellectual conformity, and it is evil. Reasonable minds must be allowed to disagree, at least privately. Mandating that faculty candidates provide in advance a declaration of mental obedience absolutely guarantees we’ll be hiring liars. Lying is poison to the soul. It’s a one-way door, through which one surrenders his or her capacity to stand up for principle. Is this the type of officer we’re hoping will populate the service? I fear we’re already halfway there.

Perhaps the worst thing about the Coast Guard’s position on DEI is how it does not allow for discussion or examination. I wholly appreciate the sentiment behind the movement, but the idea breaks down and turns sour when we assign the absurd goal of massaging standards to immediately yield proportional representation of all ethnic/racial groups.

Tragic fact #4:

According to the Brookings Institute, on the SAT math exams in 2019, only 7% of black test-takers scored at least 600, contrasted with 11%, 31%, and 62% of Hispanic, white, and Asian test-takers, respectively.

What this means, is that for every black high school senior with at least minimal academic qualifications, there will be at least three Hispanics, four Asians, and eighteen whites. To expect the Coast Guard Academy to attract proportional-to-population numbers of black high school students (i.e. 13%) who are also qualified to be admitted in the immediate short term would require individual members from the qualified pool of black candidates to apply with a greater proportional frequency than the other groups by a factor of three.  This will never happen.

The service academies are competing with all the other elite institutions for qualified applicants, especially those that improve their optics. There are simply not enough qualified black and brown minorities to satisfy the demand. It’s tempting to bend entry standards, but, contrary to the fashionable myth, performance on the SAT exams is the best indictor of academic success in college.

Aside from degrading the effectiveness of the service, dropping standards for minority cadets will yield the perverse effect of casting doubt on the capability of all minority officers, increasing resentment on both sides, guaranteeing the opposite overall result of what DEI was originally supposed to accomplish.

By making a commitment to DEI a career imperative, the Coast Guard has disincentivized both honesty and common sense. The collective and damning absence of those qualities can be found in the Coast Guard’s reprehensible and ongoing  Fouled Anchor scandal.  God help us.

To erase the glaring disparities in achievement of certain groups, America needs to honestly address the root causes of dysfunction and failure, and that will require our leaders in academia and government to acknowledge that the current set of assumptions is bogus. Any objective examination of the numbers bears that out. Instead of studying grifters like Ibram X. Kendi, leaders of every stripe would be well-served to read the life story of Robert Smalls, who escaped slavery in the Civil War and, through amazing heroism, became a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy.  After the war, he opened a school for former slaves, got elected as a state senator, and worked to make free education available to all South Carolina children. He earned the rank of major general in the state militia and was elected 3to five terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. His monument in the Beaufort cemetery bears this quote which he spoke to the South Carolina legislature:

“My race needs no special defense, for the past history of them in this country proves them to be the equal of any people anywhere. All they need is an equal chance in the battle of life.”

The sons and daughters of Africa have already performed amazing feats, with many more to come. DEI is a counter-productive insult to everyone.

Outrage Erupts When Pennsylvania Authorities Toss 2 Farmers in Prison on 30-day Sentences

By: Guest Contributor — May 4th 2024 at 07:00

Authorities claim there’s no need for sentencing hearing, bail option

A state legal action in Pennsylvania is sparking outrage, online and elsewhere, for the result it demanded: Two farmers arrested and jailed on 30-day sentences with no sentencing hearing and no option for bail.

Authorities say that’s the process they use for contempt charges, for which Ethan Wentworth of Airville, York County, and Rusty Herr of Christiana, Lancaster County, have been serving time since last month.

Broadcast outlet WPMT in Harrisburg reported the government’s complaint concerns their company, NoBull Solutions, which offers to help dairy farmers with their reproductive management of cattle.

Here’s a video podcast, by Yanasa TV, explaining the conflict:

Their lawyer, Robert Barnes, charges, “This is the craziest thing I’ve every seen.”

The fight apparently stems from allegations the two were practicing veterinary medicine without a license for running ultrasound test on cattle, a procedure that is common for farmers to use for various reasons.

The result was an investigation by the state of Pennsylvania, where officials demanded that the two turn over their records.

They failed to do what state officials demanded, and the report notes that resulted in contempt orders against the men.

The state’s court officials told the broadcast outlet that there is no option for bail, and no “sentencing hearing” required for contempt charges. Authorities simply arrest the suspects and jail them, the report said.

Eventually, a judge signed arrest warrants for the two, as well as orders to jail them in their respective counties, warrants that just recently were executed.

A critic of the two say there was ample due process, but Barnes issued a statement:

This is an unlawful civil contempt order. There are certain procedures that must be followed in a civil contempt action and to our knowledge those were not followed here. Even if they had been followed, the maximum allowable punishment is 15 days in jail which must be conditional, with keys to your own jail cell – meaning there is a condition you can meet to immediately end your incarceration. None of that is true in this case.

The state claims this is a punishment for not complying with a subpoena to turn over documents, but an agency can’t just order anyone to turn over any document they please. For a subpoena to be valid, the jurisdictional validity of the subpoena must be established, and it has not been in this case. Both men had sought the advice of an attorney regarding the case and had been told that the Veterinary Medical Board had no jurisdiction over them, that the subpoena was therefore invalid, and that there was nothing Ethan and Rusty needed to do.

There is no evidence that Ethan or Rusty ever saw the order the state claims to have mailed to them last August which threatened them with arrest if they did not comply. Ethan and Rusty were unaware that this was a possibility. It was a complete shock to them and to their families when they were arrested.

He explained his clients were “denied the ability to see the case against them or NoBull Solutions because the state had the docket sealed and hidden – a highly unusual move.”

He said, “It gives the appearance that the intent was to secretly establish an excuse to arrest them and shut down NoBull Solutions without due process.”

He said he was pursuing an emergency motion to reverse the imprisonment order.

Sister Barbara's Gone Rogue! NPR Touts Nuns for 'Enshrining Abortion Rights' in Missouri

By: Tim Graham — May 4th 2024 at 06:21
Leftists love to believe that churches should be run like clubs -- the majority rules. So they'll make a big deal out of polls, like the Pew Research Center finding six of ten Catholics disagree with the church's opposition to abortion. They do not ask self-identified Catholics whether they actually go to church on Sundays, or if they stopped the minute they became an adult. You would get a more conservative result. On Tuesday, NPR's newscast All Things Considered brought on reporter Katia Riddle to channel the views of pro-abortion Catholics, but what made it more shocking is touting a pro-abortion nun -- someone who is financially supported by the Church, and who should be accepting of all the Church teachings. KATIA RIDDLE: Today, Missouri is replete with Catholic churches, iconography and people like Sister Barbara. SISTER BARBARA: I certainly did not intend to, you know, become a sister or a nun. RIDDLE: She's standing outside her modest apartment, wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. She grew up Catholic but wasn't all that religious. In her 20s, she describes a kind of love affair she fell into with Catholicism. SISTER BARBARA: An emphasis on serving the poor and getting involved in just, you know, the social justice issues of the day. And that was a whole new idea for me about what religious life was really about. Church officials might want to know who this nun is, and why she would publicly -- well, not all the way -- bite the hand that's feeding her. RIDDLE: NPR is not using Sister Barbara's last name. She fears retribution from her local archdiocese for publicly expressing her beliefs on reproductive rights. She doesn't agree with the church's position that abortion is a sin and should be illegal. SISTER BARBARA: I just don't see it in just real absolute terms. RIDDLE: She says she wouldn't personally choose to end a pregnancy. SISTER BARBARA: However, I have not been in the situation of a person who has - had suffered from incest or rape or all of those things. RIDDLE: The Bible, she points out, does not say anything explicit about abortion. She fell in love with Catholicism for its practice around compassion and service, not politics. SISTER BARBARA: I want to put a sticker on the car that says, don't like abortion? Don't have one. RIDDLE: That's why she's supporting an effort in Missouri to enshrine abortion rights in the state's Constitution. Several other nuns interviewed for this story said they feel the same. One was even collecting signatures to put the measure on the November ballot, though she didn't want to talk about it on the record. Over seven minutes, Riddle lined up the Catholic abortion advocates: ex-nun Alice Kitchen, retired reproductive endocrinologist Marilyn Richardson, Democrat state representative Ingrid Burnett, and college student Mary Helen Schaefer. The only surprise is a brief nod to Matt Lee, who runs a pro-life group called Missouri Stands with Women. He's a deacon in the church. RIDDLE: Lee says he's not surprised that many Catholics support abortion access. Some reproductive rights advocates say church leadership is scared of this diversity of opinion among its followers, but Lee disagrees. LEE: Could you say the Catholic Church is under attack or the church's beliefs are under attack or their institutions are? Sure, but that doesn't mean that the Catholic Church is scared. I mean, scared people tend to run away. The Catholic Church is not running away from this fight. Try not to laugh at NPR saying some other organization is scared of having a diversity of opinion inside its walls. Riddle concluded with the unsubtle hint that the Catholic hierarchy should be tethered to polls instead of their view of God's will: SISTER BARBARA: I think that the Catholic Church would not be here today if they didn't have a remarkable ability to turn corners when it's necessary - when things are about to collapse for it. RIDDLE: After all, she points out, Catholicism has been around for centuries. She's hoping this abortion debate is a relatively brief distraction from what she sees as the faith's fundamental aspirations. SISTER BARBARA: Reaching for some kind of ideals in the way we love and live with each other, with one another. RIDDLE: For Sister Barbara, one of those ideals would be for church leadership to value what a majority of Catholics believe.

We will be moving this News Brief to the main domain in the near future, so you will find this at anonymousconservative.com, instead of anonymousconservative.com/blog I have a lot going on right now, and it will take time to make sure it goes right, so not right away. I will try to redirect people from /blog to there, but if that doesn’t work, just go to the main domain.

If I can probe the braintrust here over the continuing arms race I am in – you have a tank of water, chlorinated/fresh so mildly ionic. across the top, small waves, two to three inches apart begin moving maybe a foot per second, and 1/64th inch high or less, and very discrete lines, not gradual peaks. I cannot tell if they are coming from the side or arising spontaneously, but they go from one side to the other, and there is a tingling on the skin in the water. I do not think it is compression/sound creating them, because within the tank, after they have warmed things up, decently forceful water currents seem able to be generated, both highly focused point movements and broader, maybe an area a foot by a foot and a half which swells maybe 15-20 gallons a foot in distance (you can picture the wave-like quality of that by imagining) doing it yourself with your hand) – maybe four to six inches under the surface and at least a foot from any side, so whatever is doing it penetrates the water, or arises out of the ether within it. Tank is on the floor in a basement recessed about five feet below ground – no line of sight to the neighbors. Large movements have been side to side, smaller focused particle like movements seem to be vertical in force vector, but maybe any one can do anything.

Is that an electric field in the water? I’m wondering if they have some sort of way to overlap electric fields, to create a node-effect inside the water, generating a constructively interfering node within a small area, down to maybe a 32nd of an inch by a 32nd of an inch, which pumps water by moving the ions in it. The smaller instances, heard from underwater, sound like an air Tsszzzzzt, make no noise above the water, have a particle-like quality, and can hit kind of like a BB. Any particles generating that would have to go through a house structure, so I don’t think it a particle. Water disruption like air bubbles seemed to shut it down, but it is possible something was hitting me and I just didn’t feel it with the tumult of the water and air.

If was electric field-based, is there a way to ground the water itself, to eliminate a small focused node of field’s ability to move ions/water in it? I see a lot of stuff on youtube about how to move water with an electric field, but not a lot on how to stymie it. And I thought about salting the water, but I suspect that would only make it worse. Would it? Or would reverse osmosis-ing it eliminate the issue?

Along those lines, has anybody ever heard of smallish, 1/4 or 1/8th inch, probably hollow, stainless steel balls with a specific gravity at or just slightly above 1? Application might be for something like a fluidized bed in a biofilter chamber, or maybe something like a sandblaster in water, that you drop something in and over a few hours, it kind of bead-blasts it in the water. I need it to be metallic and not prone to erode in chlorine. Would have to be pretty affordable in bulk, I might need like 100 gallons worth to be useful. I see a lot of the bigger hollow stainless spheres for art-stuff, but they are too big and seem expensive and either they are advertised as floating, or they cost $2 each. I need them small with very narrowly spec-ed specific gravity for the purpose of fluidizing in freshwater. Probably nobody ever heard of that, but no harm in asking.

Reading that before posting, it probably sounds nuts, but you have to understand, it is just nuts. Every day, I wake up to some combination of the Twilight Zone, the Exorcist, some sci-fi horror flick, and Enemy of the State. This next-gen tech is amazing. And once you see that is the reality of this world, you kind of just have to do whatever you have to do. If you don’t, you will end up dead or destroyed. On the bright side, I have been pushed through so many layers of the veil, because we hold the promise of being effective here, unlike everywhere else. I have told you, exposing surveillance is the only way. It is the Achilles heel, and the first necessary step.

If you want to help, drive traffic here. Tell people about this place. get eyeballs on this, if only by telling people how crazy it is. Fame and notoriety would be the best armor.

From the comments, seen on Twitter“so my place in dresden is at the end of a tram line, and most of the time when i disembark there’s still a few people who stay on and ride the tram back in the other direction. “

They do that on the highways, too. If you are about to hit an interstate, there will be a dedicated phase covering the section where your entrance is which just drives back and fort there, and they will cover you for that phase, before handing you off to the phase which covers the next segment of interstate coverage. When you get off, they hand you to the team which covers the locality where the exit drops you. They have a lot of people out there whose sole purpose is surveillance.
